Parul University welcomed over 300 students from Bhutan to its campus, further strengthening cross-border academic ties. The students have enrolled in various healthcare and allied programs, a key area of national focus for Bhutan. Parul University’s practice-oriented curriculum, combined with hands-on training at its in-house multispecialty hospital, directly supports Bhutan’s mission to build skilled medical professionals.
The visit was also marked by the presence of Mr. Prakash Pradhan, representative of the Medical Education Commission, Government of Bhutan, who engaged with university officials and explored the academic and healthcare infrastructure. Out of the newly enrolled students, 181 are female, reflecting the University’s commitment to inclusive and empowering education.
This initiative reflects Parul University’s ongoing commitment to global academic excellence, equity in education, and international partnerships that foster meaningful learning and leadership.
