Vivekananda Global University hosted the Rajasthan DigiFest × TiE Global Hackathon in Jaipur on 15 December 2025. The event was organized as part of Rajasthan DigiFest 2025 and aligned with the 10th TiE Global Summit. The hackathon announced its winners after a national-level innovation challenge focused on youth participation and technology-based problem solving.
The initiative is being conducted under the leadership of Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. The program supports innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup development in the state. Winning teams will receive prize money, booth space at the TiE Global Summit 2026, access to investor networks, and mentorship and grant support to scale their projects.
The hackathon saw participation from 700+ innovators across 250+ teams. Participants came from 54 cities across 12 States and Union Territories. The event included strong participation from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

The competition focused on seven public problem areas identified with government departments. These included Digital Agriculture & Farmer Support Ecosystems, Smart Health Records & Emergency Response Management, Smart Road Infrastructure, Smart Surveillance & Public Safety, Tourism Intelligence & Footfall Analytics, Unified Civic Grievance Redressal, and Water Governance & Smart Utilities. Teams used AI, data analytics, IoT and digital platforms to build practical solutions.
An expert jury from government, industry, academia, and the TiE network evaluated the projects. The following teams were selected as winners and runners-up:

The hackathon was powered by Reskilll with Vivekananda Global University (VGU) as the Venue Partner. It received support from the Department of Information Technology & Communication Rajasthan. Mentors and jury members from the TiE and DigiFest network guided participants during the event. The program helped teams develop real-world digital solutions and provided exposure to industry experts, investors, and startup mentors.
