Chef Ranveer Brar inaugurated ‘Ranveer’s Kitchen’ at Le Cordon Bleu Gurugram India, on 6 August 2025. The training kitchen has been developed under the GD Goenka Group and is located within the GD Goenka University campus. The facility reflects Chef Brar’s approach to cooking and his focus on mentoring culinary students.
The kitchen is designed for hands-on, real-world training. It functions like a five-star hotel kitchen. The space is equipped with industry-grade infrastructure and supports practical learning, teamwork, and discipline.
The inauguration was attended by Mr. Nipun Goenka (Managing Director, GD Goenka Group), Ms. Nupur Goenka (Executive Director, GD Goenka Group) and Mr. Diwan Gautam Anand (Hospitality Professional and Dipnosophist). Mr. Anand addressed the gathering and shared insights from his experience in the hospitality sector.
The event also included a student interaction and a masterclass by Chef Ranveer Brar. During the session, he spoke about selecting spices, understanding flavours, and creating food experiences. The session was conducted for students of Le Cordon Bleu, Gurugram, India and GD Goenka University.
