Vadodara Literature Fest 4.0 Day 2 held at Parul University Vadodara

Day two of the Vadodara Literature Fest (VLF) 4.0 was held at Parul University Vadodara. The fest continued the discussions on democracy, governance, leadership and personal growth. The sessions saw active participation from students, academicians and members of the public.

 

The second day featured prominent speakers like Justice Dhananjay Y. Chandrachud (former Chief Justice of India), General Manoj Mukund Naravane (former Chief of the Army Staff of India) and Ankur Warikoo (Entrepreneur and Author). Each speaker shared perspectives based on their professional and public life experiences.

 

Justice D.Y. Chandrachud delivered a speech on constitutional values and democratic thinking. He described the Constitution as a living document that protects justice, equality and liberty. He said that rights should be used with respect for others. Further, he spoke about India’s diversity and encouraged open thinking and wide reading.

General Manoj Mukund Naravane spoke on leadership, discipline, and national service. Drawing from his own military experience, he discussed integrity, resilience and taking responsibility. He emphasized choosing what is morally right, even when it is difficult. He also stated that national security and democracy are supported not only by the armed forces but by citizens as well, through their actions and responsibilities.

 

Moving forward, Ankur Warikoo spoke about personal growth in the digital age. He focused on consistency over perfection and the importance of being honest with oneself. He shared that real growth comes from learning through failure and staying authentic, especially on social media platforms.

 

The second day of Vadodara Literature Fest 4.0 at Parul University Vadodara concluded with sessions that helped the audience understand democracy, leadership and national service. The sessions showed the festival’s focus on meaningful discussions that encourage responsible thinking and future development.
