Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur, organised INNOHRVATION 3.0 – HR Conclave 2025, a national platform focused on emerging trends shaping the future of work, workforce, and workplaces. The event was held under the central theme: “Reimagining Work, Workforce & Workplace: HR at the Frontier of 2030.”
The conclave brought together 25+ industry speakers, over 250 senior HR delegates, and 750+ management students, making it one of the largest HR gatherings in Rajasthan this year. Discussions revolved around AI-enabled HR transformation, hybrid organisational models, competency-driven talent frameworks, and the emerging role of Gen Z and Gen Alpha in shaping the workforce of 2030.
Industry leaders from Infosys, Wipro, NASSCOM, Business Standard, Yes Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, and several multinational organisations shared insights on leadership evolution, HR digitalisation, workforce optimisation, and organisational agility.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Prof. (Dr.) N. D. Mathur, President, VGU; Mr. Lalit Panwar, Chairperson, VGU; Er. Onkar Bagaria, CEO, VGU; Dr. Vipin Kumar, Director–HR, Kohler India Ltd., who delivered the keynote address; and Prof. L. K. Maheshwari, Former Vice-Chancellor, BITS Pilani & Board Member, VGU, as Guest of Honour.
The conclave featured three panel discussions—Workplace 2030, Talent Redefined, and Human–AI Synergy—along with a specialised session by TVRLS titled “Competencies – A Gateway for Building Talent.” The sessions focused on capability building, performance excellence, digital HR, and the evolving leadership needs of modern organisations.
With extensive engagement from industry professionals and academia, INNOHRVATION 3.0 underscored VGU’s role in advancing India’s talent landscape and strengthening future workforce preparedness.
