Admission: Experience of admission at Anna University was smooth overall. Counselling and final registration were well-organized, document verification was quick, and staff guidance was clear throughout the joining process.

Academic: The teachers in our college are really good. They make sure we are ready for jobs in the industry. Because of how well our faculty trains us, the semester exams are not very difficult here. We only need to get 50% marks to pass.

Placement: When it comes to placements for Information Technology students, it's quite good here. About 80% of students from the IT department get placed, and they usually land good jobs with high salary packages. Many students get roles as software developers. Top companies like Infosys come for hiring. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average package is around 6 LPA. Also, around 80% of students secure internships from different companies.

Campus: The canteen in our college is available all the time. Talking about facilities, our department has many good ones, like labs, classrooms, an idea lab, a technical lab, a library, and a research lab. The hostel facilities are also nice, and the food quality is pretty good too. For student welfare, we have medical support, sports, games, and different extracurricular activities.

Academic: About the college staff, they are all very experienced and qualified. They are super helpful and know a lot, and their teaching style is very good because they really understand us students. They teach us well so we become ready for jobs in the industry. Placement: Top recruiting companies visit our college. Almost 80 percent of students get placed every year. The salary packages are also pretty good; the highest is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. These companies give students top roles and a chance to prove themselves.

Campus: The college infrastructure is quite good, with all facilities working well. We have Wi-Fi, good labs, classrooms, and a library available for everyone. About the hostel food, it's actually good. They give you a lot of food, even if the quality is just average.

Academic: Our exams for each semester are not super tough. That's because our college is autonomous now, so the management is in charge of making the question papers. Also, the teachers and all the faculty members here are very helpful, they know their stuff, and are qualified. Their teaching quality is also quite acceptable.

Placement: My college has really good placements. Around 70 to 90 percent of students get jobs in top companies every year. The average salary package is about 3 to 4 LPA, but some lucky ones even get up to 9 to 10 LPA, which is the highest anyone has gotten yet. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, TCS, Zoho, and Cognizant regularly come to hire from here.

Campus: At our institute, all the facilities inside the campus are really well-maintained. We have good labs, a library, and classrooms with projectors for teaching. There are also seminar halls, conference halls, and a big auditorium. For students, there's a canteen, separate hostels for boys and girls, a mess, and even proper playgrounds. Overall, the infrastructure here is quite good.

Academic: Exam papers for Mechanical engineering are really, really hard. Seriously, even our teachers struggle with them, so students mostly just scrape by. But, about our teachers, they are super helpful and know their stuff well. They have many years of experience, and their teaching style is clear and easy to get. This Mechanical engineering course itself is very relevant if you want to work in industries, especially for industrial management roles.

Placement: For me, RMK College is one of the best engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. I even got placed right here on campus. Placements are super good, you know. In my course, we dont have too many students, so lots of top companies come to give us job chances. Plus, some of my batchmates also go for internships.

Campus: What I really like about our college is its beautiful infrastructure. We have really nice classrooms with good ventilation, and the washrooms are super clean. There are also free classrooms if students want to sit and study, and a big library too. And for students who come from far, the college has many canteens and hostels.

Placement: In our Electronics and Communication Engineering course, placements are quite good. Many top companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, and Zoho visit our campus to hire students. They offer different roles such as assistant engineer, software developer, and chip designer. The salary packages vary, with the highest going up to 12 LPA and the lowest being 4 LPA. Usually, students with a CGPA above 8 get placed in these companies.

Campus: The college has pretty good infrastructure overall. We have modern computer labs, clean classrooms, and a very big library with lots of books. But then, some other facilities are not really there. The hostel is okay, like it's good in some places and just average in others. The food quality is just fine. One major thing missing is medical facilities; there aren't any.

Now about placements, it's a bit mixed. While they say 100% students get placed, core branch students actually had no placements. For those who did get a job, the highest package was 3.5 LPA and the lowest was 1.8 LPA. Only TCS hired students, and only 50% of students got offers from them, for development roles only.

Campus: My college had a really nice atmosphere, with so many trees around, it felt very close to nature. The infrastructure was super good. We had great labs and library facilities right in our classrooms too. Sports and games facilities were also available for everyone. Only thing was, the hostel didn't have Wi-Fi, and the food there was just normal, not great. But overall, my college days were very memorable.

Campus: College has really good infrastructure. All the classrooms and labs are kept very neat and disciplined. We also get unlimited Wi-Fi connection, which is nice. About the food, it tastes quite good, and there are two canteens. Boys and girls even have their own separate mess available.

They are quite experienced and know their subject very well, usually taking around 7 to 12 classes every week. Also, they make sure to arrange industry visits for us, generally one or two times throughout the year. Many students do well here, with almost 85% passing all their semester exams with first-class marks.

Placement: The placements at our college are quite good. Students can start applying for campus jobs as early as the 4th semester. Lots of big companies, like Wipro and Infosys, visit our campus to hire students. The average salary package was usually around 7-8 Lacs per year, and the highest package went up to 20 Lacs per year.

Campus: Our college management at Adithya Institute of Technology helps students with scholarships. The campus here is really green, which is a good thing. For sports and cultural activities, they only organise events once a year. Transport facilities are there, but only for some particular areas.

Academic: At Christ the King Engineering College, the teachers are really supportive and friendly. They know a lot and have good experience. Every week, they take around 7 to 12 classes. We also go on industry visits, usually one or two times a year, which is helpful. About 83% of students pass all their subjects in the semester exams with first-class marks.

Placement: Our college has really good placements. Big companies like Wipro, Infosys, and others visit our campus to hire students. You become eligible for these campus placements from your 4th semester onwards. The average salary package was usually around 6-8 LPA, and the top package went up to 20-25 LPA.

Campus: Christ the King Engineering College has a really green campus, which is nice. The college facilities are quite supportive, not just for studies but also on a personal level. You get good infrastructure with Wi-Fi, proper labs, and libraries. Plus, the college management makes sure to organize sports and cultural events about three to four times every year. And about the hostel food, it's average in taste, not bad at all.

Academic: When it comes to professors here, the student-to-faculty ratio is like 1:20. For a mid-tier college, you cannot expect too much from them. Most of them have PhDs, but honestly, it doesn't always feel like they are proper PhD graduates; it's more like they just joined because of unemployment. The connection between students and teachers really depends on how well they communicate. There are a few good staff members also, but they are sort of stuck because of the college's system. For exams, we usually have two internal tests and then a model exam right before the main exams. It's not too hard to pass if you just study the basics a little, and you can score really well if you put in good effort.

Placement: In my college, you can start applying for placements from your 6th semester. But honestly, the job placements are not very good. Most of the time, I see seniors getting picked up by big service-based companies, not the core ones. It feels like our college is mostly for these mass recruiters. I just can't trust what the placement cell says. The salary packages are quite low too. They talk about a 35 LPA highest package, but that was offered to only one person a long time back, like five years ago. So, please don't fall for that highest package thing. They do offer internships, but usually, you have to pay fees to attend those sessions.

Campus: The best part about this college, for me, is definitely the good infrastructure and the lab facilities. Our hostel is also super comfortable and is spread across 8 floors, with an attached bathroom shared by three people, which is great, though we don't have Wi-Fi there. But when it comes to classrooms, they are pretty basic, just a green board and a few fans. The library mostly stocks books related to our subjects only. Sports events are very limited, like only one major event happens. And honestly, the food is quite bad, we pay a lot for it but it's just not worth the money.
