Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really know their stuff and make sure we get it too. The course material is practical and gets us ready for the real world. Exams can be tough, but if you show up to class and study your notes, it's not too bad. Most people pass with flying colors over 95%!

Placement: About half of students in our course found jobs after graduation. Salaries ranged from 2-8 LPA, with an average of 3-4 LPA. Companies like IOCL, BRPL, and Indian Railways recruited students. Many of us also did internships at places like BRPL and IOCL. The top job title was executive engineer.

Campus: The college is run well, and the buildings are in good condition. Some classrooms are old, but they're making new ones with modern stuff. The labs work fine, and the library has everything you need. I lived off-campus, but my friends say the hostel food is decent. They have non-veg meals twice a week. The canteen isn't great, so lots of us eat elsewhere. There's no clinic on campus. They've got a big field for sports outside.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and they always have our backs. They make sure we get the hang of things by explaining everything in different ways. The practical classes are top-notch too. Engineers like me really appreciate hands-on learning over just theory, and they do a great job at that.

Placement: The civil engineering department has about 120 students per group, with a total of 3 groups. Companies like Star Cement and PWD recruit students from this department. If you like hands-on work, I recommend choosing civil engineering.

Campus: The facilities at AEI are awesome! They have a big field for events and 45 big buildings for classes. The labs are decked out with cool stuff. The physics lab has tons of useful tools, and the engineering lab is packed with useful instruments too. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here are super friendly and always ready to help. They're great at clearing doubts and sharing practical knowledge. I really appreciate their teaching style. The course curriculum is spot on it's all about preparing us for real-world jobs. The semester exams are okay, not too hard. They mainly focus on practical learning, so the exams aren't too tough. The pass rate is around 35%.

Placement: Chemical Engineering isn't as popular as Civil or Mechanical, so there aren't as many students in my college studying it. About 5% of us are in the Chemical Branch. The highest salary offered for Chemical Engineering was 2L per year, while the average was around 1.2L per year and the lowest was about 1L. Companies like Dalmia Cement and Oil India Limited hire students from my course. Around 70% of us got internships in areas like Fertilizer and Water Treatment Plant. The main roles in my course require both technical and practical skills. Understanding how machines work is a big part of Chemical Engineering at my college.

Campus: The classrooms have projectors and good lighting. They also have all the machines and instruments needed for practicals. The quality is decent, but not top-notch since the facilities haven't been updated recently.

Admission: The teachers at this college are smart and nice. They make it easy to talk to them. The teaching is really good too. The exams each semester aren't too tough if we pay attention in class. The teachers are always there to help, so we don't stress about exams.

Placement: Our batch didn't have any placements because of Covid-19. Previous batches did have some placements, but not a lot. Our college is good for internships though. Companies like APDCL, oil companies, and railways offer internships. The roles they offer are related to our branch.

Campus: The college has really good infrastructure. I'm in the computer engineering program, and the classrooms and labs are top-notch. We have 3 practical labs with internet, which is awesome. The hostel facilities are great too. The food they serve is tasty. Plus, there's a medical college nearby and plenty of sports facilities for games. Overall, I'm pretty happy with everything here.

Admission: The teachers in our department are really helpful. The course curriculum is super relevant and gets us ready for the industry. The semester exams are not too hard - the theory exams are out of 70 marks, and 30 marks come from assignments and attendance.

Placement: The institute has good placement opportunities if you excel in your field of study. For Computer Science (CSE) students, they look for those skilled in C programming and interested in Java. I'm not sure about the job packages for other students though.

Campus: The labs have Wi-Fi and ethernet, which is cool. The classrooms are nice, but the library doesn't have all the books. The hostel is pretty good, and the students set up the Wi-Fi themselves. They have all the main sports and games during sports week. The food in the hostel is actually pretty good!

Admission: The teachers here are top-notch, coming from the best in our state. They really know their stuff and are always ready to help. The course content is up-to-date and matches what's happening now. About 70-75% of students land jobs in oil companies after graduating. Exams are a bit challenging, but doable.

Placement: About half of the students in our college usually find jobs every year. The salaries can go from 3 to 8 lakhs per year. Big companies like Syska, Bajaj, and Oil India Ltd come for placements. Most students also do internships, with roles like assistant officer, programming head, and developer being common.

Campus: The college has a nice, small campus with different buildings. Classes are mostly online, but teachers like to talk face-to-face. I studied in the ETE branch, and the lab was easy to use. The library has all the books I need for my courses. The hostel is comfy, and the food is tasty. There's a hospital close by, just in case. We have fun playing sports together, and the college arranges sports events every year.

The head of the department is really kind and knows her stuff well. All the teachers push us to pursue our interests and have a successful career. They teach really well and the courses prepare us for the industry. Most students pass with flying colors and the exams are not too hard.

Companies like Jio, BSNL, Airtel, TTS, ONGC, and IOCL hire from here. Everyone lands internships at local companies. Job roles include technical consultant, junior engineer, system engineer, and telecom engineer.

Campus: The department is well set up, but there's no AC, just fans. The lab rooms are cool. Students can use both the main library and the department library. No Wi-Fi for students, though. There are 3 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel. Hostel life is great, no ragging. Food is good, better than PG food around. The canteen is closed due to covid. Admission: The teachers here are really great - they know their stuff and are always ready to help out. The teaching is top-notch. This college is known as one of the best polytechnic colleges around, and they only take in the best students. Your success here really comes down to how much effort you put in to get ready for the industry.

Placement: I graduated from the mechanical engineering program in 2011. Around 1 out of 10 students from our batch landed jobs right on campus. The pay packages ranged from 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA, with the average being 3 LPA. Companies like Bajaj, Sun Pharma, Godrej, and Marico were the big recruiters. About 30% of us also scored internships. The most common job title offered was management associate.

Campus: The college is run by the state government, so the buildings are okay, but they have good equipment and stuff. The classrooms don't have AC, just fans. The library is nice with lots of books. Wi-Fi is there, but you can only use it in certain spots. It's an okay government college overall. The hostels are decent, with 3 for boys and 1 for girls. Food is alright, and the canteen is nice. Medical help is good. Sports and games are just okay.

Admission: The teachers at our college are super helpful and cover all the topics in the syllabus. The civil department teachers are always on point and never miss a class. Recently, we went on a college trip to Gangtok, and our teacher guided us. We also get to go on site visits every semester.

Placement: I started at this college during COVID, so there weren't any placements at that time. But lots of students got government jobs after graduating. Our seniors told us that their seniors got jobs through placements before COVID hit. The college has six departments, like civil engineering and mechanical engineering.

Campus: The hostel at our college has 4 boys' dorms and 2 girls' dorms. Around 150 students from different batches and branches stay there. The facilities are good, the food is tasty, and students clean the hostel regularly. We get three meals a day at the hostel, which is great.

Admission: The teachers here are really great - they know their stuff and are always ready to help. The course content is spot on and prepares us well for the real world. If you put in the effort during exams, it's totally doable. The passing rate is around 40%, so keep that in mind.

Placement: Only 5% of students in our course get placed, but the good news is that they get great packages. The highest package is 25 LPA and the lowest is around 6 to 7 LPA. Companies like Apollo, Dell, Hyundai, and Mahindra hire students from our college. Around 50% of students get placed in companies like OIL, IOCL, and APDCL. Once you get a job, you can have roles like General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Junior Engineer, or Senior Engineer. It's a great opportunity to start a career!

Campus: The classrooms at our college are really nice, and the labs are set up well. The food could be better, and the medical services are just okay. Sports and games are fine, but we could use another field for our activities. It would be great to have an indoor stadium close by too.
