Academic: The course here is good and structured well, and they picked nice subjects. But for IT and CS, it's not good enough because the curriculum is old. New technologies and tools come out fast, so there's a gap that the college needs to cover. Since our college is autonomous, the exams are set by them. Sometimes, they hold exams even if the full syllabus isn't finished yet. Overall, it's still a nice place.

Placement: Low placement rate for IT and CS students. For the 23-24 year, our college placement cell didn't provide any job opportunities at all. Honestly, if it wasn't for our teaching staff, no one would get a job. Our faculty members actively share details about walk-in drives and campus drives from other colleges. That's how students visit those places and manage to get placed.

Campus: The infrastructure at our college is honestly very nice. We have good labs and libraries that all students can use. Classrooms are well-equipped with AV, smart boards, and monitors, which is super helpful for both us students and the teachers. The only downside is that there are no hostels for students. And about the canteen, it's just okay, not amazing or anything, but not completely bad either.

Academic: I like about our college is how good the teachers are. They are really qualified and know their subjects very well, plus they are super friendly with all the students. Plus, they give us options for foreign language courses which is great for improving our skills and learning new things.

Placement: Getting admission for this course is quite easy, you only need 50% marks. About placements, the average package offered was around 2.5 Lacs. Your actual salary depends a lot on your skills and how much knowledge you have in the subject you chose. After this, you can aim for top roles like Managing Director and Business Manager.

Campus: From my experience here, our classrooms and the library are kept in really good shape. You can get any book you need from the library. Students can also use computers and Kindles any time they want for their project work. Using the gym here costs no extra money. Plus, the college has many activities that help you improve yourself.

Academic: From my experience here, the teachers are a bit mixed. Some faculty members know a lot and are great, but then some others are not so good. Our semester exams are quite hard compared to other places because they are all about writing answers, not MCQs. You need 40% marks to pass. When it comes to our syllabus, papers like biochemistry are very relevant and useful, but honestly, the rest of the curriculum doesn't feel that helpful.

Placement: What I noticed here is that our college is actually really good if you want to do research work, not so much for getting a job straight after finishing. My batch, especially, didn't really get any placements; most of us just decided to go for our Master's degrees instead. It seems M.Sc. students get placed more often than B.Sc. students. Still, it's good that three students managed to get an internship at BARC. They worked for six months there, doing different experiments and projects.

Campus: What I liked about our college was that the classrooms were really great, and labs were well-equipped. We didn't get Wi-Fi though. In the NR building, there are new labs which are in good condition, and they have special labs too for subjects like botany, zoology, microbiology, and chemistry. Our library is decent, and it has two separate study halls for boys and girls.

Placement: Currently, I'm a second-year student doing B.Sc in Information Technology here. For placements, about 60% to 90% of students usually get placed. The highest salary package offered can go up to 5 to 8 LPA. On average, packages are in the 2 to 5 LPA range, while the lowest can be between 3 to 5 LPA. Top companies like Infosys, TCS, and Wipro often come to recruit from our college. About 30% to 50% of students also get internships at local IT firms. Common job roles offered after this course are Software Developer and Data Analyst.

Campus: Our college has separate IT labs for the IT department, and the internet connection there is really fast. One thing is, there are no hostel facilities available. But the good news is, the mess and canteen food is very tasty, and they make sure everything is super clean. For any emergencies, we have medical facilities with proper staff. Also, for sports, they give us good equipment and organize lots of events and competitions so students can join in.

The teachers here are well-educated and helpful, but maybe their teaching methods can get a bit better. Semester exams are always on time and are not very difficult, so more than 90% of students usually pass.

Placement: From my course, the highest salary package offered was 4 LPA and the lowest one was 2 LPA. For placements, big companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture visited our college. They mostly offered jobs for frontend and backend developer roles.

Campus: In our college, the library is quite good. They have useful things like drinking water and computer systems, and boys and girls get separate places to sit. Our classrooms are also modern, with projector screens and computers installed. For practical work, the labs are really well-equipped, having good quality hardware and many projector screens. Also, the sitting arrangements in these labs are pretty decent.

Academic: Our college has a lot of courses available, and they really care about students doing well. The teachers are very helpful in classes and also during exam times. They always use practical examples from the real world and share their work experience, which makes learning much better. You can easily talk to them even after lectures. Many faculty members also help us with our projects and finding internships. Most of the teachers are professional and supportive. But sometimes, some of the newer or less experienced teachers might not teach as well as others.

Placement: About placements here, more than 50 students usually get placed from this course. For 2024, the college data shows that 465 students out of 1925 eligible ones got placed, with a median package of 2.16 LPA. Also, another report for the same year says 245 students were placed from 772 eligible ones, with a median package of 2.10 LPA. Good thing is, these placement numbers and median packages are the same as last year, 2023. No changes there.

Campus: For B. K. Birla College in Kalyan, they really have good facilities for all the courses we study. The best part is the fast Wi-Fi they give us, and all the labs are always kept very clean. One thing though, the college does not have its own hostel on campus. So, students who need a place to stay have to look for private rooms near the college area.

Academic: At our institute, the teachers are really cooperative. They are very qualified and take studies super seriously right from the first semester. My college is autonomous, so we have six semesters in total for the three years. It is also a NAAC A-grade college because the quality and study here are truly good.

Placement: Our college takes student placements very seriously. Because of how dedicated they are, many national companies like TCS, Piramal, Reliance, and Bajaj come to recruit students. I even got a placement in Piramal Finance myself.

Campus: The classrooms at our college are really good, they even made them better this year. We have projectors and Wi-Fi available, and the overall campus is very nice. You know, the library building is separate. Currently, we dont have a hostel, but they are working on building one for us.

Academic: Talking about our college, the teachers were really good and taught efficiently. They had solid experience in their fields, so we learned a lot from them, and the teaching quality was also nice, making it easy to understand tough concepts. But, I think our course curriculum needs to get updated more often because technology is changing so fast these days, and students need to be ready for these new changes. About the exams, they weren't super hard if you just studied properly.

Placement: Around half of the students in our course, around 50%, got online internships with companies like Unified Mentor, Eisystems, Coding Raja, and Oasis Infobyte. For final placements, only about 5-7% of students from our batch got jobs. The companies that hired from our course were Quality Kiosks and Rigved IT. The highest salary offered was 3 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA, but these figures are for after the training period. Usually, these companies offer you a trainee position first, and after getting around 6 months of experience, they might move you to a different role.

Campus: From my experience, our college has pretty good facilities for studies. The infrastructure here is quite nice, and they have separate labs for different courses. Also, the library is a cool spot for studying. The college canteen is decent, and they also offer medical facilities. What's more, they really care about extracurriculars, with sports and games like chess, carrom, and badminton available.

When it comes to semester exams, they are pretty good if you study properly, and to pass you just need to get 18 marks out of 50.

Placement: What I like about our college is how they give us everything we need for practical experience. Many students here, around 80% of them, are studying microbiology. For placements, top companies come to recruit from our campus. The main jobs we get for our course are usually in specialized tech fields. It's a really great college overall.

Campus: Our college has all good facilities like proper classrooms and really well-developed labs. You will find Wi-Fi here, plus there are PCs, a big library, and a nice reading room. The library even has separate sections for girls and boys. For girls, there's a GCR, and the gaming room is also quite good. The food quality here is seriously awesome, like full marks! Girls also have good privacy in the washrooms, and everything is well-managed for emergencies.

Academic: Our teachers here are really well-educated and have great skills, so the teaching quality is very good overall. Sometimes though, they don't come on time, and that can be a bit irritating for us students. The B.Voc course is super practical, which helps a lot to make us ready for jobs in the industry. And about exams, they aren't too tough if you study properly.

Placement: For our college, placements are pretty good. Almost 60 percent of students get placed every year. In our Business Management and Entrepreneurship Development stream, the highest package offered was 15 LPA. Students usually get top roles like Human Resources and Business Analyst, and these often come with the best salaries. Many top companies visit our campus for placements. The college also helps us a lot by offering internship schemes during the summer vacation.

Campus: The teachers and all the staff here are really friendly, which is a big plus. We also have some awesome facilities like a gym, a gaming space, and a sports ground, which are perfect for hanging out with friends or learning something new. Our classrooms are always neat and clean, and the washrooms are tidy too. The only thing is, the canteens can get really crowded sometimes.
