Admission: The lecturers here are really helpful and they know their stuff. But, just a heads up, only service-based companies come for campus placements, no big industry names. To pass the semester exams, just study the notes the lecturers give you.
Placement: The placement rate is around 60%, with the highest salary being 9.5 LPA and the lowest at 1.8 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, and many others visit our college for placements. TCS hired the most students, and about 20% of students got placed.
Campus: The college has good maintenance of its buildings because it's located outside the city. They provide free Wi-Fi for students, but the speed is just okay. The labs are there, but they're pretty basic and not super well-equipped. There are separate hostels for girls and boys which is convenient.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and explain things well. The semester exams are not too hard. They make sure we get what's being taught. The lab instructors are also pretty great.
Placement: The job placements are okay at this college. You can find a job, but the salary isn't that great.
Campus: The campus infrastructure needs some work. We have sports activities here. The food in the mess and canteen isn't great for breakfast, but lunch is okay. The labs are really good.

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff and are really friendly. At first, we had the same classes as Computer Science students, but then we started studying subjects related to our branch in the last two years. The new students, though, have a more focused syllabus on Artificial Intelligence from the second year. The college organizes hackathons and workshops regularly, which is cool. However, they don't fully prepare you for the industry - you gotta do some exploring on your own. The exams are okay, not too hard, and most students end up passing with flying colors.
Placement: The placements weren't great. Only two companies came so far and they only hired girls. Accenture was the main recruiter, but the schedule got messed up. They seem to prefer hiring girls in other colleges too. The highest package was about 6 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA. Some students landed internships on their own in big companies and start-ups. They mostly offered roles like junior developer and associate developer.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure. The labs have new computers and free Wi-Fi. The classrooms are nice with projectors. The library has lots of books and free Wi-Fi too. The hostel is okay, but the food can be bad sometimes. Luckily, the canteen serves good food at a good price. We have access to medical facilities from the nearby medical college. Plus, there are sports equipment and courts for all kinds of sports. The university and students organize sports tournaments and championships.

Admission: The courses at our college follow the VTU syllabus. The teachers are really good at what they do. They are all dedicated and give their best. I feel like they always support us during tough times. It's great to have such a helpful faculty.
Placement: Our college has great placement opportunities. Big companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Capgemini, Mind Tree, NTT data, Wilson Pro, and more hire students from here. They provide placement training all year round, which really boosts our career prospects.
Campus: The campus here is great! Each branch has its own building, and we have a big library with tons of books. The boys have a multi-gym to stay fit, and there's a playground for sports. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers here are a mix of friendly and strict ones. They all teach well in every department. Some new teachers might not be the best yet, but most of them have at least a master's degree. They explain things clearly. We also got practical training from Zestech Global Pvt Ltd, which was really helpful for industry exposure.
Placement: When Sir Gurucharan Singh was in charge of placements, we had great opportunities. But now, the new placement officer doesn't have many connections in the IT industry. Only a few computer science companies come for recruitment on campus. The rest are mostly tech support, sales, and marketing companies.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure with well-equipped labs in all branches. The library is awesome with a central library and a reference section. Sports facilities are good too - our college team even won a kabaddi match recently! The hostel rooms are nice, with 2 students sharing a room. No issues with the infrastructure. Separate hostels for boys and girls, both with Wi-Fi. The girls' hostel is a bit far, they have to cross the highway to get to college. The canteen serves good food at a fair price.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super helpful. They make classes really interesting by teaching practical stuff. The course curriculum is totally relevant to what's happening in the industry.
Placement: The college is awesome at helping students find jobs. They also offer cool internships. Big companies like HERO, TATA, and other top companies visit the campus for placements.
Campus: The college has great facilities like a playground and library for students. Every year, they organize a fun fest for us. The food in the mess is pretty good too.

Admission: The principal is nice, and the professors are really friendly. The lectures are super talented and easy to approach. I feel lucky to have such great professors and lectures. They make learning practical and exciting, especially in technology.
Placement: The placements here are really good. Over 75% of students get placed. Companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Paytm, Jio, Cisco, Microsoft, and others come for placements. Almost every student gets placed in 3-4 companies with better pay.
Campus: The college has good Wi-Fi, infrastructure, and smart classrooms. It recently became an autonomous college. The campus is well-furnished and has a healthy environment. There are separate seminar halls for each department and a big sports ground that's 400 meters long. Placement cell is also available.

Admission: The best thing about BGSIT is the faculty. They're really good at teaching and use both traditional and modern methods like a boss. Each department has plenty of teachers to cover all the topics well.
Placement: The career cell at BGSIT works really hard to help students get jobs. They have training for improving skills like aptitude, verbal, technical, and soft skills. They focus on each topic well. The placement record is good, with about 60-70% of students getting jobs each year. The highest salary is 8 lakhs per year, and the lowest is 2.5 lakhs per year. On average, students get around four lakhs. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra, and Infosys visit the campus for placements. Overall, they help, but students also need to put in effort to get placed.
Campus: The campus is really nice with green gardens all around the buildings. It's easy to find your way around because each building has a name. The whole place has Wi-Fi, which is cool. The labs are great and have all the stuff you need, plus they're safe in case of emergencies. The library is awesome, with different sections for different subjects. There's a big sports ground with a track that's 400 meters long. And there's a gym for those who like to work out. The canteen serves clean and tasty food.

Admission: The professors here are mostly from around here. Some are really knowledgeable, while others are just okay. They mostly use presentations and regular teaching methods. The class sizes are pretty good, not too big. We get to go on a field trip every semester, which is cool.
Placement: The job opportunities for civil engineering students were not as good as for other branches. Only around 30% of students got placed. Companies like Tata Consultant, Wipro, and TCS came for placements, but they didn't disclose the salary. They had workshops for computer science and mechanical students, and everyone got placement training classes.
Campus: I really liked the college setup at BGS Institute of Technology. It's eco-friendly and there's lots of greenery around the campus. They have a cool stadium for sports events, and the seminar halls, hostels, and libraries are all good and convenient. It's a nice place to study!
