Academic: From my experience, the teachers here are really good, they know so much and always help out. They even have teaching assistants to help with exams. The course studies are excellent; they make us ready for jobs. We learn everything, like business, HR, how to start a company, and general business stuff. So all students get full knowledge. The syllabus is super updated and matches what companies look for.

Placement: The placement scenario at our college is quite impressive. About 95% of students secure jobs. Many top companies like Deshaw, Amazon, Google, Infosys, eBay, Play Games, and Mastercard come for hiring. What's interesting is that while the most common salary package is 36 LPA, the highest package recorded was 18 LPA and the lowest was 10 LPA. Students get placed in roles like data scientist, data engineer, analyst, business owner, consultant, and even analytics consultant. For internships, around 90% of us got opportunities in key leadership, leadership, and support positions.

Campus: In my college, the facilities are really good. We get Wi-Fi all over the campus, which is very helpful. The labs are always neat and clean, and our classrooms are big enough for everyone. Plus, the library is huge and has every type of book you could need. If you stay in the hostel, the food is pretty nice too, with lots of variety and they cook it very cleanly. Also, our college has many sports and games like cricket, badminton, and other indoor and outdoor games.

Admission: Joining BIM felt smooth from the beginning. The application and shortlisting stages were handled neatly, and once my name appeared on the merit list, counselling and document verification moved quickly with helpful staff support. Updates about dates and requirements were clear, and the final registration was completed without any stress.

Academic: The curriculum here is quite good and really helps us get ready for the industry. Our teachers are super experienced and know a lot about their subjects. They are also very helpful, and we even have this cool 1:1 personalized buddy mentorship program. On the other hand, the exams are a bit hard, and only about 50% of students manage to pass.

Placement: Our college placements are really good. All 120 students from our batch got placed, which means 100% of us found jobs. The highest salary someone got was 20 LPA, and the lowest package was 10 LPA. The median salary for our batch was 12 LPA. Many big companies like Asian Paints, Godrej, Infosys, CRISIL, Accenture, and Century Ply come here to hire. Even many start-up companies offer pretty good placements too. Students mostly get roles like Assistant Manager (AM), Relationship Manager (RM), data analytics, sales and marketing, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Campus: My college campus feels really homely and clean, plus we get good water and food. The WiFi connection is strong too. Our mess committee does a great job, honestly, the food quality here is better than many other colleges. Classrooms are also very well-built, they even have 12 Bloomberg terminals. And the teachers? They are super experienced and well-known.

Academic: The teachers at BIM are very helpful. They dont just teach stuff from books, they also give us real-world experience, which is great. They always find new ways to teach that fit us students because they understand us well. Our MBA program is for two years, it's full-time and residential, meaning you live on campus. You can pick specializations like marketing, finance, strategy, systems, operations, and human resource management. Our smart teachers guide us in this program so we can become good and responsible leaders.

Placement: Our college always gets 100% placements, right from the start. We have a smaller batch, usually around 120 students, and everyone has to do an internship for 2-3 months, based on what the company wants. Students get to work in different areas like marketing, sales, business development, and even accounting. Many times, students get job offers (PPOs) from the companies where they interned. Big names like Hindustan Unilever and Ameex come to our campus for placements. The highest salary package was offered by 3M, and then Hindustan Unilever and Vedanta Resources also gave good offers.

Campus: At Bharathidasan Institute of Management, which we call BIM, students get really strong theoretical knowledge. Our college has a special partnership with BHEL, a very famous company. This setup lets us learn things that are super useful in the real world. Actually, BIM was the first management college in the whole country to be located inside a big industrial company. That is why Bharathidasan Institute of Management is known as an excellent place to study.

Admission: When I applied here, the admission steps for BIM were clearly laid out. Merit list updates and document verification details were shared promptly. Counselling sessions were conducted smoothly, and the registration process felt stress free.

Academic: Our college has many good visiting teachers who teach us in the second year, they are from the industry and know a lot. Also, our own teachers design the course syllabus to match what the current market needs. They give us all the study stuff, and the exams are quite tough, but this really helps us become smart and aware business graduates. We get daily guidance and everyone gets to join in which gives us many chances to learn here.

Placement: From my experience, the placements for the 2017-2019 batch last year were much better. The average and mean salary packages went up compared to the previous batch. Many students got really good offers, with salaries over 9 LPA, from well-known companies. Most of the roles offered were in marketing, operations, IT, and HR. It was different from the year before because lots of companies offered HR roles this time. Even though BIM is mainly known for its finance courses, marketing placements did very well, and most of the best salary packages were in marketing.

Campus: For holding events, seminars, and social gatherings, our college has all the basic facilities we need. But honestly, the infrastructure really needs some upgrades. Our batch even put in a request for a basketball court and a screen to be put up on the ground. One big issue is that we dont have a common spot for students to work on group projects or assignments. And seriously, considering Trichy's climate, AC facilities are a must-have here.

Academic: What I really like about our college is our amazing teachers. They are very qualified and know a lot. We have our regular teachers, and also guest teachers who come from different industries, many of them for years now. These guest faculty are there for almost every course we take, which is super helpful. We also get around two to three special lectures every week. These talks help us understand what's new and happening in the industry right now.

Placement: We have a 100% placement record here, which is amazing. Placements went really well for our senior batch, with the highest salary being 27 LPA and the lowest at 7 LPA. For our own batch so far, the highest offer is 17 LPA and the lowest we've seen is 6.5 LPA. The placements are truly the best part for us.

Campus: What I really like about our college is how much they've improved the infrastructure for students. We get campus WiFi in classrooms and also in the hostel, which is very helpful. There's even a computer center if you need internet access. Our library is used a lot, and faculty members really push us to read more management books. To take care of our health, a doctor visits our hostel every week. Also, we have a sports club that organizes tournaments for both men and women every trimester. I personally feel an emotional connection to this place.

Admission: After securing admission, the entire process felt transparent and well communicated. Interview schedules were shared on time, registration steps were easy to understand, and college staff responded quickly to queries. The orientation session gave useful clarity before classes began.

Academic: From my experience, the teachers here are really qualified, almost all of them have PhD degrees and lots of experience from working in companies. The teaching quality is seriously good. They make sure we get the best resources for studying and doing our research. Their teaching style is mostly practical, always showing us real-life case studies and the latest industry practices. We have one teacher for every ten students, which is a great ratio. Plus, many industry experts come to campus regularly. They talk about what's new in the industry, what problems are coming, and what companies are looking for. Sometimes, these guests even give us chances to work on live projects, so we can learn practical stuff and share new ideas. Our syllabus is also very helpful and gets updated with what the current industry needs.

Placement: The placement situation in our college is quite good. For the 2017-2019 batch, over 85% of students are already placed, though the process is still ongoing. On the first day of placements, about 12 to 15 companies visited and hired students for marketing, finance, HR, and operations roles. Big companies like Vedanta, EY India, HDFC, CITI Group, TVS, Asian Paints, Cognizant, and Infosys were among them. They offered different roles like Management Trainee, Sales Manager, Project Manager, and IT Consultant. The Corporate Immersion program for the 2018-2020 batch is also happening right now, with the highest stipend being 45K to 50K and the average around 10K. Our college also has a really diverse placement team with students from many different places. This team, with help from faculty, manages all the interviews and understands what companies want in new joinees.

Campus: I really like about our college is how well-equipped it is. For example, the classrooms are fully air-conditioned and have all the necessary things. You also get 24x7 Wi-Fi connectivity all over the campus, and our computer labs have all the tools needed. Since the college is inside the BHEL campus, we have this cool tie-up with the BHEL Government hospital. This means we get all general and emergency medical facilities right there. Also, a doctor comes to visit the hostel regularly. We have great sports facilities with good infrastructure to support them. And guess what, our canteen is FSSAI approved and students actually manage it! They offer a diverse menu with food items from North to South India, which is awesome.

Academic: Our teachers at BIM are really experienced. We have a good mix of them who teach all the management subjects. Also, lots of outside teachers come to our campus to teach special stuff like analytics or digital marketing. The course curriculum is very useful because they mix all the subjects together, instead of keeping them separate. This way, we get to learn both theory and practical things well.

Placement: A really good thing about BIM is their placements, they are always very consistent and successful. Lots of big companies visit us regularly, like Asian Paints, TVS & Sons, Infosys, Accenture Digital, SBI Caps, and Sundaram Clayton. Students usually get an average salary package of about 10 lakhs every year. The types of jobs we get are varied, such as sales and marketing, business analyst, and even project manager roles.

Campus: Our college, BIM, is like most other B-schools, with all the basic things you need like WiFi and a good library. But the coolest part is that BIM is inside the BHEL company area, which is about 20 km away from Trichy city. This means we get a very peaceful place to study, and also some real industrial exposure right here. Even our food and catering stuff is managed by us students, making the whole place feel very homely.

They are always there if you have any questions or doubts. Plus, the course syllabus gets updated regularly, which is great.

Placement: Our college, BIM, has a super efficient placements committee, made up of both students and staff. Because of this, everyone in my batch got an internship. The stipends for internships were pretty good, going from 10K up to 60K per month. Also, the final placements for 2019 were much better than 2018, with the highest, median, and average salaries all seeing a good increase.

Campus: BIM is located inside the BHEL campus, which is a nice environment. The hostel here is set up like a 2 BHK house, where two students share one room, making it four students living in one house. The whole place looks very green and is full of big, strong trees. We have around six classrooms available for both our senior and junior students. My favorite spot is definitely the library, and there is also a good computer centre for everyone. On the ground, you will find a badminton court and a TT court, and the students mess is also located there. The best part is that all these areas, like the classrooms, hostel, and even the ground facilities, are Wi-Fi enabled, and our classrooms are all air conditioned, which is a big comfort.

Academic: From my experience, the teachers here are really good, they have many years of experience from both teaching and working in companies. Campus: The college infrastructure here is pretty good, you know. We have a huge library with over 16,000 books. Plus, our classrooms are smart and use the latest software, which really helps in studying. There are separate hostels for guys and girls, and they make sure we have all the stuff we need. For sports, there's a big playing ground, and the sports committee gives us all the equipment for cricket, football, badminton, and table tennis whenever we want to play.

Placement: Our college has really good placements. I mean, 100% of the students who wanted jobs actually got placed here. The best salary package someone got was 24 lakhs per year, and the average salary was around 9 lakhs annually. Lots of big companies visited our campus for hiring, like Sulekha, D. E. Shaw, Asian Paints, TAFE, TCS, Infosys, Ramco, Mind Tree, Analytics Quotient, HDFC LIFE, SBI, ANZ, and WIPRO.

Campus: College is just an average place. They have big plans to build a totally new, really modern building inside BHEL, which will be awesome when it's done. Right now, though, our campus isn't good enough compared to other top B-schools, and that's why BIM sometimes ranks low. But seriously, the food at BIM is something everyone loves a lot!
