Admission: The teachers here are pretty cool. They push us to be independent and do things on our own. Some of them cheer us on when we show our skills. It's important to work hard and give it your all. The staff in the exam office and accounting department are also friendly and nice.
Placement: The college got placements from TCS, FCS, Serish, and more, but some companies turned out to be fake. The educational environment is good, but there's a lot of study pressure. You can learn things here, but don't count on getting placed through the college.
Campus: The mechanical lab at this college is pretty great. It's one of the biggest labs in West Bengal for private colleges in WBUT. The teachers in math, physics, civil, and mechanical departments are all really good. The campus and facilities are top-notch too.

Admission: The civil engineering department at our college is top-notch, and our labs have all the machines we need. The professors are really great they're super knowledgeable and always ready to help, even outside of class. Every year, the college sets up field trips to industries and organizes programs to help us develop our entrepreneurial skills.
Placement: In 2014, around a quarter of civil engineering students got placed. Overall, 60% of students found jobs that year. Companies offered salaries between 20000-40000 per month. Big names like JMC, Pinnacle, IBM, TCS, and Mahindra hired lots of us. The highest salary was 480000 per year from IBM, and the lowest was 240000. My friends landed jobs at JMC and Pinnacle, and they're still working there with good pay.
Campus: The classrooms are comfy with AC, and we even have a cool gallery for presentations. We've got a digital library and a reading room with AC too. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, which is awesome. The hostel area also has Wi-Fi. There's a girls hostel and two boys hostels - one for freshmen and the other for senior guys. The senior boys hostel is split into different parts like east 1, west 2, etc. Each hostel has its own canteen, and there's a staff canteen near the main college building. We also have a cafeteria on the college roof where you can play chess and table tennis. And don't forget about the ground where we have our annual sports meet with games like football and cricket. It's pretty cool!

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful and know their stuff. They're really nice and treat us like their own kids. The classes are practical and get us ready for the real world. I feel like I'll be all set for the industry after this course.
Placement: Around half of the students in our college got a job after graduating. But in mechanical engineering, only a quarter of students got placed. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and others hired students. The top job offered in our course was field engineer, but design engineers got the best pay. The highest salary was 5 LPA, the lowest was 2.5 LPA, and the average was 3.5 LPA. Most students got internships, mainly in power plants like Bk.TPP and DVC. Some went to Durgapur Steel Plant, and a few to Mahindra.
Campus: The campus is great with Wi-Fi everywhere. The library is good, classrooms have projectors, and labs are awesome. The hostel is decent, with food and a canteen. There's a medical shop nearby. Plus, we have sports and games on campus too.

Admission: The teachers at our college were really helpful. They taught us carefully and made sure we understood the subjects well. It was great when they explained things in class.
Placement: The placements at our college were really disappointing. Only 13 students got jobs at TCS. The rest of us didn't get placed, which is pretty rough. It's not cool that so many of us are still looking for jobs because the college didn't help us find one.
Campus: The college's buildings were okay, I'd rate them 3 out of 5. When I first checked out the campus, I was a bit lost. The library there is massive!

Admission: The teachers at our college are super helpful and friendly. They know their stuff and are qualified. There are lots of M.Tech courses to choose from, like mechanical engineering. And they've got all the B.Tech courses too. I'm in civil engineering, and the curriculum is spot on for getting us ready for the industry.
Placement: Around half the students in our course found placements, which is pretty good. The highest salary offered was Rs. 2.4 LPA, while the lowest was 1.2 LPA, with an average of 1.8 LPA. Mahindra, Damodar Ropeways & Infra Ltd, and Tata Consultancy Services are the top companies that hire from our college for the role of site engineer. Some students also got internships at Gammon India and Simplex company, which was cool. It's nice to see opportunities coming our way like this.
Campus: Our college has a huge infrastructure with 3 sections, each having 4 floors. We've got Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. The classrooms are nice and airy. Plus, we have hostel, medical, and canteen services. We play sports like cricket, football, and table tennis on the college ground and in the common room near the canteen.

Admission: The professors here are super helpful and really know their stuff. Some of them even went to top engineering schools. They teach well and are always there to answer questions. But the courses don't really prepare us for the industry.
Placement: In our course, about 35-40% of us got placed. The seniors said the highest salary was 12 LPA, the average was 3.4 LPA, and the lowest was 1.4 LPA. The big companies hiring in our course are TCS, LG Electronics, and Capgemini. Job roles like junior engineer, assistant manager, and web developer are common. Seniors mentioned the lowest salary they knew of was 2.4 LPA. Also, around 45-50% of students landed internships.
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, digital classrooms, library, digital library, CC lab, and workshops. There's a departmental library and E-library too. The food in the mess is good, and there's a canteen and medical facilities. The hostel has sports grounds too.

Admission: The professors are really helpful and know their stuff. A few of them even graduated from top colleges like IITs and NITs. They're always there to help with any topic when they're free. The teaching is good, but the course curriculum isn't that practical for preparing us for the industry.
Placement: Around 65% of us usually get jobs after graduating from our course. Seniors say the best package you can get is 12 LPA, with an average of 3.2 LPA, and the lowest is 1.8 LPA. Companies like TCS, LG ELECTRONICS, and L&T come to hire us. We usually get roles like Electronics Engineer, System control Engineer, etc. Plus, about 45-50% of us land internships while studying.
Campus: The college has really good facilities. We've got Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and a digital library. There's also an auditorium and a library for each department. The food in the mess is pretty good. And if you need medical help, there are facilities in the hostel. Oh, and there's a sports ground in the hostel too. Overall, the college has everything we need.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome. They're always there to help you out when you're stuck. You can just go up to them and ask for help. They teach well, mostly using books. After that, they show us how to write code on the computer and run it. That's why everyone likes their classes.
Placement: A lot of my friends and older students from this college got cool jobs after graduating. A bunch of them landed jobs at IBM. Some even got more than one offer, while others got job offers from abroad. A few students even scored government jobs. It's awesome to see everyone doing so well!
Campus: The college has free Wi-Fi for students, you just need to register your IP address. The library has lots of good books and the new labs are awesome. They organize sports events and give prizes to the winners. Gamathon is a cool gaming competition where students who love gaming can join. Sometimes students from other colleges come to play computer games here too.

Admission: The teachers and lab assistants are super helpful. They teach us really well and often use videos and stuff to help us learn. We all listen to the teachers and show them respect. The stuff we learn in each department is actually helpful.
Placement: The placement scene at Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology is top-notch. They have a solid training and placement team led by seasoned professionals from Kolkata. Big names like TCS, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, Infosys, HCL, IBM, and more come to campus for hiring. Plus, they offer vocational training during summer break. Great opportunities for students!
Campus: The teachers and lab assistants at my college are really great. Lots of classrooms have screens and stuff for videos. We've got four big lecture halls. The college has Wi-Fi everywhere. Plus, there's a medical room on campus. All the labs have cool new machines.

Admission: The teachers at our college weren't great. They didn't teach effectively. There weren't many workshops or seminars organized. Only a couple of teachers were good, while the others were not so great. I wouldn't recommend this college. The math teachers were good, but the rest didn't teach C programming well.
Placement: The placements at our college were really disappointing. None of the good companies came to hire during our time there. So, don't get your hopes up for great placements. This college used to be famous, but it's not the same anymore. I'm really unhappy with it. The college leaders don't seem to have much control. The guy in charge of placements wasn't much help either. He didn't know anyone in the industry. It's hard to believe that none of the 24 students in our department got placed through campus interviews.
Campus: The college has good infrastructure with decent Wi-Fi. The labs are okay, but the computers need an upgrade. The library is great with lots of books and magazines. There's also a medical unit on campus. Sports and games facilities are good. The campus is big and in a nice location.
