Admission: The teachers are a mixed bag - some are super helpful, but others not so much. They all know their stuff, but some lack the knack for teaching. The course layout needs work; why put Python in the 7th semester? Exams are okay, not too hard. You can pass if you put in some effort. Plus, the grading system is fair. Most students, like 90-95%, manage to pass.

Placement: The placements this year are pretty good, around 65-75%. The highest package is 9 lakhs, the lowest is 3.5 lakhs, and the average is 4.5 lakhs. Companies like Rapidops, Motadata, Odoo, and Social Pilot come for hiring. Most students, like 80-90%, land internships in places like Tatva Soft, Surekha, and Simform. They offer roles like junior developer, AI-ML developer, or in DevOps.

Campus: The facilities at BVM are pretty good. The campus has labs, some are old, some are really well-equipped. Wi-Fi is available in the library and in each department block, but in the block, it's only for laptops. The college also has hostel facilities. The rooms are nice, but the food quality and taste might need some getting used to. There are a couple of small sports events at the college, but they're not that big of a deal.

Admission: The teachers at BVM are really nice and helpful. They've got good qualifications like Master's and Ph.D. The course structure is great, but they updated it for the new batch starting in 2024-25 to match industry needs. Since BVM is autonomous, the exams can be tough if you're not clear on the topics.

Placement: The job placements at BVM College are pretty good, around 80%. In the mechanical course, last year's package was about 9 LPA. Companies like Tata, Elecon, and Infosys come to hire students. BVM College also organizes special lectures to help students land jobs. They teach important skills like leadership, taking initiative, and being confident.

Campus: The mechanical course at BVM has awesome infrastructure. They use Smartboards instead of blackboards, which helps us understand topics better. All the labs are air-conditioned, which is a plus. Plus, they have different types of rooms in the hostel like AC rooms, non-AC rooms, common bathrooms, and attached bathrooms.

Admission: The professors here really know their stuff, but about half of the first-year professors struggle to explain things clearly to us students. It feels like they assume we already know everything they do, and it can be tough for us to keep up. It's a bit frustrating when they don't break things down for us.

Placement: Most students get jobs every year, around 60%. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4.5 LPA. Big companies like Adani, Reliance, and L&T hire here. Electrical and Electronics students have good placement, better than Mechanical and other core branches.

Campus: The college charges a Wi-Fi fee for all students, but they don't give out the password for the department Wi-Fi. We can only use the library Wi-Fi, which is okay. The library itself is really good though. They also charge a fan fee, but the fans are pretty old. Even on the lowest setting, they spin too fast. It gets really hot in the summer because of this. The labs are nice, with good equipment for experiments. The hostel, A. M. Naik, has a great infrastructure, but the food isn't that great.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and give us great notes to help us prepare for exams. Last semester, about 76% of students passed their exams, which is awesome. It's all thanks to the teachers being so experienced and us students putting in the hard work.

Placement: Almost all the students in this course got jobs, and a lot of them landed internships too. The salary packages range from around 90k to 10 lakh, depending on the company.

Campus: The course facilities are great! We've got Wi-Fi, clean classrooms, and a nice library. The college hostel is awesome too - they serve good food and have medical help for students. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here all have Ph.Ds. They're really nice and know their stuff. The teaching is good, they use PowerPoints and books. This college is connected to GTU. We have two exams each semester.

Placement: If you score around 7 CGPA, you can get placed here. The highest salary package they offer is around 10 LPA, while the lowest is around 2 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T, eInfochips, Mahindra, Matrix, Bacancy, and more come for recruitment.

Campus: The college building is pretty old, but the facilities are awesome. We've got a nice garden and sports activities going on. The library is decent, and you can find ATM machines around. The canteen is okay, with namo Wi-Fi and 5G network. Also, our classrooms have smart boards and projectors.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. Some of them are from IIT and have a lot of experience. Others are newer, but that's cool because they bring fresh teaching styles. They also give us hands-on experience, which is great for getting ready for work. The courses aren't too hard, and you just need to get 33% to pass.

Placement: Placements in our branch are usually between 75% - 80%. The highest salary package is 9.5 LPA and the average is around 4 lakhs. Companies like Honda, MG Motors, Adani Group, Siemens, TCS, and others come for hiring. Internship options aren't that great here. After the course, you can get roles like Graduate Trainee Engineer, quality, or manufacturing department jobs.

Campus: The college has a library, auditorium, and labs with new equipment. Classrooms are digital - some have smart boards, others have projectors. Facilities are good, but the mess food isn't great. It's close to campus. The sports club offers lots of options for different sports.

Admission: The teachers in our department are super supportive and really know how to teach. The courses cover everything from basics to advanced stuff like electronics and Embedded systems. The semester exams aren't too tough, but you gotta pay attention in class. You just need to get 33% to pass, which is around 21 out of 60.

Placement: Our college has awesome placements! Almost everyone who wants a job gets one. Last year, Amazon offered the highest package of 45 LPA to an electronics student. On average, we get 4-5 LPA offers. Lots of big companies like Honda, Adani, TCS, and more come for recruitment. It's great to see so many opportunities for us students!

Campus: The college has awesome labs with top-notch electronics equipment. The Wi-Fi and library are great too. Students get free access to books and journals, and everything is super organized. The hostel on campus is also really nice, with AC, good food, and all the engineering tools you need.

Admission: The teachers are nice, but their teaching style is kinda boring. The course is useful, and the syllabus covers all the important stuff. Exams are tough if you don't focus in class.

Placement: Almost 90% of students in our branch have jobs after graduating. The highest salary you can get is 12 LPA. Most people get between 4 to 5 LPA. The lowest salary is around 3 to 4 LPA. The companies that hire us are mostly from Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, and other nearby places.

Campus: The labs are really good with high-end equipment and fast computers. Wi-Fi works well all over campus. Living in the hostel is nice because they clean it every day, but the food isn't that great. The college doesn't focus much on sports they only have one sports week and one big event each year.

Admission: The professors are really helpful and will explain things as many times as you need until you get it. The courses focus on industrial concepts, but the semester isn't too tough as long as you understand the topics. Plus, some of the professors are IIT graduates, so they really know their stuff.

Placement: Around half of the students here end up getting jobs after graduating, and the average salary is around 5 lakhs. Big companies like Honda, Alstom, L&T, and Adani come to hire students from our college. We also have different internships available, like ones with ISRO and even some in Russia. The best part is that our course gives us real-world experience in the industry.

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, and the labs have cool new tech. The classrooms are great, and each department has its own library, plus there's a big central library. They also have lots of sports and cultural stuff going on here.

Admission: The teachers were cool and easy to talk to, but there were a few who weren't that great. The stuff we were learning felt kind of old-fashioned when I was there. I think they should add some classes that are more up-to-date with what's happening in the industry, like Verilog, system verilog, chip design flow, UVM, and stuff like that. You can pick one or two classes from different areas each semester, which is pretty cool. If you're into IT, you can take classes from the IT department. The exams were okay, not too hard. We had two midterms and one final exam every semester.

Placement: Placements at this college are not great. The highest salary offered was 9 LPA, but most students end up with 4 LPA or less. Because of this, many students go for further studies or look for jobs off-campus. Companies like TCS, eInfochips, and others hire from here, mainly for IT roles in EC branch. It's tough to get good-paying core electronics jobs in fields like Embedded or VLSI from this college. Around 40-50% of students land internships or jobs from on-campus drives.

Campus: The college has been around since 1948, so the buildings are old but they've fixed them up. The campus isn't huge, but it's nice and tidy with lots of greenery. I thought it was pretty. The classrooms and library were great for studying. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best and needed some upgrades while I was there. The overall college facilities were good, but the girls' dorms were a bit of a mess. The management in the girls' dorms was pretty bad.
