BITM Ballari Scholarship Application Process

Eligible students must obtain the scholarship application from the college office after completing the admission process and also apply online. SC/ST students admitted through CET are required to apply for the scholarship within the stipulated time.

  • For Newly Admitted Students: Submit the duly filled application along with 2 copies of the CET Admission Order, 10+2 marks card, Income Certificate, and Caste Certificate to the Scholarship In-charge.
  • For Higher Semester Students: Submit the duly filled application along with 2 copies of the CET Admission Order, Income Certificate, Caste Certificate, and the previous semester’s marks card to the Scholarship In-charge.
  • Scholarship Amount: The college will forward the applications to the concerned authorities after completing all formalities. Once the scholarship is approved, the amount will be directly transferred to the student’s account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
