Admission: I'm studying at Bengal Institute of Technology and Management, taking courses like B.Tech, BHM, B.A. LL.B., and M.Tech. The college is part of the Camelia Group of Colleges in West Bengal, India, and it's affiliated with MAKAUT. The faculty here are really good and well-known.

Placement: The college has a placement cell that helps students get jobs in good companies in Kolkata and other places. It's tough to find a job nowadays, but the college gives us a shot at the corporate world and helps us reach our goals. It's a great opportunity for us students.

Campus: The Bengal Institute of Technology and Management is set in the beautiful city of Bolpur. The campus is green with a park and old buildings. It's a big campus but easy to navigate. The fees are reasonable too.

Admission: The faculty at our college is really great. They're super helpful and always there to help with any questions. Some of them can be pretty strict, but they really know their stuff. Plus, they use projectors to make learning more hands-on.

Placement: The college's placements are just okay not amazing, not terrible. The companies that come for recruitment are decent for new graduates. But I hope the college works on this to improve the placements in the future.

Campus: The college has top-notch facilities and equipment. Our college even won the best industrial award in West Bengal. That means we have all the latest tools and machines. The teachers here are really skilled, especially for diploma students. They also teach B.Tech students. It's a great place to learn.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super helpful and know their stuff. They really try to teach us well. But the course content could be better. It doesn't fully prepare us for the real world, so some students struggle when they start working. Thankfully, the exams aren't too tough, and most students pass easily.

Placement: The placement rate in my course is about 10%. The highest salary offered is 3 lakhs per year, while the lowest is 1.2 lakhs per year. Some local companies and Dalmia Bharat come for placements. Students also get internships at IOCL, SAIL, TISCO, and other companies. The top job position is junior structural engineer.

Campus: The campus here is awesome! Lots of trees make it a nice place to study. The library is huge and the food is tasty and cheap. The teachers are super helpful. There's a big playground, but it's off-limits now because of lockdown. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here aren't great. If you want to take exams, you gotta see the head of the department for your admit card. But you gotta go see him in person, or else you won't get it. And you'll end up waiting in line for like half an hour to get it. Plus, there's no fun stuff like clubs or sports to do.

Placement: I heard that only about 40% of students actually got jobs after college. A lot of students don't bother with placements because the companies that come here don't pay well. They're not big-name companies. I'm not sure about the salary packages because I didn't even try for placements. I also didn't do any internships through the college.

Campus: The hostel I stayed at was pretty disappointing. The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms were gross with no proper doors. The Wi-Fi didn't even work, and the food was not great. I wouldn't suggest this hostel to anyone. The labs were also not up to par. The ones in my school were much better and well-kept. Plus, there were water leaks and the machines weren't working properly.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are super helpful. The teaching is great, and the course content prepares us well for the industry. Exams are pretty straightforward, and most students pass with a high percentage.

Placement: Around half of us in our course got jobs after graduating. The highest salary offered was 6 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average was 3.5 LPA. The construction companies are the main ones hiring us. Almost all of us get internships at design companies. The top job we get is as a GET.

Campus: The college has everything you need - Wi-Fi everywhere, a great library, and a big playground. The hostel is nice with awesome facilities. They have sports and medical stuff too. The food in the canteen is good.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced. They all came from top colleges like IIT. They know how to teach well. We have exams often, which helps us learn better.

Placement: The job placements are awesome here! Big companies like HP, Wipro, Infosys, Ashok Leyland, and more visit our college every year to hire students who meet the cutoff marks. This year, lots of students got jobs in companies like TCS and HP. It's great!

Campus: The college has really cool labs with high-tech stuff. There are two buildings one for CSE, IT, and ECE, and another for biotechnology. They're pretty close, like a 10-minute walk. And there's a big ground where they do sports and cultural stuff.

Admission: The teachers at BITM Santiniketan really know their stuff. They've got tons of experience and know what they're talking about. They make sure we get a top-notch education. The courses at BITM are set up to give us a solid foundation in our field. We learn both the theory and the hands-on stuff. It gets us ready for real-world jobs. We get graded in lots of different ways, like tests, projects, and assignments. The way we're graded changes depending on what we're studying.

Placement: BITM Santiniketan helps students find jobs through a placement cell. Companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra visit for recruitment. The average salary is around INR 3-4 LPA, with the highest being around INR 10-12 LPA. Placement stats can change every year.

Campus: The classrooms at BITM are really nice, with cool stuff like projectors and audio visual systems. They also have all the equipment we need for learning. And there's a computer lab with super fast internet too. Oh, and the hostel facilities at BITM are great! Both guys and girls have everything they need, like comfy beds and study tables. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful and know their stuff. They're always there to clear up any doubts we have. The curriculum is pretty good too. Classes start at 9:30am and finish at 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break in between. Passing the semester is not too hard you only need 35% to pass.

Placement: The college placement scene used to be just okay, but it's getting better. Our seniors are landing jobs in companies in West Bengal and other states. We've had visits from big names like Infosys, TCS, IBM, LG software, Tiger analytics, Star Health, and other companies. It's looking good for future placements!

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, digital classrooms, and a central library with all the books we need. There are hostels for both guys and girls too. The cafeteria serves good food, there's a huge playground, and lots more to enjoy here.

Admission: The CSE course is awesome! You get to pick a language like C, C+, or Java. Plus, you learn cool stuff like automata theory and computer architecture. Each course has its own teachers who are really good. They teach well, but you gotta put in the work too. Your effort pays off in how much you learn. Just soak up everything the teachers throw at you!

Placement: The job placements at this college are pretty good. No college can guarantee 100% job opportunities, but ours has around 50% of students getting jobs. The placements are good, but you need to put in some effort to secure a job. If you work hard and explore other options like AMCAT, eLitmus, etc., you can increase your chances of landing a job outside of college placements.

Campus: The hostel facilities are pretty good and have a lot of benefits for us. However, there are also some downsides to living in the hostel.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and have lots of experience. Many of them studied at top colleges like IIT and universities abroad. Sometimes, we also have guest teachers who come in every week. They teach using projectors or just talking. It's really easy to learn because they make it simple for us.

Placement: The job chances are pretty good here. Around 20 companies came last year. They pick about half of the students. Big companies like TCS, Gammon India, Hindustan Unilever, and more show up. Everything happens at the main campus since it's the main one for Camelia group.

Campus: The college campus is part of the Camelia group and it's pretty big - 150 acres! They've got a cool library, workshops, AC computer labs, and modern projectors in every class. You can study law, management, diploma, B.Tech, and M.Tech here. There's also medical help, a post office, and separate hostels for guys and girls. Great place to study!
