BMS School of Architecture offers a well-rounded campus that also has a construction yard for hands-on learning for students. BMS SA also shares key facilities with BMSIT. such as the hostels, sports grounds, gym and auditoriums.

Academic Infrastructure

The campus has well-ventilated classrooms and design studios equipped with audiovisual support, computer labs with design software and high-speed internet, along with a seminar hall, cafeteria and conference room.

Construction Yard

A dedicated live construction yard provides students with hands-on learning opportunities, where they work alongside mentors, masons and technicians to practice real-world building methods and detailing.

Library & Digital Resources

Students have access to a wide range of open-access e-books and journals through platforms such as Project Gutenberg, DOAB and SciELO. The digital library provides IP-based and remote access to research publications.

Shared Campus Facilities

The institute shares several facilities with BMSIT, including separate hostel accommodations for boys and girls, indoor and outdoor sports fields covering approximately 2.5 acres and a well-equipped gymnasium. The campus also has indoor and open-air auditoriums, a placement cell, stationery shop, counselling room and an on-call health centre with ambulance support.

Support & Amenities

The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides clean RO drinking water stations, CCTV surveillance, lift access and wheelchair-friendly washrooms and parking areas. Additional amenities include a landscaped garden, bus parking and transportation facilities covering multiple city routes.

Skill Lab & Innovation

The Skill Lab is equipped with a 3D printer, laser cutter, pottery and woodcrafting equipment and an AR/VR lab. The BMSSA Autodesk Centre supports software-based skill development, while the Research Center for Innovation and Design Management promotes design innovation and research ethics.

Campus Life & Events

Academic activities such as guest lectures, workshops, site visits, study tours, NCC, various sports competitions and design studio sessions are conducted, along with cultural programs and festivals. Outreach activities under Institutional Social Responsibility include heritage documentation, environmental awareness drives and school engagement.
