Admission: The faculty isn't very helpful or easy to approach. They don't seem to know much and the quality of teaching is pretty low. Most students end up studying on their own, getting good grades, and landing jobs. The semester exams aren't too hard, and I've managed to pass some subjects by cramming just one day before the exam!
Placement: The college helps students get placements in non-core branches more than core ones. They don't arrange internships, so we have to find them ourselves. The top company for my course is L&T. The highest salary is 64 lakhs per year and the lowest is 1 lakh.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty bad because it's a government college. It hasn't been taken care of for a long time! The hostel food isn't great either. The Wi-Fi works fine, and the labs are okay. The classrooms don't have AC, but the library is well-kept. Like I mentioned before, the hostel food isn't that tasty.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and really care about us. They know their stuff and are great at teaching. Mechanical engineering is so cool and easy to connect with real life. Love it!
Placement: So, most of the 2024 batch got jobs, which is awesome. The pay varies from 3.5 LPA to 20 LPA, which is pretty good. L & T hired a lot of us. I think around 90% of my classmates will land jobs in different companies. The faculty in my department really care about us.
Campus: The hostel I stayed in during my second year, Rajendra, is really nice. It's the newest one on campus. However, the other hostels I lived in during my first and fourth years, Jai Bharat and Vrindavan, are pretty old. They have a lot of problems. The hostel I stayed in during my third year, Bihar, is okay. Sometimes there are issues with the electricity going on and off.

Admission: The teachers know their stuff, but most of the time we gotta study by ourselves. That's just how college goes, right? Our course is set by AKTU, but it doesn't really prep us for the real world. The semesters are pretty chill, you can pass them without too much stress. Just study a couple days before the test and you're good to go.
Placement: Around half of the students find jobs after college. In the Computer Science department, the top salary is about 12-13 LPA. For Electronics, it's around 11 LPA. Companies like L&T, HLS, and Measure PM come to hire often. Unfortunately, the college doesn't arrange internships for us, so we have to find them ourselves. Most students in core branches end up as graduate engineer trainees.
Campus: The college has okay infrastructure. The labs lack proper resources, but the library has lots of books. They give good service. Hostels have free Wi-Fi. The food in the mess is not great, like most colleges. They have medical facilities. Sports and games here are popular and competitive.

Admission: The teachers here are hit or miss. Some are really friendly and know their stuff, but others aren't much help. They stick to the schedule and give exams on time, following the academic calendar. The semester test can be tough, though.
Placement: The placement scene at this college is pretty good. They hook students up with some solid career opportunities. The college is all about sustainable tech and going green, plus they're big on AI and automation, diving into machine learning too.
Campus: The hostel here is pretty run-down. They never fix anything. The water cooler doesn't work, and the food in the mess isn't great. Some of the staff seem off, and there are kids working. The bathrooms are dirty, and we have water shortages sometimes.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. The semester exams can be tough, but if you go to class and pay attention, they're not too bad. You just need 41 out of 100 to pass.
Placement: The ECE branch has an average package of around 5-6 LPA, with the highest package going up to 15 LPA. Companies like Godrej, Cadence, HLS Asia, TCS, and Tech Mahindra come for placements. About 75% of students in our course get placed, and almost half of them land internships. It's a great place to prepare for tough exams.
Campus: The Wi-Fi is on all the time, but it's hit or miss. Sometimes it's fast, but other times there's no internet. The library is nice, with everything we need. The first-year mess is good, but later on it gets tricky. They have sports and games in the morning and evening. Great way to stay active!

Admission: The guest lecturers aren't great, and some government faculty members aren't the best at teaching either. They seem to know their stuff but struggle to explain it well. However, the exam questions are challenging and well-done.
Placement: The average salary package is around 5 LPA. Not a lot of top companies come to BIET for placements. Most of the best job offers come from off-campus drives. Especially for CSE and IT, companies like Google, Deutsche Bank, and Cadence Design mostly hire from off-campus. But for core branches, there are more options available.
Campus: The classrooms for CSE are great, but the ones for Electrical and IT are not so good. There's no Wi-Fi in classrooms, but the labs are cool. They have workshops every day, which is awesome for learning new stuff. The teachers are always ready to help out.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and have degrees from IIT. When you show up to class, they put in the effort to teach well. They take teaching seriously. The quality of teaching is good overall. Sometimes you might not get everything, but you'll get most of it. Exams each semester are not too hard, so it's easy to get good grades. Some subjects can be tricky, but that's just how they are. Around 85% of students pass their exams.
Placement: Around 40 out of 67 students in my batch got jobs. The average salary is 5.5 LPA, with the middle one at 5 LPA. The highest offer this year was 15 LPA. Companies like Godrej, Cadence, and Accenture came for placements. They offer roles like Analog Design Engineering and Executive Engineering. Most students also get internships with good pay.
Campus: The classrooms are kinda old, but they have smart classrooms too. The Wi-Fi in the hostels works great. The library is open most days, just closed on Sundays and big holidays. There's a main canteen in the college, plus a few more around. The medical facilities are good, with the dispensary open most of the time. The sports scene here is awesome. The labs could use some improvement, though.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and qualified, but they're not super supportive. Exams are pretty easy since they usually use old questions. The semester goes by fast, only four months, so they rush through the syllabus.
Placement: The college doesn't have great placement opportunities. None of the electronics and communication engineering students in my batch got placed. But a few computer science students did. The average salary they offer is around 6-8 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, and L&T come for campus placements.
Campus: The campus has mostly old buildings, but there are some new ones too, like the multipurpose hall and library. The library is nice, but it closes early at 4:30 pm. There isn't a good canteen on campus though.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful in preparing us for the future. They also assist with job placements and the final project, which is great. The semester exams are not too hard, just the right level of challenge. It definitely gets us ready for the industry.
Placement: Around half of the students in my college get placed, with some finding jobs off-campus. Companies like L&T, TCS, and PES come for placements. The highest salary offered is 75 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA. On average, students here get around 4 LPA.
Campus: The Wi-Fi at my college is pretty good overall, but it can be spotty in some spots. The classrooms are comfy, but the seats aren't the best. We have all the labs we need, but some are kinda useless since there aren't enough teachers for them.

Admission: The teachers here are all about textbooks and finishing the syllabus. They care more about that than helping us develop skills or learn new stuff. We have 2 tests during the semester and 1 big exam at the end. Honestly, the tests are useless and feel like a waste of time.
Placement: The placements here could be better. The average package is about 3 LPA, mostly from companies like TCS. But if you put in the effort, you might land a job off-campus. Some seniors even got into Google for a hefty 64 LPA.
Campus: The college's setup isn't great because all the departments are crammed into one building. There are always animals wandering around on campus, even in classrooms. The labs for different subjects aren't that good either. And the Wi-Fi in the freshman dorms is pretty unreliable.
