Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology - [CIPET], located at TVK Industrial Estate in Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is a premier national institution under the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India.
