Admission: The teachers here are pretty helpful and know their stuff, but some of them teach subjects they're not experts in. In the CSE department, there are only like 8 teachers. The exams are not too hard if you study what's in the syllabus. The teachers just wanna finish the syllabus, so you gotta do some extra studying on your own.

Placement: The job placement rate for my department is around 30%. The best job offer is 20 LPA from BYJU's. Most people get paid between 2-5 LPA on average. The main companies that hire from my program are LG, Wipro, TCS, and others. But, not many students get internships.

Campus: The campus is nice and clean. The classrooms are well-maintained. However, the labs need some updates, especially for Chemistry and Physics. The hostel is great, with clean rooms. The food in the mess is okay, like in most private colleges. They have sports facilities and a ground for football and cricket practice.

Admission: The teachers were really helpful and knowledgeable. But their way of teaching had some issues. Some students felt they weren't fully prepared for the industry because they were still going over things they learned ages ago.

Placement: The college had a bunch of job options, but none were for mechanical stuff. Most were sales jobs or BPO work. Some were for software. The best pay was 12 LPA from a company called Lido.

Campus: In our mechanical department, the labs didn't have working equipment. First-year students got the best stuff, like nice classrooms with good desks and chairs. The food at the mess was pretty good. And we had great sports and medical facilities too.

Admission: The teachers know a lot about their subjects and have lots of experience. But they're not very friendly to students. We get to learn about real-world stuff too. The things we study are helpful for both students and teachers.

Placement: The job placements are pretty good at our college. Around 80% of the students found jobs. Big companies like Godrej, Mahindra, LG, and ICICI Bank come for recruitment. The top salary offered was 12 LPA, and the average was 3 LPA.

Campus: The college has good facilities like Wi-Fi all over campus. The labs are well-kept, and the library has lots of books. Classrooms have projectors and smartboards. But the food at the canteen isn't that great.

Admission: The teachers here are a mixed bag. Some really know their stuff, but others struggle with teaching. They're not the friendliest bunch. The smart boards are a big help in class. We do get to see some industry stuff, but they keep us in the city. The course content is practical and relevant.

Placement: The college placements are pretty good. About 40% of students got jobs. But, mostly CS, EEE, and ET&T students got more jobs than civil and mechanical students. Companies like Infosys, Mahindra, LG, ICICI, and Renault come to our college for placements. The highest salary offered was 5.50 LPA and the lowest was 2.50 LPA. The placement cell at the college is super helpful.

Campus: The college has good infrastructure. Wi-Fi works well everywhere. Labs are nice and the library has all the books we need. The best thing is the sports facilities. The canteen isn't great, but the hostel rooms are fine. Overall, the infrastructure is good.

Admission: The facilities here are decent. They offer 3 courses: MBA, engineering, and pharmacy. This college is known for its pharmacy program in Chhattisgarh. The faculty is great and really know their stuff. The director is also pretty good.

Placement: The job placements here are kind of limited, but some good ones like Capgemini and Culebra are there. Most of the companies are for computer and IT basics. Indian Navy also recruits here, which is a top company in India. In previous years, more companies came for hiring students.

Campus: The college has great infrastructure, ranked 3rd in CG. There are 3 buildings for engineering, pharmacy, and MBA, plus a boy's hostel. The hostel is nice too. It's one of the top colleges in Bilaspur and part of the LNCT engineering college group.

Admission: I took the CEC course at Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University in Bhilai. The teachers are super friendly and always ready to help us out. They have a lot of experience and many of them have PhDs. They even offer to help students with any doubts they have about the subject in a separate department.

Placement: CEC doesn't have the best placements in Chhattisgarh, but they do offer some of the best on-campus placements. In 2017, we had the highest pay package of 5.67 lakhs per year, which was the highest in the state. The average package was around 2.5 lakhs per year, and the lowest was 1.5 lakhs per year. Most companies that came were from Chhattisgarh, with some from other states. The cool thing is that the Indian Navy comes every year for placements. Internships aren't a big deal at CEC. Only mechanical and civil engineering students get good internship opportunities from the college. For other departments, you gotta find your own internships.

Campus: CEC has one of the best infrastructures among engineering and management colleges in Chhattisgarh. We've got separate buildings for pharmacy, homoeopathy, and engineering/management. One building is for core branches, while the other is for CS and management classes. Our campus has everything you need - library, Wi-Fi, and playground. There's also an E-library with super-fast Wi-Fi. For sports, we've got grounds for football, cricket, badminton, and volleyball. The hostel rooms are okay, not great, but they're alright. The hostel is just 100m away from the college.

Admission: The teachers here are really smart and always ready to help us out. While some teachers could be more supportive, most of them make learning fun and explain things really well. The semester exams are not too hard, and most students do pretty well. But if you don't study enough, you might end up with some backlogs.

Placement: There's about 100 students in our batch. The average salary after graduating is around 1.5 lakh. Some students find internships on their own since the college doesn't arrange them. After completing the B Pharmacy course, we get a degree and a license to run a medical store. Overall, the B Pharmacy program here is pretty good.

Campus: The college has a library where we can borrow books instead of buying them. We return the books after the semester ends. The labs are great for hands-on learning, and the teachers help us understand the practicals. The classrooms are high-tech, and there are hostels for both girls and boys. The girls' hostel just opened in 2024.

Admission: CEC has awesome teachers in Bilaspur. I think Chouksey has some of the best teachers in Chhattisgarh. Most of them have PhDs. They get what we need just by looking at us. They explain everything so well. Sometimes they even invite us to their office if we need help.

Placement: The job placements here were pretty good compared to other colleges in Chhattisgarh. Everyone had a fair chance to get a job, but some of us passed because we weren't happy with the salary they offered. The highest salary was 3.5 lakhs per year, the lowest was 1.5 lakhs, and the average was 2.5 lakhs. The college's TNP department is really active, but we didn't always get paid internships through them. Sometimes we had to find internships on our own.

Campus: The best thing about this college is the awesome infrastructure. It's spread across a big area with different buildings for engineering, pharmacy, homoeopathy, and the hostel. The engineering students sometimes struggle with the lab machines not working properly. We have unlimited Wi-Fi, but the classrooms are just okay and there's an e-library. They have medical services on campus, but the canteen food isn't that great. Hopefully, they'll improve it soon since the management is working on it. The college has sports facilities like cricket, football, and volleyball courts, plus a gym (still being built) and a badminton court.

Admission: The teachers at our college are pretty good. Most of them have postgraduate or PhD degrees, but there are a few who only have undergrad degrees in civil engineering. The teaching quality is decent overall. However, the education system could be better, and it's hard to keep up with students from other colleges.

Placement: This college doesn't have any placements for civil engineering students. The placement cell didn't do a good job in 2016 and didn't bring any companies for campus placements. That's why none of us got placed yet. We're left with only government job preparations as an option.

Campus: The college has good infrastructure. Some labs are great while others need fixing. Classrooms are okay. The food in the hostel mess isn't great. Wi-Fi works fine. The library is not that great. Overall, the college is good.

Admission: The teachers here just focus on exam passing. There are only 2 really good professors left. The others all left. They don't really help with exams like GATE and IES. But they do set up field trips and job training sessions.

Placement: The college didn't have any job opportunities for civil engineering students. No companies came to hire them. Only the Indian Navy came for placements at our college.

Campus: The college buildings were nice. The labs were okay. The library wasn't great. The food in the mess was terrible. The hostel is far from the city. Food quality wasn't good. No medical help nearby. Hostel rooms got too hot in summer.
