Admission: The teachers in this course are real chefs from a hotel who are super skilled in cooking. We have exams two times every semester. The teachers are really supportive. We spend 5 days at the hotel learning, and 1 day doing classes online. The study materials come from EHL, which is a top hotel management school in Switzerland.
Placement: The job opportunities from this course are top-notch compared to other hotel management schools. Everyone gets placed in ITC properties all over India. Plus, if you're one of the best in your class, you might even land a job in Europe or other cool countries.
Campus: The course has a hotel as its infrastructure. They split us into small groups of 5-6 people and we spend a month learning in the kitchen. Every month, we switch to a new kitchen until the final 6 months of the course.
