CMS College's placement cell plays an essential part in bridging the gap between students and industry. CMS College's placement cell prepares students mentally for the job market. The placement and training cell assists students with their futures and jobs by performing counselling to gain information about their interests, abilities, and skills. The placement cell's main goal is to help students develop professional skills by resume building, group discussion, interview skills so that they can be recruited by top companies. Every year on and off campus recruiting programs are held on campus.

The placement cell arranges all types of work chances from part time jobs to internships in a company. Many large corporations visit colleges to interview students for job opportunities. Some of these companies are: TCS, HCL, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Avantor, Concentrix, Maxval, Amazon, Wipro Ltd, IBM, Premier Evolvics, Ernst & Young, Capgemini, PPTS, Hewlett Packard, Access Health Care, Focus Edumatics, Sutherland Global, Tech Mahindra, Ford, Taj Gateway Hotel, Lotus 8 Hotels, Digital Nirvana Ltd., Le Meridien, and many more.
