Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and caring, but the management can be a bit shaky. The faculty is young, but they are great at teaching and super excited to help us learn. It seems like every few months, we get a new principal because of the management situation. The rules keep changing all the time, which can be a bit frustrating. We follow the KTU curriculum, which is challenging but also really good. The faculty-student ratio is fair, which is nice. We do get some exposure to the industry, but it could be better.

Placement: We're seniors at the college. Only a few of us got placed in some small companies out of a big group. One student from mechanical got a job at Toyota, which is cool. Sadly, no one from civil got placed. The pay is around 12k a month, which is okay. Some of us ended up getting jobs as trainees or in customer service. But honestly, the college didn't really prepare us well for placements.

Campus: The college doesn't have Wi-Fi, which is a bummer. They're great at marketing but kinda misleading. The building is pretty basic. It's a new college with only one building for everything, and the hostels are quite far, like 5 km away. The girls' hostel is on the top floor. I had a lot of problems with the infrastructure. There's not even a proper wall or gate around the campus. It was really disappointing. The labs are super crowded too.

Admission: The faculty here really care about our studies. They know their stuff and help us understand the subjects. They even share notes and practice papers from previous years. Each mentor looks after about 15 of us. We get to see how things work in real life through field trips and internships.

Placement: The final year students just had their placements at the end of the last semester. About 80% of us already got jobs. The highest salary offered was 6 Lacs per year, the lowest was 2 Lacs per year, and the average was 3 Lacs per year. Companies like Toyota, TVS, Reliance, and Aditya Birla came for placements. We got placed in companies related to our majors. Also, around 80% of students do internships during breaks. They set up a placement cell every year to help us find jobs easily.

Campus: The college has Wi-Fi for students to use. They also have labs, smart classrooms, a library, and events like tech fest, arts, and sports every year. The labs and classrooms in each department are nice. The food in the canteen is worth the price. The hostel rooms are big, clean, and organized.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really connect with us students and go the extra mile by offering extra classes. They've been a big help with our studies and have been there for us since day one. Plus, we get to celebrate good times with them too.

Placement: Nobody ended up getting a job after all the drama with placements. A few students got job offers, but sadly, they didn't work out. The college tried to help with placements, but it was tough because we're just starting out. The management did bring in some companies, so they did try their best.

Campus: The college only has one building, with the top floor being the ladies' hostel. Labs were added later due to some strikes. The atmosphere was pretty good because it was quiet around there. I think the college should build more blocks and improve the quality of the labs.

Admission: This college is all about freedom. You can really show off your talents here. The faculty is amazing and well-prepared. It's the best college in our area. Plus, it's affiliated with Kerala Technical University.

Placement: Lots of companies come for placements here. Most students get good jobs with good pay. The college trains us well for placements. We get chances to show our skills during the placements. The college has a good track record of results over the years.

Campus: The labs are in good shape and the campus looks great. There are plenty of opportunities to learn in different settings. The classrooms are nice and the whole campus is beautiful. The college is part of Kerala Technical University, and the surroundings are really nice too.

Admission: The faculty at the college have a lot of experience and knowledge. However, they stick to old-school teaching methods. So, it's up to us students to get the most out of them. The course content was mostly theoretical, though.

Placement: The job placements at CUSAT were okay. If you're studying CS, IT, or EC, you can expect to land a job in a software company with an average salary. But for Mechanical and Civil students, getting core company placements might be tough. On average, the salary offered was around 4 to 5 lakhs per year.

Campus: The campus facilities were really great. They had smart classrooms, labs, and a library. The food in the canteen wasn't that good, but there were plenty of nice and cheap food places nearby. The hostel rooms were big, but they weren't super clean.

Admission: The teachers here have a lot of experience, but some students find their teaching methods not very helpful. The curriculum is better than other colleges affiliated with KTU. It prepares us well for the industry. The semester exams are okay, not too hard. You need at least 75% attendance and the pass rate is around 50%.

Placement: Most students in the CSE course got placed in my batch. The highest package was 24 LPA, while the lowest was 5 LPA. Companies like Cisco, TCS, Infosys, and IBM hired CSE students. They offered roles like web developer, software engineer, HR manager, designer, system analyst, and tester.

Campus: The college has everything you need - seminar complex, project labs, sports arena, and athletics ground. The Wi-Fi in the university library is great, plus there's AC to keep you cool. The university restaurant is good, and the mess food isn't bad either. They also have a medical center on campus. I love the open-air auditorium, it's a cool spot to hang out. The project labs are top-notch and they even have an incubation center here. Overall, it's a great place to be.

Admission: The faculty here are alright, but they do help out when you need it. They assign projects based on your major, usually to 3rd-year students. I wanted to talk about internships though. The college offers support to connect with companies for internships, but you gotta take the initiative to find and apply to places on your own.

Placement: Getting a job here really depends on how much effort you put in. Good companies visit the campus every year, but they're looking for top students. I'm focusing on computer science, information technology, safety fire, and electronics engineering that's where companies come for interviews. Just gotta work hard to get noticed!

Campus: The college doesn't have a hostel for first-year students. After the first year, you can apply for a hostel based on your marks and attendance. The food is good and not too expensive in both the hostel and canteen. Wi-fi is only available in the library and labs, not throughout the campus. There's no medical facility, but you can enjoy the sports facilities.

Admission: The teachers here have a lot of experience, but their teaching style is just okay. The exams are harder than the ones at KTU. About half of the students pass. The course covers what we need to know, and they've updated the syllabus for our batch. Passing the first year is tough.

Placement: Most students got jobs in 2022, around 90%. The top job pays INR 24 lpa, while the lowest is INR 5 lpa in IT. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Allianz, and Cisco hire a lot of students. Everyone also got internships at places like Kerala Startup Mission and LinkedIn. They offer roles like tester, web developer, consultant, and HR.

Campus: The college has great facilities like labs, a library with Wi-Fi and AC, sports arenas, and seminar halls. They also have a restaurant, medical care, mess, and hostels for both boys and girls. The food is good and affordable. Some classes have smartboards, but not all.

Admission: The teachers were new M.Tech grads with no teaching experience. They kept getting fired for not helping us with our studies. One time, they even went on strike because they hadn't been paid for over two months. It was tough having them teach us without getting paid.

Placement: I studied at this college hoping to get a good job in IT. But, sadly, no companies in our field came for placements. Some startup IT companies did show up, but they only selected 3 students out of all of us. Some of these companies even made fake promises. A few other companies did rounds of interviews like writing essays and group discussions on campus. Me and 3 friends got through to the final rounds at one of these companies. But when we got there, they suddenly cut me and one of my friends without explaining. The other two friends made it to the final rounds but didn't get the job. We all got a letter from Sutherland Global Services, but it was just a formality.

Campus: The college brochure was full of lies. No Wi-Fi, library, medical help, or sports. It was a total scam. The quality was terrible, no good equipment. We had to protest to get the lab built faster. The lab stuff came just a month before exams. We barely got to practice in the lab before the test. Hostel students got sick from bad food three times. They made hostel rooms by splitting the top floor. Women in the hostel complained a lot about the lack of stuff, but the management only listened when we protested. They cared more about money than teaching us.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. Classes have around 45 students in them. They updated the course in 2015 with all the latest industry topics. But we don't get much real-world experience. The faculty is always there to help out if they can.

Placement: Most of the students who met the CPO's requirements got placed. That's what happened with the seniors before me. The highest salary offered was 12 lakhs a year, the lowest was 3.2 lakhs a year, and the average was 4 lakhs a year. Companies like Amazon, Olacabs, Verizon, TCS, and IBM came to our campus for placements. When it comes to internships, only TCS visited our college. This year, a new company called E&Y also came for placements.

Campus: There are two libraries on campus: one at the college and one at the university. Each student gets three library cards to borrow books. The labs are great, but classes feel like regular school classes. No problems with the facilities. Hostel rooms are nice. The canteen serves only South Indian food.
