Admission: The teachers here are okay, but it's better if you talk to them often. The exams are super hard for most students. It's weird, but the ones who get high scores don't really know the practical stuff well. The lab sessions are not great, to be honest.

Placement: Around 40% of students get jobs after graduation, but the salary is pretty average. Lots of companies come for placements and internships, but most offer low salaries. These companies only hire students with high grades and don't really care about practical skills.

Campus: The food here is pretty bad, and the college buildings are not great. They don't give us Wi-Fi, but at least the library is cool. There's a mix of good and bad stuff here. Oh, and they do have a bunch of clubs you can join.

Admission: The teachers at Coimbatore Institute of Technology are awesome! They really know their stuff and teach well. We have small classes, with only 6 students for every teacher. We do two mid-term exams and two unit tests. The first mid-term covers theory and labs, just like the second one. We take unit test 1 before the first mid-term, and unit test 2 before the second one. And of course, we wrap up the semester with final exams.

Placement: The placement scene at Coimbatore Institute of Technology is solid, with around 75% of students landing jobs. Different companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, and others have hired from here. The highest and average packages might change each year, but there are good opportunities overall.

Campus: The lab here is super ready for teaching, which is a big deal at any college. There are different clubs for each sport, and students get really involved in intercollegiate and other sports. Everyone shines bright when they play!

Admission: The civil engineering department at Coimbatore Institute has awesome teachers who really know their stuff. They help us learn a ton and get better at our skills. The teachers use cool stuff like projectors to teach us in new ways. They also check our work for plagiarism using special software. The class has around 50 students, and the course costs about INR 98000 per year. It's a great place to learn and grow for a bright future.

Placement: The College is great for engineering placements. In 2019-2020, 3750 students got jobs in 240 big companies. Over 650 students were hired by 100 companies with a starting salary of Rs. 5LPA. And 100 students got jobs from 25 companies with a minimum of Rs. 10 LPA. Also, 50 big companies hired 500 students. So, lots of job opportunities here!

Campus: The hostel here is great! It's got everything you need like study spots, a playground, kitchen, and dining hall. The food is yummy, with both veg and non-veg options. Getting a room in the hostel depends on how far you live and your entrance exam score. And it's pretty cheap too, only about 2500 rupees a month. Plus, it's right on campus which is super convenient.

Admission: The department has 11 faculty members, mostly male. They are qualified in Civil or Construction management. Some of them have experience in construction too. The course has a good balance of practicals and theory. The semester exams are tough, but over 80% of students passed in our batch.

Placement: This college in Coimbatore is great for Construction Management. Big companies like L&T, M Moser, Adani Infra, etc. come for on-campus placements. Lots of students land packages above 4.5LPA. Once you get selected, there's a 6-month trainee period before you get a permanent job. They offer roles like junior project coordinator and assistant construction manager. It's a good place to kickstart your career in construction.

Campus: The campus buildings are kinda old, and construction was happening in some places. Equipment in the labs didn't always work. But the library is huge and has all the academic books. There's Wi-Fi too. Hostel rooms don't have fans, so I had to bring my own. They should offer basic stuff at least. The food in the mess was okay. But the college doesn't have any medical facilities.

Admission: The teachers at CIT really know their stuff. They make sure we learn everything in the syllabus and even push us to do seminars. The course is great because it prepares us for all kinds of topics, not just the main ones. The labs help us understand our subjects better. And the exams are fair, not too hard.

Placement: Most students in my Electrical & Electronics Engineering department landed jobs around 86%. Close to 99 students got hired. The highest salary was 20 LPA, the lowest was 3.3 LPA, and the average was 6 LPA. Companies like Larsen & Toubro, Bosch, Schneider, TCS, Lucas TVS, Zoho, and HPE came for placements. They offered roles like GET, Software Developer, and System Engineer.

Campus: The lab has everything we need for experiments. The classrooms are smart and help us learn well. The library has lots of books, for our courses and for fun reading. The hostel could use some upgrades, but the food is pretty good. They've got three medical centers in case we need help, and the sports facilities are cool too.

Admission: The teachers here are cool. They know their stuff and are helpful. The courses are up-to-date and good for getting a job. The tests are kinda hard, but you can pass them.

Placement: Placement opportunities are a bit down because of the recession. The average salary is about INR 12 lacs. Right now, only half of the final-year students have jobs. Companies, both service- and product-based, visit the college looking for students.

Campus: The hostel food isn't great, but the buildings and facilities are good enough for everyone, like the labs and classrooms. Day students find it hard to join sports because of the schedule, but the club events are cool.

Admission: The classes we have are pretty easy, which is nice. The teachers are really friendly and helpful. They explain things well with examples. The college has a good atmosphere and everyone is respectful.

Some of the top ones include DeeShaw, Wipro, HCS, Effitrac, and more. Our college helps us with placement training starting from the first year. So, we don't have to stress about getting a job. It's pretty reassuring.

Campus: The buildings may be old, but the stuff inside is great. Our college's hostel food is top-notch compared to others. They switch up the menu regularly. The internet is fast if you use an ethernet cable. The library has Wi-Fi too. The labs are nice and make it easy for us to get our work done.

Admission: The teachers know a lot about their subjects and are friendly. They're always there to help when we need it. The course is designed to help us get good jobs, with extra stuff to help us prepare. The exams aren't too hard, and most people get around an 8 GPA.

Campus: There are labs for all departments with all the equipment needed for engineering. The buildings are old but they're starting to build new ones. The hostel and food aren't that great.

Admission: The teachers at CIT are really good and easy to talk to. They make learning fun. CIT focuses on teaching stuff you can use in real life, getting you ready for jobs. They have cool clubs and activities that help you grow as a person.

Placement: Lots of students at CIT get good jobs around 80% of them. Big companies like Bosch, D. E. Shaw, Toshiba, L&T, and Hyundai hire from here. The best offer was 52 Lacs per year, but most students get around 5-6 Lacs per year.

Campus: The facilities at CIT are good, but some students think some parts need updating. The campus is big and has a library with tons of books. The classrooms are nice, roomy, and have good ventilation.
