College of Engineering, Attingal (CEAL) is a government engineering college located in Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, established in 2004 under the Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD), a Government of Kerala undertaking. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). With an annual intake of 300+ students across four B.Tech disciplines, CEAL offers modern facilities, active student clubs, and strong placement support, especially in Computer Science, Electronics, and Electrical branches. The campus is well-connected, located near NH 66 and close to both KSRTC Bus Terminal and Chirayinkeezh railway station.
