Admission: The course is really old and the syllabus is outdated. The syllabus at KTU university is like from 7 years ago. The exams are super tough and lots of students end up failing. If you can, try going to a different university instead. Otherwise, you might struggle here.
Placement: The college has great placement records, and most students find jobs every year. Around 80% of students get placed, especially those with high scores. The average salary package is 6 LPA, and many students even get placed in foreign companies.
Campus: The hostel here is pretty good, but there are a lot of rules like curfew at 9 p.m. The food in the mess is great with lots of options. Hostel facilities are good, but many students prefer renting houses instead.

Admission: The teachers know their stuff, but not all are great at teaching. Most people pass exams easily because they're not too hard. As long as you study, you'll do fine.
Placement: The job placements for my course aren't that great. It's awesome for IT companies, but not so much for other courses only 1-2 placements. The top companies that hire are TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and more. The highest salary offered is 9 LPA, and the average is around 3.5 LPA.
Campus: The college infrastructure isn't great. It's in the middle of town, so the campus is pretty small. The playground is tiny and the labs are super old. The hostel isn't the best - there's not enough water and the food isn't great. The canteen food is cheap but not very tasty.

Admission: Most of the teachers here aren't that great, but there are a few really good ones. The exams are super hard to pass. The semester is too short to cover everything in the syllabus. Most students manage to pass all their subjects, though, around 70% of us do.
Placement: Our college is great for placements, with companies like Google, TCS, and Infosys coming to hire students. The computer science department has the highest placement rate among all the branches. The salary packages range from 3 LPA to 27 LPA, which is awesome. Plus, there are lots of chances for internships, both paid and unpaid.
Campus: The college has smart boards and projectors in every class, but they hardly get used. Bathrooms on every floor are clean. Mess food isn't that great. There are hostels for both guys and girls, but only first-year boys get the men's hostel.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful. The exams can be challenging, but the professors make sure we understand engineering and our subjects well. We follow the rules of Kerala Technological University. The pass rate is around 30-35%.
Placement: The job placements from the college's training and placement cell are great. Lots of companies come to hire students from computer and electronics courses. Big companies like Tata and L&T hire students here. About 40 students got jobs last year. The college helps students get good jobs after they graduate.
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi, air-conditioned labs, and a great library with lots of books. We can borrow books for reference and there are e-books too. The hostels are nice with good facilities for both guys and girls. The food in the mess and canteen is okay. And there's a gym we can use too.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They're super friendly and know their stuff. They really help you out. The classes and labs get you ready for job interviews. Exams are doable and most people pass with over an 80% rate.
Placement: The college is great for Computer Science placements. Last year, over 330 job offers came from 40+ companies like TCS, TATA ELXI, and IBM. The highest salary was 27 LPA and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Around 170 students got jobs.
Campus: The classrooms have plenty of space, and they have free Wi-Fi and smart boards. The computer labs are well-equipped, and the library works great. The college buildings are just okay. There's a nice area outside with courts for basketball, badminton, volleyball, and cricket. The hostels are there for guys and girls. The rooms and food are okay, not amazing. But you can manage. They have Wi-Fi in the hostels. You can walk to the train station and bus stop from the college.

Admission: The teachers in the computer Science department are really good and know their stuff. They're super supportive and keep us motivated. The course curriculum is spot-on and gets us ready for the industry. The semester exams are tough because we need to score at least 75 out of 150 to pass, with 50% being the passing mark. In the internal assessments, we need a minimum of 40 out of 100. The pass rate is less than 50%, so many students struggle to pass the exams.
Placement: Most of us studying Computer Science get placed easily. The highest salary is around 35 lakhs per year, while the lowest is around 5 lakhs. Companies like Infosys and Wipro hire many students. About 30-40% of us land internships. We get roles like software developer, web page developer, ethical hacker, and security system developer. It's a degree that lets us even apply for UPSC exams. We learn stuff like basic programming, app development, database management, front-end coding, and back-end coding.
Campus: The college has a 5-floor main building, plus a library. There's also a basketball court, football ground, badminton court, and volleyball court. Our auditorium is air-conditioned and can fit 500 to 1000 people. Medical facilities are good with hospitals close by. The canteen offers a good variety of products at fair prices. However, sports and games don't get much attention here.

Placement: The college of engineering at Chengannur has awesome placement opportunities. Lots of students land great jobs. On average, the starting salary is around 3.5 LPA. They have a student placement cell called training and placement cell that supports us in finding good job opportunities. Great place to kickstart your career!
Campus: The college has a cool campus that's eco-friendly. They've got a hostel and a canteen. You can play basketball, volleyball, or badminton on the two courts. Plus, they have board games and indoor games to chill with friends. Lots of labs and machinery for mechanical stuff. And there's this awesome gym and a musical club too. It's pretty sweet!

Admission: The teachers here are really good. They know their stuff and are always there to help with any questions. They're nice and easy to talk to. Even though the course material is a bit outdated, the college focuses on giving us hands-on experience to prepare us for the real world. It's great for getting ready for a job after graduation.
Placement: Almost everyone in our course found jobs in 2021 and 2022. The most someone got paid was 27 LPA, and on average, it was 6 LPA. Big companies like IBM, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys hired lots of us.
Campus: The college's infrastructure isn't as good as other government engineering colleges. The hostel facilities are pretty basic. They offer free Wi-Fi, but it's not very fast. The labs and classrooms are just okay. Unfortunately, there's no hostel for guys.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really good and a lot of them teach in Malayalam. Our college follows the KTU guidelines, but the course content feels a bit old-fashioned. It doesn't really prepare us well for the industry. But hey, the pass rate here is pretty high!
Placement: The college is great for computer science students when it comes to placements. But for other branches, placements are not as good because most IT companies hire students. TCS is the top company hiring students. Students usually get around 12.5 LPA as their average salary. The placement cell helps students prepare for placements, which is cool.
Campus: The college campus is small and doesn't have many sports facilities. The Wi-Fi here isn't great, so it's not very useful. But the library is nice and quiet for studying.
