Admission: At Columbia Institute, they have seminars, SST classes, and sports every month. We get to learn from guest faculty who have achieved a lot in their field. They share a ton of knowledge with us and help us plan for the future.

Placement: Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology has awesome placement opportunities. Big companies like Bajaj, Idea, and Airtel visit our college for placements. They pick smart students from our batch and give them great pay packages. The facilities at Columbia College make every student happy.

Campus: Our college has everything a student needs: free Wi-Fi, football and cricket grounds, a great canteen, and more. We even have a top-notch seminar hall. It's got all the facilities we need.

Admission: The teachers here aren't very helpful or supportive. They don't give us much practical knowledge. The library is good, though. Teaching quality is really poor, and they don't prepare us with hands-on skills. The power plant course is crucial for getting us ready for the industry. The Head of Department doesn't really support extracurricular activities.

Placement: I graduated in 2016. Only 10% of students got placed. The highest salary offered was INR 6 Lacs. The Navy is the top recruiting company on campus. They mostly offer a 3-year bond for their roles.

Campus: The hostel rooms are really clean and the washrooms are always well-maintained. The food quality is good and they have medical facilities on campus. The college canteen serves food, but there's no football ground here.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful, always ready to answer your questions. Each teacher has their own unique teaching style, which is pretty cool. They're all really qualified, and there are some fun extracurricular activities too. We kick off the year with a sports day, which is a blast!

Placement: The college has great job opportunities. Big companies like Hero, Bajaj, Maruti, and banks come to hire students. The placement team is really organized. They have someone in charge who reaches out to lots of companies. Around 20 companies come for placements every year.

Campus: The campus has a nice building and a cool garden. The labs are good, and the seminar hall is clean and spacious. The classrooms have a nice setup. The campus has Wi-Fi, and the computer lab is great. The teachers are friendly too.

Admission: The teachers are really good here, most of them are super helpful. The EEE Department has the best teachers who know a lot and always help us out. Overall, teaching is okay in the college, but EEE is the best. Some teachers stick to traditional lectures and diagrams, while a few get creative and connect the subject to real life stuff. Some teachers even use video lectures to help us learn. The ratio of teachers to students is a bit random in different semesters, but here's roughly how many students each teacher has: - Mechanical: 1 teacher for 60 students - EEE: 1 teacher for 40 students - Civil: 1 teacher for 40 students - CSE: 1 teacher for 60 students - ET&T: 1 teacher for 40 students In the 3rd year, we get to go on educational trips to nearby factories or industries, which is cool. The syllabus from the University is good for becoming a good engineer, but it's not super up-to-date with modern tech.

Placement: The placements at Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology have been solid since the first batch. This year's placement stats aren't out yet, but last year it was around 82%. Salaries vary each year, but on average, it's between 2 to 4 Lacs per year. The lowest was around 0.9 Lacs, and the highest hit 21 Lacs per year. Lots of companies, local and international, like Tech Mahindra and Amazon, have been visiting our campus since 2016. They offer roles like Technical Support Engineer, Marketing Executive, and Software Developer. Not many students get internships here in Chhattisgarh, maybe just around 10%. The training and placement cell works hard to bring in new companies and keep old ones interested. They even keep tabs on students' progress and offer extra help to top students. We also get soft skill and aptitude classes from the first year itself.

Campus: The campus at Columbia Group of Institutions is huge, almost like NIT Raipur's campus. They have different colleges like Columbia Global School, Colombia College of Nursing, Columbia College of Pharmacy, Columbia Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Colombia College of B. Eed. There are lots of facilities like a pharmacy/medical center, parking, a big canteen, library, seminar hall, labs, a small auditorium, and green areas. The classrooms are pretty basic with desks, benches, and a big blackboard. We have to keep our classrooms clean, but they get cleaned once a week. The Electric circuits and electrical machine lab is cool, while the other labs are just okay. The computer labs are the best, even though some of the software is outdated (like Windows 7). Nursing and Pharmacy share a canteen, while Engineering has its own big canteen. The food is good (no non-veg), but sometimes the taste is not great. They make special meals on Sundays for hostel students. The boys hostel is a four-story building with 12 rooms on each floor, each room for 4 students. The rooms are simple with white walls, beds, a wall cupboard, a balcony, and sockets for charging. The college building has two parts - one with two floors and the other with three. They have classrooms, washrooms, common rooms, faculty rooms, and labs. The administration office is on the ground floor. First-year students have

Admission: The professors were really good when we started. But in our second year, they all left for other colleges. It was tough to find good teachers after that. The university sets the course content for us.

Placement: During my time at college, a good number of students, around 30%, landed placements, and I was one of them. The Training & Placement department deserves a shoutout for organizing helpful seminars and boosting our communication skills through activities like aptitude tests and group discussions.

Campus: The college doesn't have Wi-Fi, which is a bummer. The classrooms are big, but the benches are super uncomfortable. The library is huge and has all the books you need. They don't really care about sports or games here. The food in the canteen is just okay. And don't even get me started on the gross hostels. Overall, I'd rate the infrastructure a 2 out of 5.

Admission: The teachers during our time were really great. Without them, I wouldn't have made it this far. They guided us through everything we needed to become engineers. We also had classes on developing our personalities, with guest speakers teaching us about today's competitive education scene.

Placement: The college has a good placement cell. If you're not interested, you might not get placed. The highest package in our batch was around 8 lakhs per year, and the lowest was 25k per month. Still, many students got placed in companies like merchant navy, HCl, and others.

Campus: The campus has good Wi-Fi and lots of fun stuff to do outside of class. There's a big library, hostels, and yummy food. They offer both Diploma and degree courses. I heard they might have even started a school recently. The only downside was that if you missed the bus, it was tough to get to college on time since it's kinda far from the main area in Mandhar.

Admission: The teachers and staff here are really great. Most of them are super knowledgeable and have degrees from top schools. They not only teach well but also give us good advice for life. It's helpful for sure.

Placement: The job placements at my college aren't great. We don't see big, well-known companies coming to campus to offer good opportunities to students. It's a bummer. The management of our college department could definitely be better.

Campus: The college has great infrastructure. Classrooms and labs are good. The canteen is big with good food at low prices. Lots of fun areas too. Overall, it's a good place to be.

Admission: The teachers at our college are super smart and always ready to help us out. They know a lot and explain things well. They also organize fun activities that we can join in. It's a good place to learn and have a good time too.

Placement: The students at our college are super talented and do really well in exams. Every year, more than 90% of students get the highest grades possible, making them top performers at the university. Our college is a hotspot for job placements too, with lots of big companies coming to hire students. It's pretty cool to see so many opportunities for us here!

Campus: The college campus is super pretty. Our course building and hostel are also really nice. The food at the canteen is good too. We have Wi-Fi in both the college and hostel. The labs are awesome with all the equipment we need. Love it here!
