CSI College of Engineering (CSICE)

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff. A lot of them have PhDs or are working towards one. They're super nice and always ready to lend a hand, whether we're on campus or off. They also keep us pumped up and motivated.

Placement: The job opportunities at our college are awesome! Almost all students around 98% got jobs, and many got multiple offers. Big companies like Ashok Leyland, TVS, and Maruthi come for campus placements. We also get internships at cool places like JCB, Volvo, and Ford. The salary depends on the job you get. Great chances to kickstart your career here!

Campus: The campus looks amazing with beautiful infrastructure. It's in Ooty, Nilgiris, a cool hill station and tourist spot. Lots of greenery around the campus. Every department building is pretty.

Admission: Classes at this college are pretty regular and the rules are strict. The staff here really puts in the effort and they seem interested in teaching. I appreciate their dedication.

Placement: I'm kinda disappointed with how our college helps students find jobs after graduation.

Campus: The college doesn't have Wi-Fi or an auditorium. The food in the canteen isn't great and not very healthy. Also, there are no sports or games facilities on campus.

Admission: The teachers at the college are pretty good at teaching. Some are really experienced and talented, while others are just starting out. The student-faculty ratio is like 5 students to 2 teachers. The curriculum from Anna University is great for engineering. They cover all the basics really well.

Placement: In the CSE department, almost everyone got placed. We had a few big companies and some BPOs coming for placements. The highest salary was 3 lakhs per year, and the average was around 2 lakhs. Not sure about internships. Seniors usually take extra courses before starting work. The college partnered with a software company to help with placements.

Campus: The classrooms and labs are nice. The lab has pretty good computers. We have a nurse in the dispensary but no doctor. Hostel rooms are big and comfy. They're gonna build new buildings soon. Wi-Fi is fast with around 15 Mbps speed. The college server works well. We join sports competitions and often bring home trophies. The food in the canteen is really tasty.

Admission: The teachers here are not so great. They don't speak well or know much about what they're teaching. They're negative and bossy towards us, even getting into personal stuff. The guy teachers treat the girls badly too. As for the course, they act like they'll teach everything, but mostly just talk about their lives in class.

Placement: The placements here aren't great. They bring in mostly third-tier companies, and even if you're a top student, you might end up in a BPO job. They promise 100% placements, but that's not true. Only a few students get placed, mostly in BPOs like CSS Corp.

Campus: The college's infrastructure is okay. It's in a really cold place that people call a mini-Switzerland. The classrooms aren't super modern, and they say there's Wi-Fi, but it's not always working. The canteen isn't great either. It's a peaceful place to be, but the buildings aren't that great.

Admission: The best part about this college was definitely the faculty. They're super friendly and great at teaching. The practicals were top-notch compared to other places. They really know their stuff and you can learn a lot more than just academics from them.

Placement: My senior batch had great placements at our college. Lots of students got placed between 2014 and 2016. Experts gave us training every year to improve our skills. The training helped us become less afraid of interviews.

Campus: My college is close to Ooty. The campus is super clean and cool. We're known for our awesome football team in Tamilnadu. The hostel and food are okay. The hostel is chill and quiet. The sports ground is right by the hostel and college. The bus stand is nearby too. It's a great spot for vacations.

Admission: The teachers here are really great. They're friendly and always ready to help with any questions. They know their stuff and the college is linked with Anna University Chennai. The classes follow a good curriculum and they even organize workshops.

Placement: The placement program for CSICE isn't great. Mostly call centers come for placements, with only a few good companies like HP and Video. Most students end up in the companies that come to campus. Besides placements, the college offers other opportunities to help us build our careers.

Campus: The classroom facilities were not what I expected, but the labs in the mechanical department are well-equipped. The college has a good atmosphere overall. The washroom facilities could be cleaner though. The hostel is just okay. The food is decent, mostly serving Tamil Nadu cuisine.

Admission: The teaching here is awesome, way better than other colleges. The course is really useful. All the professors are great at teaching, and the lab technicians really know their stuff too.

Placement: Half of us in my course got jobs after graduating. The government now gives free education, which is awesome. We can do internships in areas we like. The college has great facilities and the teachers really know their stuff.

Campus: The college has everything engineering students need, with awesome facilities and a great campus. Hostel rooms and food are good, and day scholars have easy transportation. We've got a nice ground, gym, and sports facilities. Medical help is available on campus, and there are hospitals nearby too.

Admission: The teachers at this college are amazing. They teach really well and help us get ready for jobs. The semesters can be tough, but the teachers make it easier with their teaching. Most students pass with around 80%.

Placement: Most students got jobs, with salaries ranging from 1.6L to 4.8L per year. Top companies like Call center and Vibro hired students. Those with over 85% marks landed jobs at Vibro, while those with 60-70% got into call centers. Popular roles include customer support executive, solution engineer, and Senior AI Researcher.

Campus: The Wi-Fi in the labs is free, which is awesome. We have a really cool super computer lab. The classrooms are a bit small but still nice. Our college has a great library. The hostel is decent, and the food in the mess is pretty good quality. There's a government hospital near our hostel. We have sports like cricket, volleyball, and football at our college. Overall, it's a good place to be.

Admission: The teachers in our department were really helpful and well-qualified. They always did their best for us students. Their teaching methods were good, and we had a good understanding with them. They also provided us with extra information related to our studies.

Placement: The job placements were pretty good at our college. Lots of companies came for hiring. We got good training for placements. Many students got placed in big companies. The faculty members were really good. Most of us got jobs in various companies and some even went to work in different countries.

Campus: The college has a great environment and it's really peaceful here. The atmosphere is nice and we have good air to breathe. The lab facilities are top-notch and among the best in Tamilnadu. The buildings are well constructed and the classrooms are comfortable. We have Wi-Fi, a digital library, and even medical facilities on campus. The food in the canteen is good too. The hostel is nice, with a gym inside, and the college follows Anna University rules. Overall, it's a great place to study.
