CSJMU Kanpur offers scholarships and fee concessions to its students to have wider access to education. The university aims to assist students from financially weaker backgrounds to avail of their quality education. The CSJMU scholarship is provided on the basis of the performance of the students along with their economic backgrounds and annual family income. Below are the details of the various scholarships that the university offers:
Mean-Based Scholarships
The university offers mean-based scholarships who come from financially weak sections or backgrounds. 25% to 50% of the entire tuition fee of such candidates is waived off by the university. To apply for this scholarship students must provide an income certificate that is approved by the Tehsildar or Magistrate of the respective areas.
Merit-Based Scholarships
The students who score an aggregate of 60% in their qualifying examination or attain a CPI of 6.5 and above out of 10, can avail of this scholarship. The CSJMU scholarship status 2024 will be finalised by the Scholarship Committee after the verification of all data and certificates.
