Admission: Sequentially entry into this DU department felt organized. After the merit list online registration moved efficiently. Document verification and counselling were guided clearly by staff. The entire process from application to orientation felt transparent.

Academic: I like most about our college is the faculty. All the professors are very experienced, coming from DU, and they all have PhDs. Some of them even work with the Indian government on economic policies. Our course syllabus is also really good, it's very similar to CFA. We got CFA affiliation in 2017, and it covers almost 80% of the CFA syllabus.

Placement: College has pretty good placements, especially for finance jobs. We are also really exploring new things in analytics and finance, because there's so much scope there. They even updated our syllabus a bit for this. The only thing is, we have our regular companies coming for placements, but we haven't added many new ones to the list recently.

Campus: The college facilities are a bit mixed. We don't have a separate computer lab yet, and internet is also not working because of some approval problem with DU. However, our library is really good; it's well-equipped and lets us use many useful websites for our studies. Plus, we do have a conference room and a big auditorium.

Admission: Procedurally applying to DBE felt easy. Online registration worked well and campus document verification was efficient. Communication around merit lists and counselling sessions stayed timely. Staff support during orientation eased final joining.

Academic: Passing exams is really tough, you need to study a lot to clear your semesters. Because of this, we don't get much time for other college activities, which are important for an MBA course. Our regular teachers are okay, but their teaching is not like what you find in M.A. courses, and many students feel this is a disadvantage. For adhoc teachers, the finance ones are very good, but for marketing students, it's a real struggle.

Placement: Our college placements are really good. The whole process works well, and companies keep visiting our campus right until the very last day of our course. Almost everyone in our batch managed to get placed, which is a big plus. Many big companies, like DE Shaw, Barclays, ANZ, ICICI, and EXL, come here to hire students regularly. Most of these companies are usually looking for people for analyst roles.

Campus: From my experience, the infrastructure at our college is quite decent, just what you expect from a Delhi University college. We always had a computer lab that everyone could use, which was super helpful. They used to give out Wi-Fi passwords right at the start of each new semester. Also, for everyone on the South campus, there's one big common library for all departments. Only thing is, summers used to be pretty harsh for us students, even though the fans in the rooms were working absolutely fine.

Admission: Post-selection the admission journey was well managed. Online application steps were simple and staff support during document verification helped. Merit list announcements stayed on schedule. Counselling and fee registration were clear and orientation aided settling in.

Academic: In my college, the teachers are very good and they have lots of experience. The way they teach with real-life case studies really helps us understand how the corporate world works. Plus, the syllabus is always updated to match what the industry wants, so we get useful knowledge.

Placement: This institute has really good placements. Many companies come here to hire us, not just for final jobs but for internships too. Most of these companies want people for finance and analytics roles. We also see companies coming for marketing jobs, and a few consulting firms recruit students from our campus.

Campus: The college infrastructure here is pretty good, actually. We have really big classrooms, and there's also a cool badminton and volleyball court for sports. The cafeteria is super spacious too, where students can chill and relax. And yeah, hostel facilities are right on campus itself.

Admission: Finally admission at DBE DU unfolded smoothly. From online application to fee submission each step was explained clearly. Timely university communication and efficient document verification made onboarding straightforward.

Academic: Here, the teachers are really qualified. All of them have PhDs and an average of 10 years of experience, so they know a lot about their subjects. Mostly, they teach us using presentations and real-life case studies. For 100 students (that's both batches together), we have 6 permanent teachers and 5 guest teachers. Our course curriculum is well-made, kind of like what they have at Harvard, with subjects like analytics, finance, statistics, and marketing all mixed in.

Placement: Our college's placements are quite good. For the senior batch, around 60% of students got placed in roles like analytics, consulting, finance analyst, and marketing. Companies like Deshaw, Arcesium, Barclays, PWC, EnY, At Kerney, ICICI, Nielson, EXL, American Express, Dunhumby, and Absolute Data visited our campus. The highest salary package was 25 lakhs, with the lowest at 6 lakhs CTC, and the average salary was 8.5 lakhs. Talking about internships for the junior batch, 50% of them have already secured positions. The highest stipend offered was 1.5 lakhs, while some got no stipend (nil), and the average stipend ranged from 20 to 25K. Companies that offered internships included Deshaw, Arcesium, Mahindra and Mahindra, ANZ, Dunhumby, Investosure, Bajaj Capital, Axis Bank, Shatakshi, Kiva, Coho, and Jubilant Foodworks. We have a very dedicated placement cell which is responsible for bringing all these companies to us.

Campus: The campus here has some really good facilities. We have two classrooms, one each for senior and junior students, and they all come with projectors. Our library is well-built with thousands of books, so finding study material is pretty easy. For health, there's a proper health center right on campus, and the medical help is good. Sports-wise, we get badminton courts and volleyball grounds, plus a big field for football and cricket. Inside the hostels, you'll even find table tennis rooms. Speaking of hostels, the rooms are very spacious and well-made, with provision for air coolers, and the hostel mess food is very good too. The canteen food is also very good and it's all vegetarian. There's one computer lab, and it has Wi-Fi. Honestly, I haven't really faced any big problems with the infrastructure here. But yeah, I do wish our classrooms were more equipped.

Admission: Overall the admission journey here moved ahead efficiently. Following the merit list the online counselling portal guided me clearly. Document verification was quick with staff available for support. Final registration and fee payment were straightforward keeping onboarding smooth.

Academic: The teachers here are really good and they know a lot about their subjects. We learn theory and also do practical work through case studies and projects. They make sure to discuss what's happening in the current market in our classes. Exams are every semester and they include assignments, projects, presentations, and written tests.

Placement: From my experience, the placements at our college are pretty great, especially considering the fees we pay. It's really cool how they are always getting better too. For internships, we get companies like Arcesiuum, Citi Bank, ICICI Bank, and Dolat Capital coming in. And for the final placements, DBE's average package is about 14.4 LPA, which is a good amount.

Campus: The course structure here is really good and sorted. In the first year, we focus on all the main subjects. Then, in the second year, we get to choose our electives. What's cool is the dual specialisation option where you pick two subjects from marketing, finance, or analytics. This choice happens in your second year itself. Since I don't stay in the hostel, I can't really say much about that part.

Academic: The teachers at our college are really good. Many of them, like around 90%, have done their Ph.D. They are all very experienced and teach in a great way. Every semester, we get 7 teachers for 7 different subjects, and this system is followed for Andhra Pradesh. You can usually find most of these teachers on campus because they work full-time. Also, it's nice that they come from different cultures and backgrounds.

Placement: At DBE, the student vibe is really good. Everyone here comes from different places, which makes our student culture quite unique. Both juniors and seniors are super helpful to each other. For the 2023 batch, there are 76 students. Talking about placements for the 2022 batch, it was 100%. The highest salary package was 21 LPA, and the median package was around 16 LPA.

Campus: The PG here has a really good vibe, and all the people are super nice. Our rooms are also very clean and hygienic. Plus, the food quality available on campus is very good. For studying, there is a very big library at the south campus, which has more than 100,000 books for everyone.

Admission: Enrollment at the Department of Business Economics DU felt well planned. After the merit list release online counselling steps were easy to follow. Academic: What they teach us in our course is super relevant for business today. This helps us get all the important industry knowledge we need. Also, the teachers here are very helpful and they know a lot about their subjects. They always make sure our doubts are cleared up.

Placement: When it comes to getting jobs and internships, our college does pretty well. Around 70-80% of the senior batch students get placed every year. Also, about 50% of the junior batch already got internship offers. Big companies like Citi Bank, ICICI Bank, Barclays, and Moody's visit our campus. They give jobs in different profiles such as model risk management, business analysis, and business development.

Campus: In my college, classrooms are quite big. We have a good number of students per class, usually around 80 to 90 people. The campus also offers Wi-Fi connectivity and smart boards in classes. For food, the mess serves decent and affordable options. Plus, there are proper facilities and equipment for playing different sports here.

Academic: My college has an excellent course curriculum, which is really industry-driven. It focuses a lot on analytics, which I think is super important for what's coming next. Also, the curriculum includes weekly guest lectures from people working in industries, plus seminars, fests, and other corporate events. When it comes to faculty, there aren't too many permanent teachers, but they are good and know a lot. What's interesting is that for some subjects, we have guest faculty, and they are actually much more helpful than the regular ones. Honestly, I'm not fully happy with how some permanent teachers teach because their methods seem a bit old and not up-to-date with today's market. But overall, our college's learning system is decent.

Placement: What our seniors tell us, the placements at our college are really good. The highest salary package someone got was 20 LPA, and the average was around 11 LPA. Even the lowest package offered was 6 LPA. Many big companies came for hiring, like Dabur, American Express, Barclays, RBL Bank, Dunnhumby, PwC, Arcesium, and ICICI Bank. Almost 90% of the students from our batch got placed, which is quite impressive.

Campus: The college infra here is pretty good. Classrooms are big and have smart projectors and displays for lessons. We have seminar halls too, and the library is excellent with AC, which is a big plus. Inside the campus, there's a cafeteria and medical facilities, which really makes living here easy. The hostel is clean and bright, giving a nice vibe. However, the mess food is not good at all, and Wi-Fi can be very patchy, mostly working just for hostelers.

Academic: Our university's faculty is truly top-notch, honestly better than any other college in the country. We also get guest teachers from famous institutes like FMS and MDI. The curriculum here is also really great, with dual specialisations available in economics, marketing, finance, and analytics. Many students from all over India are keen on our analytics and marketing courses. Especially the analytics course, it is super unique and a lot of students queue up just to get admitted.

Placement: In my college, placements are pretty solid. Almost 95% of students from our batch got placed, which is great. Many companies like Dunnhumby, Barclays, PWC, and even ICICI bank visited for recruitment. The salary packages were decent, with an average of around 8 lakhs. Some students got offers of 5-6 lakhs, and the highest package went up to 18 lakhs. Most of the jobs offered were in areas like analytics, consulting, and marketing.

Campus: The campus here is super green, you'll actually want to spend more time around. It's really quiet too, which is a big plus in a busy city like Delhi, gives you some peace. Our hostel facilities are also great; it's a perfect place for students who like to study a lot or need to focus on their work without disturbance. Though, the classrooms could be better; they are not as good as some other colleges, but it's not a major issue really.

Academic: In our college, we have two semesters every year, called odd and even semesters. For marks, the system is like this: 30% comes from midterms, 20% from internals, and 50% from the main semester exams. The best part is the faculty here. There's a good student-teacher ratio, roughly 1:10, and teachers are very friendly. They teach us well in class and always clear our doubts.

Placement: For placements, students become eligible from the 7th semester itself. Many big companies like Cisco, Renault, and Nissan come to our campus. About 90% of students actually get placed in good companies. My own plan is to land a good job that will make my future secure.

Campus: It's been a while since I was there, so honestly, I don't remember much. But I do recall that the college gave us all the books and study material we needed. Our rooms also had all the basic things students would require. I just can't remember if any students ran their own social groups or clubs at the time.
