Admission: The professors really know their stuff and focus on real-world applications. Exams happen once a year instead of every semester. We have 3 internal tests and then the final exams, which cover everything we learned throughout the year. To pass, you just need to get half of the total marks. For example, if the total marks are 40, you just need to score 20 to pass.

Placement: In my college batch, there are around 60 students, while the junior batches have about 100 students in each class. I'm currently in my third year of a four-year course that includes a 6-month internship. During the internship, we get to spend 3 months in the college hospital, 1 month at Vysoma, 1 month at Dayananda Sagar Hospital in Kumaraswamy Layout, and the final month is up to us to choose where we want to intern.

Campus: The campus has top-notch infrastructure with everything you need. Classrooms are clean and labs are in good shape. You've got lots of cafeterias and food trucks nearby. The hostel rooms are big, with Wi-Fi and private bathrooms for each room. The mess food is decent too.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at teaching. They know their stuff well and are skilled in the lab too. Passing here means getting at least 50%, which is fair.

Placement: The course lasts for 4 years and opens up many job options in hospitals, pharmacies, medical fields, and companies. Big companies like Biocon and other top medical firms come for placements too. It's a great way to kickstart your career!

Campus: The campus in Bangalore is the best I've seen. The classrooms are clean and nice, and the infrastructure is top-notch. The food is good and the campus is hygienic. We also have a great ground for playing games and clean washrooms. Overall, it's a great place to study.

Admission: The faculty here is really experienced and professional. They help me understand things well, especially with research papers. I was pleasantly surprised by how good they are.

Placement: I'm really impressed with the job opportunities for B.Tech students at DSU. They have top companies like Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, and more coming for placements. Even core engineering companies like Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Tata Motors hire graduates from our college. It's great to see so many options for our future careers!

Campus: The campus is huge and feels like a palace with canteens, a medical block, and an engineering block spread out. The hostel is a bit far from the engineering block, though. Everything from classrooms to the library to sports and extracurricular activities is really impressive.

Admission: The teachers in our department really know their stuff and have great qualifications. A lot of them have advanced degrees in their fields. The courses are practical and up-to-date, with hands-on projects and modern tech used in Data Science and Computer Science. The exams each semester are just the right level of difficulty.

Placement: Most students got jobs, like 85-90% of them. The highest salary was around 30-35 LPA, the lowest was about 4-5 LPA, and the average was around 8-10 LPA. Big companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, and IBM hired students. Lots of students, like 70-75%, got internships at places like Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and Flipkart. They got jobs as Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Developers, and Business Intelligence Analysts.

Campus: The campus facilities are pretty good. We've got cool labs with the latest tech for Data Science and Computer Science projects. The classrooms are big and have projectors. The library has lots of books and online stuff for research. The hostel rooms are clean with the basics. The food in the mess is okay, but the canteen has better snacks. There's also a health center for basic medical stuff. And we've got awesome sports facilities, like football grounds, basketball courts, and a gym. Overall, it's a solid setup!

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They pay attention to each student and if someone isn't doing well, they give advice on how to do better. Our grades get sent home to our parents so they can see how we're doing and encourage us to study. The exams are not too hard, but not too easy either. Most students pass on their first try, around 80%.

Placement: The college has great placement opportunities with over 70% of students getting placed every year. The highest package offered is 34 LPA, while the lowest is 4 LPA. On average, students get 6 LPA. Companies like ETAS, Rexroth, Nvidia, Autodesk, and Texas Instruments come for placements here.

Campus: The campus facilities are awesome! I love hanging out in the auditoriums they're so peaceful and nice. Wi-Fi is there all over campus, and there are canteens for food. The hostel is pretty cool too, with a theater, study room, and discussion spaces. Plus, we even have a medical college on campus. It's great!

Admission: The best thing about this department is the staff. Most of the teachers have Ph.Ds from top universities in India and abroad, and many have a lot of experience in research. They really know their stuff. The course is designed to help us become strong engineers or entrepreneurs after we finish our B.Tech. It also prepares us for further studies or research if we want. The exams each semester are fair. If we go to class and study what they give us, it's enough to pass. Most students pass with 85%-90%.

Placement: I'm happy to say that around 75% of us got placed on-campus this year. The highest package was 11 LPA, while the lowest was 4.5 LPA. The average package ranged from 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Some top companies that came for recruitment were Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, and HGS. Also, around 80% of us landed internships in companies like MathCo, Havells, Bosch, Nokia, Infineon, IPQC, Syntech Bio solution, and Lead square. The roles offered in our course include software analyst, front-end and back-end developer, VLSI, embedded robotics, and network analyst. It's been a great experience overall!

Campus: The classrooms are really nice with good desks and storage for bags. The Wi-Fi is fast and the digital classrooms have a stage and podium. The labs have all the equipment we need and the library is awesome. There are private study rooms with TVs for presentations and lots of books and magazines. The hostel is great too, with a movie theatre, gym, and even a video game room. Food is good and they keep the mess area clean. We get three meals a day plus snacks.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really know their stuff and are always there to help out. They push us to do well and cover all aspects of our studies. The courses are super practical and get us ready for the real world with internships and projects. Great place to learn!

Placement: Almost all students in my college get good job offers. The top package is 53 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. They hire people for quality assurance, project management, banking, and other roles.

Campus: The classrooms at DSU are really nice and modern. They have Wi-Fi, libraries with lots of books, and labs for different courses. We don't have dorms on the Hour Road campus, but there are dorms on the main campus. Plus, there's clean water available all over campus.

Admission: The teachers here are not the best. Exams are a bit unpredictable since they happen at random times. We have two mid-semester exams, each worth 40 marks, and a final exam worth 100 marks. However, the final exam is scaled down to 40 marks, with 20 marks for projects or assignments. To be eligible for exams, we need to attend at least 75% of classes.

Placement: Students here can land a job as a software developer. Big names such as Zeta, Zerodha, and Amazon come for placements. The highest salary offered is 44 LPA, while the lowest is 3.5 LPA. On average, students get 6 LPA. Internships start in the 3rd year. Companies start visiting from the 6th semester for placements.

Campus: The Wi-Fi here is pretty bad. The food is just okay, nothing special. We've got a hospital under DSU for medical needs, which is cool. Hostel curfew kicks in at 10 PM. The classrooms are super high-tech with big touch screen LCDs. And the library? It's got soundproof walls and those cool face recognition machines.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty good, but some don't have degrees or experience in the subject they teach. The course content is spot-on and can really prepare you for the industry if you're dedicated. The semester tests are kind of tough, but most students pass with a 95% or higher.

Placement: Around 15% of us got placed already, and we're just in our third semester. The pay packages ranged from 4 LPA to 7 LPA, with the average being 4.5 LPA. The top company that recruited was EY, offering 4.5 LPA for a tax job. Some startups also hired students, mostly for marketing positions.

Campus: The campus had air conditioned classrooms and a library with free Wi-Fi. You had to pay INR 2000 as a refundable deposit for using the library. The canteen had snacks, tea, coffee, and cold drinks. They also served an okay executive lunch. But, there weren't any sports facilities around campus.

Admission: The ECE department has some really knowledgeable faculty members who have degrees in areas like VLSI design, embedded systems, and communication networks. They're also into research, patents, and publications. The course content is good, but it doesn't fully prepare you for the industry. You need personal training and internships to be industry-ready, which you can get through connections or help from seniors. Exams are not too hard because teachers are chill, and the passing percentage is around 40%. The best part is that the teachers are friendly and the course gets more interesting if you're really into it.

Placement: In the ECE department, a good number of students got placed around 8%. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA, while the lowest was around 3.4 LPA. On average, students got 5 LPA. Some big companies that hire from here are Capgemini, Accenture, and a few others. For internships, about 5% of students found opportunities on their own with good roles. I don't have details about the top recruiting company or the roles offered in my course because I haven't been to any college placements yet.

Campus: I'm studying Electronics and Communication Engineering. Wi-Fi is only in the library. There are labs for hands-on practice. The classrooms are big. The library is good for studying alone, but private rooms for group study are always full. It's easier to find an empty classroom instead. The college has hostels, but I'm a day scholar so I can't say much about that.
