Admission: Flora Institute of Technology is great because Dr. Atul Padalkar started it. The teachers here are super smart and have at least 5 years of experience each. They help us with everything from classes to fun stuff outside of class.
Placement: The college's placement cell is really helpful for us students. They set up workshops and guest lectures often to help us get better. They also share internship and job info regularly. The placement cell works with lots of companies to help us get placed after studies.
Campus: The college has a good setup with Flora Institute of Technology, Flora College of Architecture, and Flora Valley School all in one place. The engineering labs and workshops are top-notch. Plus, there's a hostel on campus, so no need to commute far.

Admission: The teachers here are hit or miss. Some are super helpful, but most need to work on their teaching. It's cool that there are fewer students in class than they say, though. The industry exposure is pretty weak, mostly just videos and a couple trips to a sugar factory.
Placement: The job placements here aren't that great. Only 3% of students actually get jobs, and it's the same for seniors. The highest salary offered was 15k a month, while the lowest was around 8k. Not many companies come for recruitment, mostly just BPOs. Some students did get internships though, about 10%. The highest stipend for an internship was around 7k a month.
Campus: The Wi-Fi here sucks and the Internet is super slow. But hey, the library rocks! Got all the books I need. Classrooms are cool, got projectors too. Labs are okay, but some machines are missing. No canteen, just a mess with good food. Infrastructure needs work. No sports facilities or proper ground. And forget about finding parking for your ride.

Admission: The teachers here are okay. They're not super qualified, but they get the job done. Some teachers are nice and helpful, but not all of them. About 30% of the old teachers have been replaced with better ones now. Overall, the new teachers are more qualified and seem to be doing a good job.
Placement: The college offers good placement opportunities. The new placement team is working hard to secure job placements for students. Graduates have been hired by companies like Tata, Cummins, Mahindra, ISRO, and more. They're really putting in the effort to help us land jobs.
Campus: The campus is getting better with new facilities. There are two playgrounds to chill at. Hostel peeps can play table tennis and hit the gym for just 10 bucks a month. And there are two canteens on campus too.

Admission: All the nice teachers left, and now we're stuck with some rude ones. They're not helpful and make it tough to pass the semester. These teachers don't even know how to teach properly. It's a bad situation with the faculty here.
Placement: Getting a job after finishing my course was a breeze because there aren't many students in my program. However, the teaching staff isn't great. It's tough to pass exams without proper guidance, so that's a big drawback.
Campus: The facilities here aren't great, and not many students attend. The classrooms are run-down with lots of wall cracks. I'm worried the whole building might collapse since it's on a mountain and there's no Wi-Fi. The library isn't well-stocked, and there's no medical help on campus. If you're sick, you have to go to a hospital 20-25 km away by yourself. No sports or games either. Basically, it's the worst college ever.

Admission: The teachers at our branch were really helpful. I liked all the staff there. They were super supportive and skilled. The engineering course was okay, and the college supported us. But the courses they have now aren't that great, so there's not much opportunity.
Placement: Most of the job offers were for mechanical students when we were there. You can't rely on the college for placements. Students mostly found internships on their own. Right now, there aren't many opportunities, but it was better when we were studying there.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is okay, but I wouldn't suggest enrolling here at the moment. The library was nice, and the cafeteria was just okay. The computer labs were good, but they could use some upgrades. Overall, everything else was fine. They had sports facilities, but they didn't really push for sports while I was there.

Admission: The teachers here were awesome. They were super talented and down-to-earth. After sophomore year, we mostly studied on our own, but they always made sure we understood the key concepts. Even though we covered the entire chapter, they were there to assist whenever we got stuck.
Placement: The placements in our department weren't great, but mechanical students did really well. They landed jobs in top companies like Accenture. New students had the chance to do internships. Some of us interviewed for positions, but unfortunately, we didn't get them.
Campus: The college had good infrastructure with labs and practical facilities. They also offered hostels for students who lived far away. Food was available on campus too.

Admission: The teachers at Flora Institution of Technology are super helpful. They're always there for us, along with our principal. This college offers all kinds of engineering courses. The staff in every department are really good. The projects we work on really help us learn and will be useful for our future careers.
Placement: Flora College is great for teaching, but they need to work harder on placements. Since it's a new college with fewer students, they should focus on improving placements. They do offer placements, but they could be better.
Campus: The college has a great infrastructure with all the facilities you need. It's located in Khopi village, about 25-30km from Pune, surrounded by a natural atmosphere. The food is good too. While they don't offer sports and games, the other facilities are top-notch.

Admission: The professors at this college from IIT and NIT are top-notch. They're super supportive and really good at teaching. The way they teach is amazing, with a strong emphasis on practical and lab work. The student-to-faculty ratio is pretty good too, with about 25 students for every faculty member.
Placement: My batch was the third to join this college, and so far they haven't arranged any placements. Maybe they'll set it up later. Since they don't have connections with companies, the placements aren't great. But if you work hard, you might find a job on your own. I graduated in 2017 and landed a job at Infosys through a reference, not the college. That's the main issue here.
Campus: The facilities here are great. The classrooms have good benches and are spacious. The practical lab is fully equipped. The canteen is nice but a bit pricey. The hostel rooms are also good and spacious. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi in college or hostel. The library is good with all the books, journals, and project reports you need. The staff are helpful too.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful. They know their stuff and teach well. They even take us on field trips to show us how things work in real life. It's cool how they use their connections to make these trips happen.
Placement: None of us in my batch got a job after college. Mechanical engineering is the biggest department here. No companies come for hiring. The college doesn't help with internships either.
Campus: The mechanical workshop is cool for hands-on learning with different machines. Hostel is okay, not great. But the mess and canteen are pretty bad. Classrooms are comfy though. We've got labs for thermodynamics, FM, and Cad Cam.
