Admission: The best thing about this college is the faculty members. But the computer science professors don't know much. Exams come one after another without a break. The library isn't great for gaining extra knowledge because you can't browse books yourself. You have to ask the librarian for help finding a book.
Placement: Nah, I wouldn't say so. They make it seem like they have great placements, but most of them are off-campus. The college doesn't really help with that. GIET University does bring in companies for placements, but most people end up with around 6.5 LPA. The big salaries you hear about are usually from outside placements. Oh, and if you want a shot at getting placed, you gotta show up to class and work on your skills. The university does have a placement office, but your attendance and effort really play a big part in landing a job.
Campus: The infrastructure is not great. Only one hostel building is decent, the others aren't good. The campus is huge, but most of it is filled with trash and not usable. Hostel rooms don't have AC, only computer labs do. There's no AC anywhere else on campus. Gunupur isn't a fun place. You won't find many places to hang out with friends or good restaurants to go to. It feels like something is missing.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. Knowing about computer science and engineering is key. The exams aren't too hard, and you need a 40% to pass. Just study the notes from class and you'll be good to go.
Placement: Most students in computer science engineering find jobs easily. The pay can be as high as 22 LPA, but some start at 2.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro hire students. We have to complete 2 internships during the course. After graduating, we can work as software engineers, back-end engineers, or front-end engineers.
Campus: The teachers are always there for every class from Monday to Saturday. Time is more important than college. Wi-Fi is good in the hostel, classes, and labs on campus. The hostel food tastes great and the hostel doesn't have A/C. There's a canteen and a hospital on campus, plus a temple too.

Admission: The professors here are really helpful and supportive in all areas. They are highly qualified and have lots of experience. The course is great to study. The exams can be a bit challenging because they include questions from different sources.
Placement: Around 80% of students here get jobs after graduating. The highest salary offered was 30 LPA for CSE students. Most students get around 4 to 5 LPA on average. Big companies like Accenture, Solar Grind, and others come here to hire students. The university focuses on providing great facilities for learning, which is awesome.
Campus: I really love the building here, it's awesome! The classrooms are neat and the labs are great. They've got Wi-Fi with unlimited data, which is super convenient. The hostel is nice for a comfy living space. And there are sports facilities too, separate from everything else. Overall, it's a cool place to study.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and good at teaching. Not all of them are top-notch, but they all come from around here. The semester exams are pretty hard, with only a 35% pass rate. Some students might be drawn in by the nice surroundings.
Placement: I'm in the course where only half the students get placed. The highest salary is 3.5 lakhs a year, and the average is 2.5 lakhs. Big companies like Accenture, Tata, and Polycab come for placements. About half the students get internships at Accenture. The main job we get is practical programming, which is cool because it's hands-on and the teaching methods are really good.
Campus: The Wi-Fi is unlimited in every department and the library has special Wi-Fi too. The classrooms don't have great equipment. The library is open 24/7 and has a great setup. The food in the mess isn't good according to students. There's a gym on campus too.

Admission: The teachers here are really great. They're super helpful and know their stuff, with Ph.D. degrees. The B.Tech program gets you ready for the industry, and the semester exams are pretty manageable since they cover what the teachers taught in class.
Placement: The top salary they offer is 20 LPA, while the lowest is 2 LPA. Your average salary depends on how well you do. During summer break, you can land internships at great places like Tech Mahindra.
Campus: The campus has good food and nice facilities. The library has AC, labs have computers, and Wi-Fi is in all buildings. The classrooms are good too. The food quality is good, especially the Odisha dishes they serve. It tastes great!

Admission: Most teachers in our department are really experienced, but there are a few who seem new and struggle with teaching and keeping things in order. We told the head of our department about it, but then those teachers started treating us unfairly. So, just be aware that you might have some teachers like that here.
Placement: The placement scene at this college is pretty good. I heard that a lot of students landed high-paying jobs. They start training and placement classes early, from the 3rd semester. But sometimes it's a bit tough to follow because they mix students from different sections.
Campus: The classrooms are kind of boring, but the labs are cool. The hostel is okay, but the food isn't worth the money. They charge a lot for the hostel compared to other colleges in this group. Food choices aren't that great for the price they charge.

Admission: The teachers here give us 2 class tests and 2 cycle tests before the semester exams. They're really good and always on time. They're quick to help us with any questions we have.
Placement: I love this college because everyone gets placed easily. Companies come with good offers. If you're good at studies, projects, and English, you'll get a job quickly. From the 6th semester, companies like Accenture, TATA Skylight, JK Paper, and Wipro come for placements. They offer cool courses like B.Tech nursing, M.Tech agriculture, BBA, and BCA. It's a great place to study and find a job!
Campus: The college campus has a big temple which is cool. There's also a park in front of the temple where you can hang out in the evenings. Lots of buildings and hostels are around. There's a separate girl's hostel outside the campus. They have cool stuff like a gym, swimming pool, theater, and library. Each branch has its own building here. GIET offers plenty of facilities like hostels, gym, and library. The canteen food is delicious and they change the menu every month.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. I appreciate how they teach us. The semester exams are manageable if you study well beforehand. If you just cram the night before, you might not pass. But hey, the passing rate is over 50% from a 100-mark test!
Placement: I think this college mainly offers placements to students who meet the criteria. About 70% of students from our batch found jobs. The Computer Science department got the highest package of 29 LPA. Our department's average package is around 9 LPA and the overall average is 4 LPA. This course is a good choice to study here.
Campus: The university's infrastructure is really impressive. The Wi-Fi here is great - you can use it 24/7 with no data limit. The hostel is nice and comfortable. There's a central mess that's open all day for studying, and they have plenty of books to borrow. Plus, there's a cool smart library where you can study on the computer.

Admission: The teachers here are smart and know their stuff, but the exams are pretty tough. The security is tight, but the exams might not get us ready for real work. So, we gotta study extra on our own. The pass rate is low, just 40%. We have Cycle Test 1, Cycle Test 2, and the big final exam. You need 12 out of 30 to pass each cycle test, and 27 out of 70 for the final one.
Placement: Most students from my college get jobs around 80%. The highest offer is 29 lakhs with a 4-year bond. The lowest is 2.5 lakhs yearly. Companies like TCS, Accenture, and Tech Mahindra hire from here. We also have sales companies come for placements. In the 8th semester, we do a 6-month internship, but I don't know much about it. Job roles after are usually data scientist or data analyst, which is great for my data science focus. That's pretty much what my college is about!
Campus: The hostel looks cool with a modern design, but the food is just okay. They have a huge theatre that fits about 1,000 people, and you can play sports like badminton, cricket, and football. For breakfast, you mostly get South Indian food because it's in the south. The medical help is okay, and there's an ambulance on standby for emergencies. Wi-Fi works in front of each room, and the classrooms are decent, though they don't have AC. The best part is the library, it's air-conditioned and awesome.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at helping students. They make sure we understand everything before moving on. The exams are fair, but you gotta study hard to get a good grade. Sometimes the questions are similar to what we find online, so it's good to practice that way.
Placement: Lots of big companies like TCS, Capgemini, and HCL hire students here. Some other companies like Tech Mahindra, Jayk Paper, and Jindal also come for hiring. Not everyone gets placed from campus, but many students don't take the offers with lower pay. The best thing about this college is the great lab facilities they have.
Campus: The campus here is really nice and looks good. The department is well-organized and helpful. They have a library that's open 24/7 with Wi-Fi. The hostel is good for living and studying. If you choose an AC room, there's good accommodation available.
