Goa College of Architecture, located in Panaji, is a premier government institution dedicated exclusively to architectural education in Goa. Established in 1982, it is the only institute in the state offering a full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree, and since 2016, postgraduate programs in Urban Design and Sustainable Habitat. Goa College of Architecture Highlights

Goa College of Architecture Courses & Fees

The college offers a 5-year B.Arch program and 2-year M.Arch programs in Urban Design and Sustainable Habitat. The B.Arch intake is 50 per year, and the M.Arch intake is typically 10–15 per specialization. Eligibility for B.Arch includes 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and NATA qualification. Fees for the B.Arch course are approximately INR 1.5–2 lakh for the full duration, while M.Arch fees are in the range of INR 1–1.2 lakh for two years.

 

Goa College of Architecture Admission Process

Admissions to the B.Arch program are conducted through a centralized process based on NATA scores and 10+2 results, typically opening in May–June each year. Candidates must register online, submit required documents, and participate in counseling. For M.Arch, selection is merit-based, considering B.Arch marks and/or interview performance. No GD/PI is required for B.Arch admissions.
