Admission: Start of admission at GIMS followed clear timelines. NEET counselling stages were communicated consistently, the online portal for application and fee payment worked well, and email responses about registration came quickly.

Academic: The course curriculum at our college is good and makes us ready for the job market. Our teachers are super helpful and always support us. They are also well qualified and know a lot about their subjects. They teach in a way that everyone can understand things easily, and they always clear all our doubts. The semester exams here are not very hard, they are usually easy to moderate. And the best thing is, everyone passes, with a 100% pass rate.

Placement: GIMS makes sure all students get internships, 100% guaranteed. We get to go to top hospitals like Apollo and Max Hospital for these internships. Our batch has around 180 students. Talking about salary, the highest package here is pretty good, like 7-9 LPA.

Campus: At GIMS, they have good facilities for students. The hostel facilities here are good, and they give us hygienic food, like breakfast and tea. Also, refrigerators and AC are provided in rooms for a very low cost. Besides the hostel, there's a library open 24/7, and the canteen also works round the clock. GIMS also offers free medical treatment, and we have proper sports and game facilities.

Admission: Flow of admission at GIMS felt streamlined. Counselling schedules were shared clearly, verification went smoothly, staff supported during registration, and orientation eased the transition. Merit list communication stayed prompt.

Academic: Our college has some top-notch teachers, I can tell you. What makes our studies good is that most of the professors are actually from Delhi medical colleges, so the course we follow is very similar to what they teach there. The exams here are quite challenging, but because of that, you get to learn so much. Also, a big reason why our college is better than other UP ones is that many senior people are from AFMC, and their strictness helps a lot.

Placement: There's a rural bond of 20 Lacs here if you don't complete your rural training. Everyone has to do this rural internship for at least two years, which is a rule for all government medical colleges in U.P. A big plus point for us is being located in NCR. This helps because private hospitals, especially in Delhi, are more interested in hiring doctors who already have experience from the NCR region.

Campus: The infrastructure at our college is seriously impressive. We have good academic blocks and the hostels are excellent too. The whole campus uses GBU's setup, so it's spread over a massive 450 acres. I was also very surprised by GIMS Hospital in Greater Noida; it's a government hospital but it's super clean, well-managed, and maintained, which you don't often see. So, no issues with infrastructure here.

Admission: Joining GIMS followed a systematic pattern. The registration portal was user friendly, counselling dates were communicated clearly, verification was thorough yet quick, and the final allotment letter arrived smoothly.

Academic: Our teachers are good and well-educated. All of them have PhDs and masters degrees from various universities. The college follows the Indian National Council syllabus for all our studies. Talking about exams, AVBMU University conducts them, and they also decide which centres we have to go to.

Placement: Honestly, our college is a private one, but they don't even have their own hospital for us to practice and develop skills. That means nursing students like me have to go to different government institutes for hands-on training, and we only get to do that practice once every six months, which isn't much. Also, there's no placement package or anything offered for students. I'm in the fourth batch right now, and the first batch from our college is just about to pass out this year.

Campus: The college infrastructure here is good, you know? Even the hostels are super developed, with Wi-Fi and all facilities. For food, it's just average quality. But one good thing is, they keep everything very hygienic while preparing it. And there's also a wet canteen on campus, where stuff is available at a good, affordable price.

Admission: Journey from counselling to final registration at GIMS stayed smooth. Document verification followed a clear system, staff answered queries patiently, and the orientation program offered a good start.

Academic: At our institute, the faculty is good. Our director sir, Dr. (Brig.) Rakesh Gupta, was a teacher at AFMC before. Also, all the HODs come from AFMC or other very well-known colleges. Because our college is located in the Delhi-NCR area, we don't have any trouble getting good teachers. Everyone wants to stay close to the national capital.

Placement: When it comes to jobs after MBBS, there are no problems at all. Every single person gets a job eventually. A medical graduate can get hired by any hospital, with a starting salary of around 6 lakh per year. This salary can easily go up to 12 lakh rupees in a year. In this profession, there is no limit to how much you can earn.

Campus: Right now, GIMS college is running out of the Gautam Buddha University building. They have plans for a new, separate GIMS academic building, which should be built pretty soon. About the hostel, till now, everyone gets their own single room, but that might change in the future. The sports facilities here are excellent; I can confidently say no other medical college in UP has sports facilities like these.

Admission: Selection at this medical college began with a competitive merit list. Counselling rounds stayed organised, and helpdesk staff supported well during document submission. Clear guidelines made joining feel straightforward.

Academic: The teachers at our college are good and very dedicated to teaching. Many of them even came from well-known colleges like AIIMS, SMS, LHMC, and MAMC. Also, they are very helpful; if we have any doubts or need support, they are always there for us.

Placement: Because our college is a medical college, you won't see companies coming for jobs here. But still, it is a very good college where you can make a great career path for yourself.

Campus: The campus here is nice, and it's a peaceful place to study. The hostel facilities are also generally good. The only problem is they used to give single rooms, but now they are putting more than one student in a room. This makes it very hard to study properly when you have a room partner. But overall, the hostel is still okay.

Academic: The exams here are usually quite easy to moderate, which helps us get almost 100% results every semester. Our teachers are also very well-educated; some are professors with PhD degrees, and some are tutors. Around 80% of them are professional, know their subjects well, and teach very nicely to everyone.

Placement: At our institute, placements have not started yet. But the good news is, they are planning a lot for the next batches. The college is trying to bring in hospitals and companies for jobs. They are also thinking about sending students for internships in foreign countries. So, for students like us right now, there are no placements.

Campus: What I can say about the college's facilities is that our classrooms are well-maintained, and each one has a digital board. There are also many different labs, plus a library which, even though it's not huge, is quite manageable. The main college building is still being constructed, and our new hostel is also under construction. For now, the existing hostel is well-built with AC rooms, but the only real problem is that 7 students have to share one room. The mess food quality is alright, and it's definitely consumable.

Academic: From my experience, our college teachers are super helpful, . You might not find such supportive teachers anywhere else in the medical field. They come from premium places like AIIMS and MAMC, which means they have excellent knowledge. Because they are from such prestigious institutes, it's hard to even think about judging them.

Placement: Being an MBBS student, you don't have to think about placements too much. Our college is near Delhi NCR, which is great because it makes it easy to find good offline coaching. This coaching can help you a lot with your post-graduate preparation. Plus, if you're looking to take exams like USMA, getting coaching for that is also very easy here.

Campus: What I like about the hostel facilities is that you get single seater rooms. These rooms offer full privacy and have Wi-Fi ports, making it a good environment for studying. Every bathroom has a geyser, and there are multiple water dispensers on each floor. Our seniors are also very cooperative. About the mess food, you just have to adjust with it, like how it usually is.

Our teachers are also quite knowledgeable; many of them are actually alumni from good government medical colleges. They are always there to help students out. About exams, we follow this 'proff' system where you only have university exams once a year to clear that whole year. The rest of the year, we have internal examinations, and the passing mark for those was 50%.

Placement: After MBBS, there are no job placements like in other fields, just to be clear. Instead, we all do a mandatory one-year internship once our course is over. During this time, we get to work in our hospital's various departments through something called a clinical rotation. This is a great chance to pick up tons of practical skills. It's also good to know that the internship stipend is the same at all medical colleges across UP.

Campus: Our college buildings, hospital, and hostel facilities here are great. The hospital is fully air-conditioned which is nice. We have very well-equipped labs with all the latest instruments, and these labs are even linked with ICMR. For staying, the hostels offer 2-seater rooms. Also, we get to use a basketball court, a volleyball court, and an indoor stadium for games like badminton and table tennis.
