Admission: The faculty at our college are super experienced, from the HOD to the assistant professors. They switch up the teachers based on how smart we are. We chat a lot with them, so we know we're set for success! ðŸÅŸ
Placement: The college does a great job with placements. They work hard to get us into big companies like Wipro and TCS. From the 3rd year, we have about 15 to 20 recruitment events every month. And in the final year, there's a big placement fair where around 250 companies come to hire students. It's pretty cool!
Campus: Our college has awesome infrastructure. They switch up the interior design and layout each year to keep things fresh for us students. The central library is stocked with tons of books, which is super helpful.

Admission: The teachers here are mostly new, but they're really nice and know their stuff. Some can be a bit tough, though. They use projectors for important lessons and have computer labs for design classes. There's about 40 students for every teacher. The school even takes us on trips to different industries for hands-on learning.
Placement: If you're good at stuff like problem-solving and communication, you'll likely land a job. The college offers support to develop these skills. They have a team dedicated to training and job placements. Sadly, there aren't many job offers for core branches like civil, mechanical, and electrical right now. But students from other branches are getting jobs with salaries starting at 2 lakhs. The highest salary offered was 3.5 lakhs. Big companies like Amazon, Think and Learn, Wipro, and TCS visit the campus for recruitment. About 40% of students end up getting placed through campus placements.
Campus: When you step onto campus, you're surrounded by greenery and nice buildings. The canteen is clean, with okay food at decent prices. The hostel rooms are good quality, with clean bathrooms. Security is top-notch with surveillance everywhere.

Admission: The teachers were okay, but they didn't have much experience, which made it tough for us. Our semester exams were all about what the outsiders decided to ask in the paper. Only 34% of us passed.
Placement: The job placements at our college are top-notch compared to other private colleges in Nagpur. They offer roles like structural engineer, design engineer, construction manager, and safety officer in big companies like BHEL, BSNL, HPCL, ONGC, and more. The salary ranges from 7 to 16 LPA, which is pretty good.
Campus: The college buildings were really old and cool. But even with that, it was a great college overall. The hostel and food were nice, and there was a clinic on campus. We also had lots of sports in our classes, which was awesome.

Admission: The teachers in our department all have doctorate degrees in their field. They teach really well. The university designed the course, but the teachers also talk about other things that help us get ready for work. The exams by the university are okay, but the college's exams are even better. They get us ready for the big semester exams.
Placement: Most students got placed through on-campus recruitment drives, around 60%. I'm in the civil branch, and the top companies that hired us were ACC Cement and Lohia Steel. ACC Cement offered the highest salary package at 8 LPA, while the average was 3.6 LPA. We started getting internships from our 3rd year in companies like Ultra Tech and ACC Cement. They offered roles like contract manager, which was cool.
Campus: The department has everything we need - Wi-Fi, labs, good classrooms, and a library with tons of books. It's super clean too. The hostels are nice and clean too, with lots of greenery. The food is really good in the hostel and canteen. They even have basic medical stuff in the hostel, plus fun stuff like table tennis and a basketball court.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff. The courses are all about construction, so we learn everything from the basics to advanced stuff. The exams are pretty tough though. In Civil, about 73% of students pass their semester exams.
Placement: At Guru Nanak College, placements are top-notch. Almost all students get jobs in big construction companies like RS, Casagrand, DsMAx, and EY. The highest salary is 18 lakhs, while the lowest is 8 lakhs. Also, a good chunk of students do internships about a quarter of them.
Campus: Our civil department has awesome facilities! The library has tons of research papers and books, and the Wi-Fi is really good in there and in the labs. They give us materials for construction, and the classrooms have projectors too. It's great!

Admission: The professors are really smart with advanced degrees like M.Tech or PhD. Their expertise helps us succeed. They're always available online or in person to help with any questions. They even set up extra sessions to help us clear doubts before exams.
Placement: The job placements could be better, but they're still pretty good. About half of the students landed jobs at big companies like WIPRO, TCS, CTS, and INFOSYS. The average salary was around 7.5 lakhs per year. Some students got really good positions based on their skills, while others settled for lower-paying jobs, like around 4 or 3.5 lakhs per year.
Campus: I don't live in the hostel, but the place looks nice. Food could be better though. Wi-Fi works everywhere on campus. The classrooms are clean and nice. The library is good, but not enough books. They have medical help in emergencies. Girls and boys each have their own common room. You can play carrom and table tennis. There's a big field for outdoor games like cricket, football, and volleyball.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They know their stuff and are easy to talk to. The courses cover everything you need to know and are really practical.
Placement: I studied at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology (GNIT) in Nagpur. The college is known for great placement opportunities. Around 94% of students get jobs in top companies like RS, Casagrand, this-Max, and EY. The highest salary offered was about 18 LPA, and the average was 7 LPA. But placements differ by department. In the CSE department, at least 20 out of 60 students get placed.
Campus: The campus has good stuff like a library, nice classrooms, and sports stuff. Some students think the library should have more books and the college ground could be better.

Admission: College has only a few good teachers, while the rest are just there to get experience. Sometimes a teacher will even teach a subject they don't know much about, just to pass the time. It's a must to attend classes, and many students end up needing extra help from tutors. In the past six years, there has only been one annual event at this college. The course curriculum here is not up to par, making it one of the worst colleges in terms of academics.
Placement: Placement used to be not great before, but things are looking up now. In the 2017-2018 batch, two mechanical students got jobs at Butibori MIDC with a salary of 1.25 lakhs per year. The college is working hard to help students get placed by bringing in more companies. GNI is really focusing on placement now.
Campus: The college campus at GNIT is awesome! They have a main engineering college called GNIET and even an MBA section. There are two cafeterias, four buildings, a basketball court, and a playground with a stage. They also have football posts and stairs where you can sit and watch matches. It's a great place to hang out and have fun!

Admission: The teachers at this college really know their stuff. With around 500 faculty members, they always share their knowledge to help us improve and get hands-on experience. They use PPT slides and documents to make learning practical and easy to understand.
Placement: The college has great placements with top companies. This year, over 700 students got jobs, with the highest package being 8-9 lakhs. I also got placed with a 3.6 lakh annual package. The college is putting in a lot of effort to bring in good companies.
Campus: The college campus is huge, with big buildings for each department and even our own IT park. We have free Wi-Fi everywhere, cool labs, a quiet library, and nice hostels for over 1000 students of all ages. They even have a medical center for pharmacy students.
