Admission: The teachers at our college really know their stuff. They've been around for a while, so they know both the theory and the hands-on stuff. The course content is spot on, and they help us get ready for working in the field. Love it here!

Placement: Almost all students here get a job after college. The highest salary is around 5 LPA, while the lowest is about 2 LPA. Big hotels like Oberoi and Taj, as well as companies like D&G and Rebel Foods, come to hire us. Each brand has its own training program, like Oberoi's OCLD and Hyatt's CLT.

Campus: The facilities and campus are great here. We've got Wi-Fi everywhere, which is handy. The labs for FO, HK, FP, and F&B are top-notch and always clean. The food they serve is really good too. Since we're studying hotel management, it makes sense they take food quality seriously in the mess.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty good overall. Some know their stuff better than others, but they're all qualified. The course really prepares you for working in the industry. Exams aren't too tough since everything you need is in the books. If you put in the effort to study, passing exams is a breeze.

Placement: Around 80% of us got good jobs after finishing our course. The starting pay is around 8,000, but some get as high as 35,000 or even 40,000-45,000. I'm still in my first year, so I'm not totally sure about the exact numbers. The main company that hires from our course is Taj. Most of us also get internships at Taj, JW Marriott, Hyatt, and other big places.

Campus: The college has Wi-Fi, which is great. They've got labs for food production and bakery, a restaurant for F&B students, a computer lab, and a library. Unfortunately, there aren't any sports facilities for girls and day scholars. But the boys' hostel does have a volleyball court.

But be ready for a lot of pressure and physical work if you choose this course. If you're aiming for an average salary of Rs.50,000-Rs.60,000 per month, you'll need to dedicate at least 5 years to the industry. If you already know which department you want to work in, I'd suggest going for a diploma. It'll give you more detailed knowledge and save you from spending 3 years on something you're already sure about. Practical knowledge is highly valued in this industry. I'd say pick a college close to home for convenience.
