IHM Jodhpur, officially the State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, is a government-run hospitality institute located in the heart of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Established in 1996 as a Food Craft Institute and upgraded to a full-fledged hotel management institute in 2001, it operates under the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, and is affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida. The institute offers a range of programs, including a 3-year B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, diploma, craftsmanship, and skill development courses. The 6.5-acre campus features separate hostels for boys and girls, modern training kitchens, restaurants, and sports facilities, and is located about 6 km from Jodhpur Railway Station.
