Admission: The teachers here are awesome and really know their stuff. The courses cover a mix of cool new tech like AI and ML, along with the basics like computer networks and DBMS. Exams come up three times each semester to keep us on our toes. If you put in the work, passing is totally doable.

Placement: The Computer Science branch had good job offers in 2024. The average salary was around 14.7 LPA. The highest offer was 34.4 LPA from PayPal. Amazon, Flipkart, ServiceNow, and other tech companies also hired students. The placement rate for CSE was 64%, which is decent considering the job market.

Campus: First-year students at IIIT Bhopal get hostel accommodation, but after that, we have to find our own place to stay. The campus has awesome facilities like a sports complex with a badminton court, TT court, volleyball, basketball, tennis, and a football field. It's all thanks to being on the MANIT campus.

Admission: The teachers here are just okay, nothing special. The course material is current, and the semester exams are easier than the JEE. Most students pass the exams without any issues, but you do need to study for about a week before. A lot of the teachers are from MANIT Bhopal.

Placement: The job placements here are pretty good, with an average package of around 24 lakhs. Almost all students in my batch got placed in 2023. The highest package in 2024 was reportedly 85 lakhs, which is awesome. Companies like Microsoft and ServiceNow come for hiring, and the coding scene here is top-notch.

Campus: The hostel is there, but it's pretty far from the college. They offer three hostels for guys and one for girls in the first year. After that, you gotta find a flat or PG.

Admission: The teaching here is not great. The professors just show slides, read them, and leave. The courses are not organized well. It's weird for a Computer Science student to learn Physics, Ethics, and Electrical Engineering that don't help us.

Placement: I'm studying in a course where big companies like Accenture, Flipkart, and PayPal come for placements. Every year, a lot of students get placed in these top companies. The average salary is around 14 LPA, with the highest being 34.4 LPA. Most students get hired for jobs like software developer and software engineer.

Campus: The classrooms in this college are in really bad shape, and it's a bummer that there's no AC even though we pay a lot for fees. The fans don't even work right. Plus, there's no library or good Wi-Fi connection. And since there's no campus, there aren't any sports facilities either. The food in the mess is just average.

Admission: The teachers at Manit Bhopal are mostly supportive, although there are a few who aren't. They are well-qualified and really make an effort to help us understand things. In my branch, the main subjects like engineering, physics, math, and electrical engineering are covered in the first semester. We even got started with coding in the first semester, learning the C language from our computer programming teacher. Scoring a good grade in the first year is quite manageable, especially if you're familiar with the JEE syllabus. The grading system is relative, so you can still get a decent CGPA even if your scores aren't super high.

Placement: The placement scene at my college, IIIT Bhopal, is awesome! Even during tough times, around 85% of students found jobs. And in 2023, a whopping 99% of students got placed. Big companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, PayPal, and Flipkart visit our campus in Manit Bhopal for hiring. It's a hot spot for tech giants! I heard that the highest package offered was around 85 lacs. The average package in 2023 was 22 lacs, with the median at 14 lacs. Some lucky students even got PPOs from Microsoft after their internships. It's a great place to kickstart your career!

Campus: The college's infrastructure is really poor. Since it doesn't have its own campus, we face a lot of issues like not having our own library and lab. Instead, we have to use Manit lab and library. The classrooms are okay and there is Wi-Fi available, which is good. Hostels are located in different places like RGPV University, BHEL, and NITTR, but the hostel infrastructure is the worst. Students don't get basic facilities like Wi-Fi, a gym, a water cooler, or sports equipment. And they charge a lot for it. The mess food is average and kind of messy. There's no canteen in the hostel, but the RGPV campus canteen is decent if you want to use it.

Admission: In college, you're pretty much on your own. The syllabus is fresh and exams are a breeze you can pass them without stress. Seniors are helpful and cool too.

Placement: IIIT Bhopal rocks when it comes to placements! In 2023, they hit 99%, and in 2024, it was 75%. The average salary in 2023 was 23 LPA, dropping a bit to 16 LPA in 2024. Big guns like Google and Amazon come for placements, and this year, Flipkart offered the highest package at 35 LPA.

Campus: IIIT Bhopal doesn't have its own campus right now. It's on NIT Bhopal's campus, which is huge - around 600 acres. The hostel they give us is nice, but not in great shape. The food is pretty bad, so most of us choose to stay in private PGs nearby instead.

Admission: The course curriculum is really current and made for the IT industry. We start learning coding and web development skills right from the first year. The college is serious about studies and gives exams when we finish a part of the syllabus. We have mini, mid, and end-semester exams. The faculty is super qualified, with degrees from top colleges and everyone has a Ph.D. They're great at teaching and we have practicals as needed. We also have small 10-mark exams every month when a new semester begins.

Placement: The placements here are really good. Students got jobs with salaries around 14.7 LPA in CSE, ServiceNow, and Amazon. PayPal offered the highest salary of 34.4 LPA to 4 students for an SDE role. In total, 81 students got placed, which is cool. The average salary is also 14.7 LPA. But around 60% of students got placed, which is lower than usual because of the recession. But it's getting better. Before the recession, the average salary was 20.4 LPA with 100% placement. The lowest salary offered was 3.3 LPA.

Campus: As a first-year student, we have to stay in the hostel. The mess is right next to the hostel and serves breakfast, lunch, supper, and dinner. The hostel is located in the BHEL campus which has a lot of greenery and sports fields like cricket and football. The hostels have been recently renovated, so the facilities are good. There are guards and a warden available for any immediate help. When we join the college, the institute assigns us rooms in the hostel. The food is decent, with a menu designed to meet our nutritional needs. It's a balanced diet for us students.

Admission: The college has plenty of teachers to help you improve your skills. The clubs organize sessions to teach you about the technical stuff. The curriculum is good and exams are tough, but the courses focus on specific branches.

Placement: The job opportunities are pretty good here. More than 250 companies come for placements every year. About 70% of students get jobs right here on campus. Some prefer to look for jobs off-campus, which is cool too. The placements over the past few years have been awesome. Big companies like Microsoft and Atlassian have hired students from our college.

Campus: The facilities are nice, but there's no campus of our own yet. It's a bit of a hassle, but they're working on getting one soon. We do get hostels, just not on-site. They also arrange buses for transportation. Hopefully, we'll have on-campus hostels soon too!

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and helpful. The exams aren't too hard, just moderate. I love the coding vibe at this college, and the job placements are pretty good too. Overall, everything is great. The college is okay, but be prepared for a challenging course load if you decide to come here.

Placement: Each branch usually has around 130-160 students. Lots of professors come from MANIT Bhopal, and a few even come from foreign universities. The college has had visits from top companies for hiring in the past. This year, in 2024, Atlassian hired some students with a package of about 85 LPA. They also came to campus in 2022.

Campus: The college doesn't have its own campus, so guys stay in RGPV, BHEL, and NITTR hostels in Bhopal. Girls are in a different government hostel. The food in the mess is really bad, even worse than you'd imagine. The cleanliness is just okay. Plus, the hostel is about 15 km from the college.

Admission: The teachers at IIIT Bhopal aren't permanent, they change every year. Also, there's no solid team of teachers. But they are qualified, some even from top Indian institutes. The curriculum is relevant and the exams are moderate, not too hard or too easy.

Placement: IIIT Bhopal always gets good jobs for students. They're doing placements this year, and the top salary was 80 lakhs a year. The average was around 22 lakhs, and the middle one was 12 lakhs. They've already placed 96 students.

Campus: The college doesn't have much infrastructure. They only have 22 classrooms. Unfortunately, there are no hostels for students. The classrooms do have Wi-Fi and are pretty decent. Every year, the student council puts together a sports event called Sporlumina for some fun.

Admission: The teachers here are super qualified. They really try hard to explain stuff in class. Some students complain about them, but I think they're good. The course content is great and covers all the important stuff. The exams are easy if you pay attention in class and study.

Placement: I wanna share about the placements in 2023. In CSE, all students find jobs easily. The top salary is 60 LPA, and most students get around 22 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Cred, and LinkedIn hire a lot from our college. Many students also get internships. The college's placement cell really helps us out.

Campus: IIIT Bhopal doesn't have its own campus. It's in a small building at NIT Bhopal, known as NTB. The labs and educational stuff are there. They don't have their own library; they share with NIT. Wi-Fi is available in classes. The hostels are just okaynot great, not terrible. Boys stay in RGPV, BHEL, and NITTR, while girls stay in Sri Satya Sai. The food isn't good.
