Admission: The teachers at IIITH really know their stuff. They're pros. What's cool is that we dive into courses right from the start. It gives us an edge. IIITH is a private college with NASCOM backing it up, so it's all about getting us ready for the industry.
Placement: The job opportunities at IIITH are top-notch! The ECE batch of 2020-21 had all students placed with an awesome package of 45 LPA. The average package is also great at 24 LPA. Lots of big companies come here for hiring, so you have a good chance of landing a high-paying job.
Campus: The classrooms have really good equipment. The academic and research buildings have Wi-Fi. The college is big on research, so they spend a lot on labs and stuff. There are 4 mess halls at IIIT where we can eat whenever we want. It's nice because we can choose different meals and not eat the same thing every week.

Admission: The exams here are well-organized and they explain the main subjects clearly. The exams help us learn a lot. They follow a syllabus that matches what's needed in the industry. The exams aren't too tough if you pay attention in class and do some reading. You need to get at least 50% to pass and 70% for a good grade.
Placement: Around 309 out of 321 students got placed last year. Big companies like Infosys and Capegemini hire students from our college. The top job roles are blockchain analyst and data analyst. The highest salary is 1.1 crores per year, while the lowest is 3.6 LPA. About half of the students got internships too.
Campus: The college gives laptops to students, and there are nice labs and air-conditioned classrooms. The library has plenty of books. The hostel has good facilities and the food is tasty. They also have a hospital, bank, and post office on campus. Teachers even teach games and sports to students.

Admission: The professors here are super nice and always ready to help. They give us great advice about our future careers. If you're into research, they'll support you. The courses are practical and prepare us for working in actual companies. One cool course is Design and Analysis of Software Systems where we get to work on real projects with a company. The semesters can get busy with 2 quizzes, a mid-semester test, and a final exam. But don't worry, the older students are always there to help out.
Placement: I'm currently in my third year at college. They don't really push for internships here, so there's no on-campus drive for that. But once we hit the 4-1 semester, placements are on. Last year, 100% of students got placed. The highest package was 74 LPA and the lowest was 18 LPA. Google is a big recruiter here. They take in a lot of students each year. The job roles we get depend on the electives we choose. We can go for AI, ML, Computer Graphics, Game Design, Entrepreneurship, and more. We're even allowed to pick more than one of these options.
Campus: The college area has good facilities. Wi-Fi is pretty fast at around 100Mbps and rooms have AC's. The library has lots of books, including stories and magazines. There are also places to work. The hostels could be better, but if you talk to the hostel staff, they might help. IIIT has 5 canteens with different kinds of food. One canteen serves healthy food. There's a health center for basic medical needs and a 24/7 ambulance for emergencies. Besides studying, there are lots of sports facilities like football, basketball, volleyball, cricket, tennis, badminton, and indoor games like table tennis, pool, and carrom.

Admission: The teachers here are super experienced and friendly. They teach us in a cool way that makes it easy to understand. They really know their stuff. The course is spot on for what's happening in the industry right now. Each semester, we have quizzes, assignments, midterms, and end terms. It's a lot of work, but we gotta hustle to pass. The passing grade is set at 50%, so we gotta stay on top of things.
Placement: The placements at IIIT Hyderabad are awesome! In my course, the highest package is 46 LPA and in B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering, it's 74 LPA. The average package in my course is 30 LPA, and 100% of students got placed. The top companies that hire from our college are Adobe, Alpha Grep, Amazon, Apple, Deloitte, Bloomberg, Jio, Microsoft, Samsung, Google, and more.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure with everything we need. The library has study materials for all semesters and lots of books. Classrooms and labs have smart boards, and the campus has Wi-Fi everywhere. There are sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball, and basketball. The food in the mess is good and clean.

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff. The course sets you up for the industry. The exams are not too tough. About 30% of students pass. The lateral entry entrance exam (LEEE) is run by IIITH. It's for students to join in the second year of B.Tech. Instead of just one degree in 4 years, you get two: a B.Tech and an MS. The director, Prof. P.J. Narayanan, is proud of the dual degree program. It gives undergrads an MS by research too. They focus on research-based learning at IIITH. The program started in 2004 but in 2010, they opened it to students who missed joining after 12th grade.
Placement: I'm really happy to say that everyone in our batch got a job after graduation. The top salary offered was 80 LPA, while the lowest was 30 LPA. Big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, and Google hire from our college. IIIT Hyderabad is known as one of the best IIITs. It was ranked 54th in engineering in the NIRF report for 2021. Our college recently finished its 2021 placement season, and a total of 309 students got placed. The final placement report for 2021 is out now. The highest salary offered during the placements was 56 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA.
Campus: The college has good facilities, especially the mess options. There are two types of messes - one called Yuktahaar and the other NBH GF Mess. Both serve vegetarian food. Yuktahaar has a mix of North and South dishes, while NBH GF Mess has separate North and South menu options. The food in both messes is top-notch and the quality is great. The messes are managed by the college, with a committee overseeing everything. Each mess has a designated warden, like Yogachari sir for Yuktahaar. He's not just a warden but also a Yoga teacher. Apart from these college-owned messes, there are private ones too. They are on-campus but run by private contractors. South mess serves only South Indian food, while North mess offers only North Indian dishes. There's also a canteen near the guest house that serves non-veg food. The meal plan is convenient. You pay a mess fee per semester, which was about 10,000 last year. You can choose your default mess and set meal locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the mess portal. If you want to change or cancel a meal, you have to do it 2 days in advance. The menu is declared beforehand, so you can plan your meals in advance. Overall, the food options are great, and you can switch messes depending on your preferences. The messes are well-maintained, and the food quality

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They've studied at top colleges in India. They're super nice and always ready to help when we need it. The coursework is tough, so you gotta put in a lot of hours. And the assignments take up most of our free time.
Placement: I'm a second-year student at this college and I have to say, the placement scene here is awesome! They've had a 100% placement rate for a few years now. ECE students usually get an average package of 2022 LPA, while CSE students are looking at around 28 LPA. The highest package so far was 87 LPA, and even the lowest was a decent 12 LPA. It's really promising for us students!
Campus: The college has good infrastructure with nice classrooms and great lab facilities. They focus a lot on research, putting a lot of money into research labs. However, the Wi-Fi isn't great and the network can be slow. Not all classrooms have AC, but the hostels are nice overall. The only problem with the hostels is the drinking water situation. Sometimes there's no drinkable water on some floors. Also, the lift often gets stuck and doesn't work properly.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at researching stuff. The college is big on software and Science research. We have a busy semester with quizzes, midterms, finals, projects, and lots of assignments. Plus, there are cool club activities like OSDG and hacking.
Placement: Everyone got placed here. The salary packages range from 10 to 70 crores, with an average of 30 crores. There are also international job offers. Big companies like Apple, Google, and Goldman Sachs, as well as startups like Sprinklr and Plivo, come for placements. About 60% of students get internships. The top job roles are software developer, product engineer, and data scientist.
Campus: The college has LAN connection in classrooms, labs, workplaces, and halls from 2nd year onwards. Food quality is top-notch with four messes and three canteens offering a variety of food options - south, north, and more.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They're super friendly and always ready to help with research stuff. They're really smart too, with Ph.D.'s in different subjects. The coursework can get pretty busy with loads of assignments and projects, especially in coding.
Placement: At this college, all of us get placed after graduation, with most of us getting around 30 LPA as a starting salary. Some lucky ones even snag a 56 LPA package! The lowest package is 2 LPA, but many of us land packages above 18 LPA. Big companies like Apple, Google, Facebook, and Microsoft come to hire us. And some of us even get to do cool internships and projects during our studies.
Campus: The campus has really great infrastructure, but in the first year, we didn't have Wi-Fi, so we had to use LAN. There are four mess halls, and the food is decent. The classrooms are well-equipped with furniture and have central AC, which is a plus.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and know their stuff. But honestly, there's way too much work to do. Between all the assignments, exams, projects, and vivas, it's hard to catch a break. It feels like all we can do is study, study, study. There's not much time left for fun stuff like clubs or sports.
Placement: I loved how easy it was to get placed here. As long as you keep your grades up, companies will be lining up for you. The average salary is really good too - 27 LPA for CSE and 21 LPA for ECE. The seniors are super helpful during placements. Oh, and we even have a startup cell called T-hub!
Campus: The campus has good facilities. There's a basketball court, 4 badminton courts, football and hockey grounds, 2 lawn tennis courts, and a volleyball ground. There are 4 mess halls serving quality food, including a Jain food mess called Yukhtahar.

Admission: The teachers here all have degrees from well-known universities abroad. They really care about the cool research projects we do. Some teachers like to keep things flexible in their classes. We start with the basic computer science classes right from the beginning.
Placement: The placements at IIIT Hyderabad are amazing! They really focus on making sure students have a good grasp of their subjects and skills. Companies come with awesome salary offers for us. FAANG hires over 20 students every year, which is pretty cool. The placement process is fairer at IIIT compared to other IITs.
Campus: The college has good infrastructure. There aren't many sports facilities, but workshops are open 24/7. The campus is safe and the hostels are well-kept. They even have gyms and exercise areas. Plus, each hostel has a vending machine for daily needs.
