Admission: Procedure at ABVIIITM through JoSAA counselling felt organized and transparent. Instructions for document verification and fee payment were clear, support staff responded promptly, and the flow from seat allotment to orientation was smooth.

Academic: What I remember most about my college is that almost 97% of students got placed, which is super good. Our teachers are really great and friendly with everyone. The course curriculum is also solid, it prepares us well for the industry. And oh boy, those semester exams meant a lot of sleepless nights for us.

Placement: Placements at our college are quite good. We even had an international package of 1 CPA, which was the highest. Many big MNCs like Microsoft, Google, DE Shaw, and Wipro visit us during placement time. For Bachelors, we offer three main branches: CSE, Mathematics, and EEE, and the average package changes based on your branch.

Campus: Food here is quite good, especially in the canteens. We actually have two canteens, one for veg and one for non-veg food, and the canteen food is the best. Though, I have to say, the mess food isn't amazing, but the breakfast is decent enough. Our sports facilities are pretty good too, better than many other IIITs out there. But when it comes to hostels, they are really not good at all. At least there's common Wi-Fi available in every lobby of the hostel building.

Admission: Journey into ABVIIITM felt streamlined and systematic. Online registration was simple, counselling communication stayed clear, and document verification staff handled everything efficiently. Admission steps from start to finish were well-managed.

Academic: The course material here is really good, especially if you want to get into software development. Following this curriculum helps students connect with the industry easily. Our teachers are super helpful and qualified; many of them have done PhDs. They are always in their cabins, ready to help with any doubts. One small thing is sometimes it's a bit tough to understand their language, but still, they support us a lot with our projects. Talking about exams, semester exams are usually not super hard, I would say they are moderate to difficult. The passing percentage is 35%.

Placement: You know, Big companies like Google, Grow, Microsoft, and Meesho come to our campus to hire students. This year, the highest salary package someone got was 67 LPA, the lowest was 10 LPA, and the average package was around 24 LPA. Also, Google offers internships to our students, which is pretty cool. Almost everyone passed out this year, like 98.21% of the students.

Campus: The college library is really good; they have all sorts of books there, and you can even borrow them easily. Wi-Fi is also provided, and the internet speed is quite decent. Our classrooms are all air-conditioned, which is a relief. Labs are maintained properly too. For food, it's not the best, especially in the mess where the quality gets bad after a while. But good thing, we have three canteens where we can eat instead. Also, medical facilities are there, with a doctor on duty for any small injuries or health issues.

Admission: Overall journey to ABVIIITM remained smooth and manageable. Counselling and document verification instructions were detailed, staff support during registration was strong, and seat allotment came without much stress.

Academic: The teachers at our college are really good. Many of them have done their studies from places like IIT, NIT, and IIIT, and all our professors have PhD degrees. They make sure to focus a lot on studies and also on coding. The semester exams here are not very difficult; they are mostly normal.

Placement: Our college is pretty good with placements, with about 80-90% of students getting placed every year, though it depends on your specific course and batch. The highest salary packages can go really high, from 40 LPA to 80 LPA. On average, people get around 20-25 LPA, and even the lowest package is decent, usually 5-10 LPA. Our best courses are IMT, BEE, and BCS. Many smart students manage to get internships even in their second year, and the college really focuses a lot on coding here.

Campus: We get Wi-Fi, labs, and all classrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a big library, which everyone calls LRC. The mess food is just average, nothing special. For sports, we have a big complex that includes a cricket ground and a swimming pool. Plus, there are many clubs for students to join.

Admission: Structure of the ABVIIITM admission process stood out positively. Merit list checks, counselling sessions, and verification were clearly communicated, while staff guidance ensured hassle-free registration.

Academic: Our college teachers are super qualified; all professors here must have a Ph.D. doctorate. The course syllabus is very helpful, teaching us everything that comes in company interviews. This makes students ready for jobs in companies. They also update the syllabus all the time with new industry changes. How tough semester exams are depends on how much you study. For passing, it's based on how everyone in the class scores overall since we have a relative grading system.

Placement: Placements at our college are seriously good. For B.Tech CSE students, we saw 100% placements, which is a big plus point. In 2022, someone even got a package of 65 LPA, and the average was 22 LPA, with the lowest being 13 LPA for our CSE branch. We have big companies like Goldman Sachs, Nutanix, Google, and Generate AI coming to recruit. Also, many students got awesome internships at companies like Amazon, Walmart, Google, and Uber.

Campus: The campus Wi-Fi is super good, and even in hostels, you get ethernet. Hostel facilities are good overall. Like, washrooms are always clean, and there's hot water (geyser). For girls, hostel rooms are all single which is really nice and convenient. The food is also pretty good, both in the main canteen and the non-veg one. For sports, we have so many options: basketball, tennis, billiards, squash, badminton, and a swimming pool. And if you ever feel unwell, there's a doctor right on campus.

Admission: My admission at ABVIIITM was surprisingly smooth. The online registration process was clear, and staff assistance during document verification was helpful. From counselling till final registration, all steps were well-communicated. The merit list came out on time, making the entire journey straightforward and stress-free. Academic: All the teachers in our college are PhD holders, coming from top universities both in India and abroad. This shows they are really good and know their subjects very well. The faculty-student ratio is also good at 1:6. Some teachers are excellent at explaining things and connecting with students, but a few others find it challenging to connect properly, even though they are very knowledgeable.

Placement: Big companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, and Adobe come to our college for placements. More than 80 companies visited in total, which is pretty good. Students got an average package of 24.31 LPA. The highest salary offered in India was 65 LPA. For international offers, the top salary was 7.5 LPA, but that was in Japanese Yen.

Campus: Campus has really good facilities for students. All the lecture halls here are fully air-conditioned, which is super comfortable. We also get 24x7 Wi-Fi connections all over the campus. For living, there are four boys' hostels – Aravali, Nilgiri, Shivalik, and IVH or Satpura – and one girls' hostel named Gangotri. Each of these hostels has indoor games and a purified water cooler inside. The food quality in the mess is quite nice. Plus, the college has its own sports complex and a hospital. All the labs are well-managed and have all the necessary equipment we need.

Admission: Clarity defined the admission experience here. Counselling and verification were handled efficiently once the merit list was out, and staff support during registration ensured smooth onboarding.

Academic: All of them have PhDs and know a lot. They even say that only two colleges in India, IIT Bombay and IIITM Gwalior, have all PhD professors, which is pretty awesome. The teaching here is excellent; you can understand everything perfectly if you just listen properly. Also, the course curriculum is very relevant to what we need. You might worry about new branches like EEE because their placements haven't started yet, but don't worry, the teachers are very knowledgeable, and the placement cell works hard. The main thing is to keep working on your skills. Exams are not too hard, but you need to study consistently. We have two exams each semester, one mid-semester and one end-semester. Almost 100% of students pass, only a few might fail if they miss exams due to illness or other important reasons.

Placement: From my experience, placements at our college are really impressive. The average salary for Computer Science students is 25 LPA, while for the 5-year IT program it's 23 LPA, and for the 5-year IT + MBA program it's 18 LPA. We had two new branches start in 2023, so their placement data isn't out yet. The highest package someone got from here was 1.9 crores, an international offer, and the lowest package was 10.2 LPA. Many big companies visit our campus, like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Zomato, Nutanix, and Oracle. They come both in person and online. Students get roles like SDE and even CTO. Most students also get internships in their areas of interest, and seniors are super helpful with referrals for both internships and jobs.

Campus: Talking about the college, its infrastructure is top-notch. Since it started in 1997, the college has had so much time to develop everything well. Every department has its own special block, like A, B, and C. For connectivity, we get awesome Wi-Fi and LAN ports right in the hostels. Our labs are really good too, they've been maintained properly for over 25 years. Even for the B.Tech EEE course, which is new, all the lab equipment is there and ready. The classrooms are super spacious, fully air-conditioned, and have projectors and boards for teaching. And the library, called LRC, is massive. It's filled with loads of books for our courses and for competitive exams. They even say it's the biggest library in Central India.

Admission: Selection into ABVIIITM brought relief as the process moved quickly afterward. Merit list confirmation sped things up, staff handled queries well, and orientation sessions cleared remaining doubts effectively.

Academic: For us students, honestly, sometimes we dont get why certain courses are even there in the curriculum. Like, they make us learn engineering drawing in the first semester, but after that, we dont use it anywhere later. Otherwise, the teachers are helpful and the curriculum is good. Most of our subjects are taught using C, C++ or Java.

Placement: Our college has good placements, but mainly if you're interested in web or app development. Most of us students here choose these same fields. For other areas, there are not many companies coming for campus placements. So, if you're in a different domain, it's usually better to look for jobs outside the campus.

Campus: There are quite a few hostels here, five for boys and one for girls. Two of the boys' hostels are specifically for B.Tech first-year students. The other three boys' hostels are used by B.Tech second, fourth, and fifth years, as well as M.Tech and Ph.D. students. Oh, and the college buildings are a bit on the older side.

Academic: When we talk about the teachers, it's kind of fifty-fifty. Like, some professors are super helpful and nice, they even help you with things outside of classes. But then some are just normal, you know? Our course syllabus is actually pretty good, they really focus on the important stuff and give it good weight. And for exams, they are always held properly and very strictly here.

Campus: At our college, the library is really good, and classrooms come with AC which is nice. For hostels, the new ones are very well-equipped and comfortable. The older hostels are just alright, but some more are being built right now which look pretty good too. Speaking of the overall infrastructure, it's quite old because this is the oldest IIIT, with buildings from 1997, so it's not the best.

Academic: Professors here are very supportive and they really know their subjects well. Around 80-85% of them even have a Ph.D. degree. They are super helpful if you need study materials, have questions about your course, or just need to clear up any doubts in studies. Since it's an IIIT, the academics are quite busy, just like you'd expect from other IIITs. In the first semester, some subjects might not feel like they are directly for your branch, but later on, the courses get very specific to your main subject. Overall, the courses are really good and they prepare you totally for the industry. The semester exams are not that tough. You can score pretty high even if you study just one day before, but it's better not to do that. The passing rate is very good, usually around 95-98%.

Placement: Placements are great and I think it's because there are not too many different courses. In the 2025 batch, almost everyone got placed, like 97.76% of students. What's cool is that 38 students got offers above 50+ LPA. The highest salary went up to 67.5 LPA, and the average was 28 LPA. Big companies like Google and Cisco hire from here, mostly for SDE roles. About 80-85% of students also got internships, which is pretty good.

Campus: Overall, the college infrastructure is decent. But the boys' hostels are not that good; they are old and really need renovation. Still, all important facilities are there in the hostels, like Wi-Fi, which is mostly good with speeds of 80-90 Mbps, though it can have issues sometimes. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned with good seating. The library is also fully AC. Mess food is just okay. Medical facilities are available whenever needed. For sports, we have all kinds of grounds on campus – basketball, lawn tennis, cricket, kabaddi, and more.

Admission: Experience at this institute during admission was surprisingly smooth. Counselling was well-structured, document verification and final registration were clearly communicated, and help desk staff patiently answered queries. Timelines were respected, making onboarding efficient.

Academic: Our course syllabus is sometimes a little hectic, but it's cool because it covers all the new technologies. This makes it way better than the old courses at other places. The teachers here are really good and passionate about what they teach, which is a great thing. We have exams twice every semester, and honestly, they are pretty manageable. So yeah, overall, the course is helpful and totally matches what industries need today.

Placement: Placements at our college are generally good. The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) here has experienced staff with strong connections. Because of this, they bring many job opportunities for students. So, the placement record is quite decent. But remember, a good number of these offers are for jobs outside the campus.

Campus: Hostels are pretty good for first-year students because they are new, much better than other colleges. But for seniors, the hostels are old, and some things like old fan connections are not up to the mark. The mess food is decent for all hostels. Also, the Wi-Fi and LAN connections sometimes have small issues, same like other colleges, but mostly they are fine.
