The shortlisting of applications will be completed by April 6, 2026, and shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the DPM RAT exam on April 16, 2026.

The Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, offers a range of scholarship opportunities to deserving and financially disadvantaged students. The scholarship schemes include both Merit-cum-Means based and Need-based financial assistance. Additionally, the institute provides fellowships to students enrolled in the Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) of INR 45,000 for the first 2 years and INR 50,000 from the third year onwards.

IIM Rohtak Scholarship Highlights 2025

IIM Rohtak offers limited yet significant scholarships to its students, primarily based on their academic performance and financial conditions.

  • Merit cum Means (MCM) Scholarship: This scholarship is need and merit-based, with the amount varying depending on the student’s family income and CGPA. It aims to support deserving students who demonstrate strong academic performance.

  • SC/ST Need-Based Scholarships: These scholarships provide a full tuition fee waiver for students belonging to SC/ST categories, ensuring access to quality education without financial barriers.

  • Fellowships for Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM): DPM students receive a structured financial support package, including a stipend of INR 45,000 for the first two years and INR 50,000 after the second year, along with a contingency grant of INR 2,50,000. Additional support is provided for international conferences and academic exchanges to encourage research exposure and global learning opportunities.

 

IIM Rohtak Merit cum Means (MCM) Scholarship 2025

This MCM scholarship is available to PGP students in their 1st & 2nd year. The scholarship amount is determined by the student's family income and their CGPA from the previous academic year. To qualify, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.5 and a grade of no less than C+. Additionally, their family income must not exceed INR 2 lakhs per annum. Every year, IIM Rohtak grants this scholarship to 20 deserving students.

 

IIM Rohtak SC/ST Need-Based Scholarship

The SC/ST Need-based scholarship is funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) of the Government of India. It is extended to SC or ST students of IIM Rohtak who come from financially strained backgrounds. The selected students are granted a complete fee waiver.

In addition to these, the institute provides financial support for national and international conferences, as well as academic exchange visits, per its norms. Students qualifying for IIM Rohtak DPM Fellowships are exempt from tuition fees but are responsible for their food expenses, admission offer acceptance fee, alumni association fee, and any other fees instituted by the organisation.
