Admission: Overall experience of IIM Sirmaur admissions was positive and structured. From clear CAP interview instructions to receiving the offer letter, everything was well managed, and the team supported students during document verification and final registration.

Academic: Our college has a really nice mix of teachers, both our regular ones and guest faculty. We get professors from top institutes who come to IIM Sirmaur as visiting faculty. Our in-house teachers are also very good and experienced. On top of that, guest lectures happen often, giving us students a chance to talk directly with people from the industry who come to share their knowledge.

Placement: From my experience, the placements here are really good. Many big companies come to our campus, and almost all eligible students get a good job. What's nice is that our college is student-driven, so we have a student placement committee. These students work super hard to make sure everyone gets placed well.

Campus: Okay, so IIM Sirmaur is a pretty new IIM. Right now, we don't have our permanent campus, but it's getting built and will be ready soon. Even though it's temporary, our campus is actually one of the best compared to other new IIMs. You get everything here like a gym, library, laundry, mess, and canteen – all inside the campus. Plus, we even have a Bloomberg terminal, which no other baby IIM has right now. Honestly, for infrastructure, IIM Sirmaur won't let you down if you compare it to other newer IIMs.

Admission: Admission at IIM Sirmaur felt surprisingly smooth throughout the process. The shortlisting and interview rounds were clearly communicated, and after the final merit list, document verification and registration were very organized. The admission cell staff were helpful with all queries, making the joining process stress free.

Academic: At IIM Sirmaur, the Marketing Department is seriously one of the best you'll find in the whole country. Our faculty members all have PhDs, coming from big IIMs and even global universities. The course content is super current, making sure every single student gets prepared for the real industry. Exam difficulty kinda depends, it's not the same for everyone. But honestly, if you just listen properly to the teachers in class, it's easy to be in the top 5% of students there.

Placement: Okay, so placements here at IIM Sirmaur are quite strong. Even though they are still going on, we already have a highest package of 32 LPA, offered by Amazon. The lowest package was around 10 LPA, though I dont recall the specific company name. Many big companies come for hiring, including Amazon, DE Shaw, DCM Shriram, FIITJEE, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and the Big 4 companies. For summer internships, our 2024 batch got 100 percent placements, with companies like ICICI Bank, Indigo, DE Shaw, Nestle, and HDFC Bank participating. Most final year students get roles like Management Trainee, but you can also find roles like Consultant, Business Analyst, and Sales Manager. And seriously, the Placement Council is amazing; they are super ethical and always help us students. They never force anyone to opt out and make sure every single student gets placed, even if it takes time after the MBA is finished.

Campus: College is getting a super new campus, which will be the biggest IIM in India by area, seriously big. It will have amazing world-class facilities, like one of the country's biggest libraries and also fancy industry software like Bloomberg terminals. Even our old campus had all the facilities needed for good studies. The food quality wasn't the best, to be honest. But the sports environment was really good, and we had lots of sports events every single month.

Admission: Communication during IIM Sirmaur admissions stayed consistent. From WAT PI shortlisting to the final offer, online registration and document verification were straightforward, and the support staff remained responsive throughout onboarding.

Academic: The faculty here is quite good. We get classes from both our college teachers and also guest faculty. These guest teachers come from premier places like MDI Gurgaon, IIT Bombay, IIFT, and old IIMs. Our college faculty is also very good. All these teachers, both college and guest, are super interactive and always ready to clear our doubts. The course curriculum also helps a lot in preparing us for the corporate culture.

Placement: Our college has really good placements, almost 100% for students who want to take them. The top salary someone got was around 17 LPA, and on average, people usually get about 10 LPA. Big companies like Google, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank come to our campus to hire. Plus, a lot of students get internships through the college too, with the highest stipend being 1 Lacs. We also have a super active and helpful placement cell that works really hard for our summer internships and final job placements.

Campus: From my experience, the infrastructure at our college is not the best right now. This is because we are still on a temporary campus. But don't worry, the permanent campus will be ready in some time. Even though it's a temporary setup, the college really makes a lot of effort to give us facilities like a top B-school. We have modern computer labs and a good library, which are enough for any future manager. Our classrooms are also quite nice. Inside the campus, there is a canteen, and the mess food is also good. Sometimes, small issues with the infrastructure do pop up, but the team handling it is very active and fixes problems quickly.

Admission: Experience with IIM Sirmaur admissions felt very organized end to end. From the online application to interview shortlisting, communication was clear. The admission offer arrived on time, document verification was smooth, and staff support made onboarding and orientation hassle free.

Academic: Our teachers are really good, all of them have PhDs in their subjects and also good experience teaching. The teaching style here is just like in big business schools all over the world. What is also impressive is that we get guest lectures on time, industry experts come to talk, and even visiting teachers from top business schools come. This all feels very impressive to me.

Placement: Our college's placement record is quite good. All the students who opted for placements got offers right from campus. The highest package touched 26 LPA, and the average for our batch was 12 LPA, which is decent. Big companies like EY, ICICI, DCM Sriram, and Tech Mahindra were among the top recruiters. It's also great that 100% of students got summer internship chances.

Campus: My experience here, our college is a unique baby IIM because it's getting its own campus, a huge 210-acre one that's still under construction. Everywhere on campus and in the hostel, we have Wi-Fi. We have a really good gym, a big green playground, good classrooms, a library, and a mess. The hostel rooms are well furnished, and I must say the food quality is very good.

Admission: CAP based admission at IIM Sirmaur was managed in a streamlined manner. Communication about interview schedules and shortlist status was timely, document verification at the final stage was quick, and staff were helpful with all registration related queries.

Academic: Our teachers are quite good, with both in-house ones and also visiting faculty. The visiting faculty come from top B-schools like MDI, IIFT, and IIMs. They also give us chances to work on live projects. What's more, the curriculum is really relevant and makes students ready for jobs in the industry.

Placement: What I like most about our college is the placements; they are 100% sure. For final placements, students get an average salary package of about 11 LPA. Many big companies like Byju's, ICICI, Bisleri, Bata, and RIL come to hire from here. The top roles are mostly in marketing, then in operations, and also in finance.

Campus: Our campus is located in such a beautiful place, right next to the Himalayas, which is really nice. All over the campus, you can find Wi-Fi, and our classrooms have air conditioning. The library stays open 24/7, so you can study whenever you want. We also have a computer lab and a gym available for us. For indoor games, there are facilities for TT, carrom, chess, and even snooker. If you like outdoor sports, we play football, cricket, volleyball, and badminton here too.

Academic: About the course here at IIM Sirmaur, the syllabus is just like what you find in other IIMs, and that's a really big deal. Our teachers here use lots of case studies, assignments, and projects to teach us. They also show us different frameworks and help us understand concepts practically with examples from real companies. All these teaching methods are planned out very well at IIM Sirmaur.

Placement: Around 5-6 students from our batch didn't get placed because of the COVID-19 situation. But the good news is, the college is giving them some time. They'll help these students again once things are clearer, and everyone will get a fair job offer.

Campus: The computer lab at IIM Sirmaur is really good. We can use any system there whenever we want, it's open all day and night. Same for the library, it's also open 24x7, so students can go there to study in a peaceful environment anytime they need. The hostel at IIM Sirmaur has modern technology and you get unlimited Wi-Fi running 24x7. Classrooms are kept well, just like an IIM standard, with individual seating. Right now, one classroom can have 72 students, which helps professors pay proper attention to each student.

Admission: Joining IIM Sirmaur was well managed from start to finish. The online registration portal was easy to navigate, document verification steps were clearly explained, and communication around the merit list and counselling sessions was prompt, with strong staff support during orientation.

Academic: Talking about teachers, both our regular and visiting faculty are super qualified. Many visiting teachers come from famous places like IIM Ahmedabad and SJSOM, which is pretty cool. Also, a lot of teachers have tons of experience from working in big industries. We also get a chance to do an international trip, like going to top colleges such as SDA Bocconi in Italy.

Placement: At IIM Sirmaur, the final placements are actually quite good, with average salaries typically falling between 10 to 12 Lacs per year. Also, 100% of students get placed for summer internships, which is really impressive. The college has a strong placement record overall, and they offer roles in sales and marketing, operations, and data analytics. You can also get placements both in India and internationally.

Campus: College has really good facilities like 24/7 Wi-Fi available everywhere. All our classrooms, labs, and the library are fully air-conditioned, which is super comfortable. We also have mess and canteen services for food. For sports, there's our own football ground with floodlights, so we can play even at night, plus lots of indoor games like snooker and table tennis.

Talking about studies, our curriculum is seriously good, totally on par with other IIMs. There are six terms, and each one keeps us busy with quizzes, projects, mid-term, and end-term exams.

Placement: Our college has a 100% placement record every year, which is really awesome. Even though we are a newer IIM, our placements are super strong. All the big companies come to hire students from here. This year, the average salary was around 10 LPA, and the top offer someone got was 16 LPA.

Campus: What I like about our college is that even though we dont have a permanent campus, the temporary one has really excellent facilities. Inside the main building, the first two floors are all classrooms. Then, on the upper floors, you'll find the library, a gym, and also the student hostels. They even have separate hostels for seniors and juniors, and both types of hostels come with all the amenities you'd need.

Admission: System at IIM Sirmaur during admissions worked smoothly. After CAT based shortlisting, the Personal Interview and WAT scheduling was efficient, staff at the document verification desk were helpful, and communication around the final merit list and registration steps was clear.

Academic: At IIM Sirmaur, the teachers are very good. We have both regular and guest faculty, and they all have their PhD degrees, plus lots of experience. It is cool because the guest teachers come from other really good colleges too. The course syllabus here is totally similar to what other IIMs follow. Also, we get plenty of chances to connect with the industry through special guest lectures given by experts from different companies.

Placement: From my experience at IIM Sirmaur, the placements are pretty good. Like, 100% of students get placed every single year, which is a big plus. Most of the jobs we get are in sales and marketing. When it comes to salary, the average package was around 11 LPA, but some students got as high as 18 LPA this year. Summer placements also work out well, with an average stipend of Rs. 50,000.

Campus: Right now, IIM Sirmaur operates from its temporary campus, as the permanent one isn't built yet. Our campus has a single main building, which is quite modern inside. This building has four floors. The bottom floor is completely dedicated to academics, where all our classes are held. On other floors, you'll find the gym, along with the hostels and the library. The top floor is specifically for our faculty members. All the essential, modern facilities are readily available here for us.

Academic: What I really like about our institute is how good the teachers are. Almost all of them have PhDs, and everyone definitely has a Master's degree in their subject, so they know a lot. They make learning fun by teaching us using case studies. Plus, we also get guest teachers who come from big colleges like IIFT, MDI, and IITB.

Last year, the highest salary package offered in our country was around 16 LPA, and the average for the whole batch was about 10 LPA. Many big companies like ICICI, BYJU'S, Zomato, DTDC, and Indian Oil came to our campus for hiring. Around 65 recruiters visited in total.

Campus: I like about IIM Sirmaur is that even without a permanent campus right now, the temporary one has really great facilities, more than enough for us. The whole campus has Wi-Fi, so connectivity is never an issue. We have proper classrooms, a well-stocked library, and a quiet reading room for studying. There's also a good gym and a sports room available. Hostels for students are also well-equipped with all necessary things. Plus, the mess food is good quality and they offer a lot of variety, which is nice.
