IMS Ghaziabad University strives to cultivate an environment rich in opportunities, including numerous scholarships for exceptional students. These scholarships are designed to provide a financial cushion to pupils across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, ensuring their educational journey is not hampered due to monetary constraints. The scholarships are applied as deductions in the academic fees of the final year, and can be availed by students based on academic performance, loyalty, being a sibling or child of a defence personnel or a widow, as well as achievements in sports. The University also facilitates Government Aid Scholarships for students from various societal sections.

IMS- Grant Catalogue

The institute provides an array of grants, each with its unique eligibility criteria and benefits. The table below lists the scholarships available at IMS Ghaziabad University:

 

IMS- Scholarship Rules

All scholarships are subject to students' eligibility and the university's discretion. The university reserves the right to award scholarships after thorough document verification and satisfaction. If a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, they can only select one of their choices. Students who have an EWS certificate issued by the State Government of Uttar Pradesh may qualify for an additional fee concession of Rs. 10,000. This concession is only available to the first 50 eligible students.

 

IMS- Document Requirements

For claiming any scholarship, students are expected to present original documents for verification. Photocopies of the same are to be submitted for record-keeping. An online mark sheet will not be accepted. For the wards of defence personnel, an Identity Card duly attested by a senior officer must be presented. In the case of wards of widows, the original death certificate of the parent must be provided. For students claiming the EWS concession, an EWS certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
