IIFT Kolkata successfully concluded the final placement process for its MBA in International Business (IB) batch of 2022-24. The placement drive saw students being offered roles across multiple domains, including sales and marketing, consulting, IT, analytics, finance, and operations. IIFT Kolkata highest international package stood at INR 85.40 LPA, while the highest domestic CTC was INR 75.60 LPA. At IIFT Kolkata average package offered was INR 27.30 LPA, with a median CTC of INR 25 LPA. Among the top performers, the top 10% of students received an average CTC of INR 53.1 LPA, the top 25% earned an average of INR 40.6 LPA, and the top 50% secured an average CTC of INR 33.5 LPA.

IIFT Kolkata's placement season saw strong participation from over 120 recruiters, offering a wide range of roles across industries such as BFSI, consulting, FMCG, IT, logistics, healthcare, and more. As a result, 85% of students secured employment. The highest international salary offered was INR 85.40 lakhs per year, while the highest domestic salary stood at INR 75.60 lakhs per year. IIFT Kolkata average salary was INR 27.30 lakhs per year, with a median salary of INR 25 lakhs per year. Among the top performers, the top 10% of students received an average of INR 53.1 lakhs, the top 25% earned INR 40.6 lakhs, and the top 50% secured INR 33.5 lakhs on average.
