Admission: The teachers are really helpful, knowledgeable, and good at teaching. They know their stuff well. Exams are pretty challenging, so you gotta work hard to do well. Pass rates can be different for each teacher and also depend on how you act in class.
Placement: IIIT Raichur had 68% placements in 2023. The highest salary was 45 LPA, and the average was 18 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Jio, Amazon, and Deloitte hired students. But in 2024, there's no new info. Current placements seem not as good as before, based on what past students say.
Campus: At IIIT Raichur College, we've got 4 computer labs and 1 library, and they're planning to open a couple more labs soon. Everyone can use Wi-Fi, and there are three hostels Tungabhadra and the Federal Hostel. The food is okay. We've got cricket, volleyball, and basketball fields, plus we love playing indoor games like TT, badminton, and carrom.

Admission: The teachers are doing their best, but some rules they try to enforce aren't really needed. They could adjust the curriculum a bit to focus on important courses only. Sometimes they make exceptions during exams, which is pretty cool.
Placement: Placement sucks at this college. None of us got placed in my batch. The placement team here is a joke. We don't even have good companies coming to hire us. And the recession isn't helping either. It's a mess.
Campus: The course curriculum is alright, but some of the courses they have aren't really needed. They should improve that. The hostel facilities are not great. We often have internet problems in the hostels. And if something breaks, it takes a while to get it fixed.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They are great at teaching and talking to us. Our course is from IIT Hyderabad, so it's really good. The exams are tough, so you gotta work hard to get a good CGPA of 7.5 or more.
Placement: For my batch in 2023, about 60% of us went for placements, and pretty much everyone landed a job. The top package was 45 LPA (for 2 students), the lowest was 6 LPA, and the average was 15 LPA from companies like Amazon, Maruti Motors, Reliance, cdot, and Infosys. Unfortunately, not many from the 2024 batch got internships, and only a couple from the 2025 batch got lucky with internships.
Campus: The Wi-Fi on campus is pretty bad. The labs can't fit many students. No AC in the classrooms, but they have smart screens. The library is small with just a few books. Hostel rooms have 7 people in each, which is crowded. Food in the mess is tasty. No canteen or medical help available. They do have sports like volleyball, basketball, and cricket.

Admission: The teachers at my college are really good. We even get taught by teachers from IIT Hyderabad because the college is mentored by them. The semester exams are okay. You need to get at least 36% to pass. But if you fail, they still pass you and you take the exam with the next year's batch.
Placement: Most students who want to work here get placed. The highest salary is 45 lakhs and the lowest is 12 lakhs. On average, students get around 20 lakhs. The top companies are Amazon and Reliance. Every student gets a good role, and we learn a lot about coding in the first and second semesters. The first batch will graduate in 2023.
Campus: There are 4 computer labs and 1 library at the college. The whole campus has free Wi-Fi for all students with no limits. Also, in the computer lab, we have fast LAN cable internet. The hostel is nice with rooms for 3 students. The food in the mess is okay, mostly South Indian. All kinds of sports are offered at the college and there's 24/7 medical support available.

Admission: In our first year, we don't have Science like other colleges. Instead, we have Ai, programming, signal, Digital design, and CS courses. Exams are hard, and grading is strict, depending on the assistant professors. The teachers are great and explain things well. The courses are practical and relate to the industry. Most students pass, and only a few get behind in more than one course. We have lab exams every week with TAs. The curriculum is top-notch.
Placement: The first group of students got good jobs after college. Three students got jobs with the highest pay of 45 LPA. The lowest pay was around 5 LPA and the average was about 18 LPA. Some students went for further studies, others did internships, and some worked as assistant professors on projects. Companies like Amazon, Reliance, and Capgemini hired students from our college.
Campus: We're studying at the GEC campus right now, but our new campus is getting built and we'll move there in 2024. The hostel is big, the food is okay, but there aren't any shops on campus. We've got a basketball and cricket ground, and some labs and classrooms have AC. The Wi-Fi is okay, and we can only use the library for 2 hours because we don't have a librarian yet.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and nice. They know their stuff well. They teach us really well and encourage us a lot. Exams are not too easy, but not too hard either. Around 55% of students pass. The stuff we learn is useful.
Placement: Around half of the students got placed after graduation. The highest salary offered was 45 LPA, with an average of 15 LPA and a lowest offer of 8 LPA. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and TCS hired a lot of students. A good number of students also got internships at Microsoft and TCS. Most students applied for internships, which is great.
Campus: The hostel facilities are awesome. The food they serve is tasty. We get everything we need in the hostel electricity, Wi-Fi, Library, Lab, and sports like volleyball and cricket. It's all good here.

Admission: The teachers at our college are super talented and really know their stuff. They've got all the qualifications and give us the info we need for exams. Everyone, from teachers to staff, is friendly, well-behaved, and super knowledgeable. Love the vibe here!
Placement: Around half of us got placed after college. The pay range is between 8 to 25 Lacs. Big companies like Microsoft and TCS come for placements. In our course, the highest package is 20 Lacs and the lowest is pretty good too. About half of us got internships, and most of us applied for them.
Campus: The hostel here is awesome compared to others. We get plenty of electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and cool stuff like cricket gear and a volleyball court. Our hostel rocks with all these great facilities!

Admission: The college doesn't have regular teachers yet, and the staff numbers are low. We've had classes for 3 years now. Senior students run the exams since there aren't enough staff. It's tough because there are more students with backlogs than those who have passed.
Placement: Over the past 3 years, about 150 students from a pool of 1500 have landed jobs. The teachers aren't permanent yet. The downside for us now is that we don't have any company connections. They're working on it, but it might take 3 to 4 years. Just something to keep in mind before deciding.
Campus: So, the campus isn't permanent yet. We'll be in a government college in about 2 years. Students don't have a proper place to hang out. There aren't many sports or club activities. The single-boy hostels have very few students. And the hostels are in really bad shape.

Admission: The faculty is small in number, but they are really helpful. Exams are good, and you can learn a lot from professors if you ask them questions. Some professors even help out at midnight. They know their stuff well. If you study smart, you'll be ready for the industry. The semester exams are a bit challenging, so you'll need to study hard to pass. The course curriculum is tough, but it's worth it.
Placement: Last year, the placements were pretty good with an average package of 14 lakhs. Right now, the placement season is in full swing with companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, and a government company called C-Dot. Some other decent companies are also coming for placements. The highest package offered so far is 45 lakhs from Amazon for the role of SDE.
Campus: The hostels don't have enough space. In one room, 7 students live together. The academic block is decent with fans and WiFi everywhere. The mess is better than other colleges. The canteen is also part of the mess, which is convenient.

Admission: The courses here really make sense and make learning easier. Exams are okay, but grading is tough. Some teachers could be better in certain subjects. But overall, the teachers are super qualified.
Placement: Almost 70% of students in my batch got jobs after graduation. The highest salary was 45 lakh, the lowest was 8 lakh, and the average was around 18 lakh. The top companies hiring were C-Dot and Amazon. Everyone who was looking for a job got one.
Campus: The campus isn't permanent yet, so the facilities are not that good. Wi-Fi can be sketchy, and we face power cuts in class sometimes. The food, mess, canteen, and sports facilities could really use some upgrading.
