ILI Delhi Merit Scholarship

ILI Delhi's Merit Scholarship pays INR 30,000 a year to the top two candidates admitted to the One Year LL.M. course, ranked by their performance in ILICAT/AIAT. The amount is paid in two instalments, the first at the time of admission and the second after the first semester result is declared, and continuing to receive it depends on the student maintaining a Grade A or above in their university examinations.

Note: this scholarship is awarded automatically based on ILICAT rank among admitted LL.M. students, there's no separate application to file for it.

ILI Delhi Merit-cum-Means Scholarship

The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship reimburses up to half the tuition fee for deserving LL.M. students who need financial support, capped at a maximum of 5% of the LL.M. intake in any given year. Unlike the Merit Scholarship, this one isn't purely rank-based, the final decision rests with the Director after reviewing recommendations from a committee that assesses each applicant's financial status.

Note: this scholarship weighs financial need alongside merit, so it isn't guaranteed even for strong ILICAT performers, it depends on the committee's assessment of financial status.

ILI Delhi Gold Medals

ILI Delhi awards Gold Medals at Convocation to the highest-scoring student in each course, based on CGPA or marks, and this isn't a financial scholarship but a recognition award tied to academic performance across the full course.

Note: students who've been detained, re-admitted, or faced disciplinary action aren't eligible for the Gold Medal, regardless of their final marks.

ILI Delhi Government Scholarship Schemes (Students)

As a Deemed University, ILI Delhi students remain eligible for the standard Government of India scholarship schemes that apply across recognised higher education institutions, covering SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, and minority categories.

Note: these are Government of India and state-level schemes, not ILI-specific benefits, so eligibility and application windows follow the respective scheme's own rules and deadlines, not ILI's admission calendar.
