Admission: Most of the teachers are awesome, but there are a couple who could do better. They really know their stuff and are always ready to help. The classes are pretty good, and you can learn a lot. In the clinics, there's one teacher for every 25 students, but in the regular classes, it's more like one teacher for every 100 students. The hospital here is huge, so you'll get a lot of hands-on experience.
Placement: Applying for a government job is almost a sure thing here. You can also go solo and make good money. But first, you gotta impress folks to earn well. They pay around Rs. 40,000 monthly on average and give Rs. 15,000 monthly during training. No placement help though.
Campus: The Wi-Fi is there, but not everyone can use it. The classrooms are nice and big, and the labs are good too. The food in the canteen is tasty. Guys get their own rooms, but girls have to share. Usually, there are around 2-4 girls in a room. The campus isn't huge.

Admission: Our teachers are top-notch, with years of experience. Some are tough, but most are supportive. They use blackboards, PPTs, seminars, and role plays to teach. We get hands-on experience with clinical postings, including maternity and night shifts. Great exposure for us students!
Placement: The college helped all the students who graduated in 2018 and 2017 to get jobs. Many students got hired by the Himachal government because they needed more doctors. If you work for the state government, you can earn a good salary. But you can also find jobs in central government or private hospitals. Some students even opened their own clinics. A few students decided to do post graduation instead. The college arranged internships for everyone, and we got Rs.15,000 per month plus free housing.
Campus: The college library and boys hostel have Wi-Fi. They also have a basketball court and a badminton court. There are 5 lecture halls. 3 of them are good, but the other 2 are not so great. Each department has its own labs. The hostel rooms are single occupancy and nice. They are all well furnished. The cafeteria food is really good, and it's run by Himachal Tourism. The hospital on campus is the biggest in the state, so no need to worry about medical care. There are no playgrounds on campus, but there are places nearby to play sports. The library is big and well-equipped.

Admission: IGMC has some really great teachers. We get to see a lot of real-life medical stuff because it's connected to the best hospital around here. The course follows all the newest rules from NMC. You gotta pass with at least 50% overall in theory and practical. Gotta keep up with 75% attendance in theory and 80% in practical. Exams happen pretty regularly and they're not too easy, but not crazy hard either.
Placement: Our college is all about medicine, so they don't arrange placements for us. But after graduation, lots of students land jobs in private companies. We have to do a year-long internship, and we get paid 20,000 for it.
Campus: The campus in Shimla is pretty good. Wi-Fi is only in the library, though. The classrooms are nice and have modern stuff. We're short on 2 lecture halls. First-year boys get single rooms - only 23 students, though. The rest have to wait until the 2nd year for hostels. Girls share rooms at first, then get singles in the final year. Food is better in the boys' hostel. The hostel locations are great - girls by Ride, boys in Sanjauli. Water filters and heaters are good too.

Admission: The teachers at igmc are awesome! They're super helpful and always ready to answer any questions we have. They really know their stuff. The curriculum is good and they keep it up-to-date with what's happening now. Exams are okay, but they're pretty easy if you just memorize your books. They don't really test your critical thinking skills though.
Placement: From what I know, most students in our course got job offers. The salary was about 45-55k per month. Some students didn't get jobs and decided to study for NEET PG instead. A lot of students ended up working in healthcare centers.
Campus: Being at igmc has been awesome. The college is super spacious and the hostels are nice too. The food in the mess is okay, nothing special. The library has a lot of good books, but it's a bit small for all the students.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful. They really know their stuff and teach well. The course is tough, but it's not easy being a doctor, right? The exams are pretty tough too, but they're preparing us to be great doctors.
Placement: In this college, there aren't any campus placements like in engineering colleges. After MBBS, you can either work as a medical officer by passing an exam or go for post-graduation by giving another exam. It's more about your own effort than companies coming to hire you.
Campus: The hostel and buildings at IGMC are pretty standard. They have sports like volleyball, football, and table tennis for us to play. The food in the mess is good too. There's no canteen in the hostel, though. Guys get single rooms, while girls share double rooms.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful and really know their stuff. The courses we take are actually useful and the exams each semester are pretty manageable.
Placement: The job placements here are pretty good, with nice pay packages. The private sector offered the highest pay package of around 25 lakhs per annum, while the government sector had an average of 10 lakhs per annum.
Campus: The facilities at this college are awesome! The buildings and grounds are really nice. Plus, the dorms are pretty good too.

Admission: The teachers are really good they're all MD/MS in their subject and also work in hospitals. The course covers theory and practical stuff. We often visit the hospital to see patients and learn about different conditions.
Placement: The number of students in each batch went up to 120 from 2019. How much you earn after college depends on if you work for the government or a private company, and where you work. The college offers internships that last for a year. In general, it's a good college.
Campus: The college has a library, which is super handy. You can also study in the reading room anytime you want. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart screens. Plus, there's a cool badminton court inside! And for events, we have an auditorium. Teachers are on top of things, taking classes regularly. Fun functions are organized every year too. Love the vibe here!

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are super qualified. They teach us things that actually come in handy in real life. The exams are kinda tough, but they prepare us well. Most students pass with a good grade, around 80-90%.
Placement: Around half of the students here get jobs through interviews at government hospitals. They end up working as medical officers, making between Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 monthly. The other students go for further studies, try foreign exams, or take a year off to study for NEET PG and INI CET.
Campus: The college and hospital are about 2-3 km from the hostels. We've got 5 lecture halls, an auditorium, cafeteria, library, badminton court, and labs for different subjects. The hospital has departments for different specialties too.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are super helpful. They teach really well, too. The course is MBBS, which is great because we need doctors now. They make sure we're ready for the industry. The passing rate is 50%, so you gotta work hard but it's doable.
Placement: If you study MBBS here, you'll definitely get a one-year internship. Once you finish your PG, you can apply for private jobs anywhere and IGMC's reputation will help you. As the best college in Himachal, you'll gain a lot of experience and don't have to stress about finding a job after graduation.
Campus: The teachers are really great here, they're helpful and dedicated. The labs have everything we need. There's a nice badminton court, a good mess with tasty food, and a well-stocked library. We even get to go on sports tours. It's a top-notch place!

Admission: The teachers are really nice and try to help. They know their stuff, but not all of them explain things well. You have to study a lot on your own because the quality is just okay. The topics are useful, but you still gotta work hard in the end.
Placement: I graduated from the MBBS program in 2014 and now I'm doing my internship at the hospital. I'll finish in December 2019. They haven't done the job interviews yet, but they promise you a job based on where you want to work. The salary depends on where you end up.
Campus: The lecture halls are nice, with Wi-Fi in the college and hospital. The library has lots of medical books and journals, but not enough seats. Each department has good labs and facilities. The hostel is a bit far from the college and hospital, and it only has rooms and a mess. The food in the mess isn't that great.
