Admission: The classes really focus on studying, especially with three midterms. The grading is strict, but it prepares you well for the final exams. The course isn't super relevant, but there are interesting electives that might come in handy later. The semester tests are pretty challenging, especially the electrical one.
Placement: Most students get placed here, around 80-90%. The pay is good, usually between 8-11 LPA. That's better than other colleges in MPDTE. Someone even got a crazy 1.13 crore offer! Internships start in the third year.
Campus: The hostel is decent, but the building looks kinda old. The Wi-Fi is fine and works well, which is helpful. The internet speed in hostels is around 100150 Mbps on LAN and about 50 Mbps on Wi-Fi. The labs have all the necessary equipment, but they seem a bit outdated.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and really know their stuff. They teach really well, and the course material is right up to date with what's happening in the industry. It helps us get ready for placements and working in the industry. And hey, the semester exams are a breeze to get through!
Placement: Most students here get placed, almost 90%. The highest package is like 1.2 crore, and on average, it's around 7 LPA. The big companies that hire from here are ZS, Volvo, Eicher, and others. They offer roles in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Computer Science and IT.
Campus: The college facilities aren't great. They don't have a good canteen or mess. The hostel is okay. The classrooms are just average. The library is good. The food in the mess is okay, but there's no medical help. Overall, not the best place for amenities.

Admission: The teachers here are really smart and know their stuff, but some of them need to update their teaching style. It's like they're stuck in the past! Sometimes, students don't get what they're teaching. The courses are okay, but they need to catch up with 2023. Oh, and the pass rate for exams is only 35%.
Placement: IET-DAVV is great for placements about 80% of students get jobs. The highest salary for Mechanical is 28lpa and the average is 7lpa. Companies like Accenture, Amdocs, VMware, and Value Labs hire students. Not many students go for internships, so the numbers there are low. Popular roles are SDE, Business Consultant, and web developer.
Campus: The hostel is okay, not too fancy. You can live there, but if you can afford a better one off-campus, go for it. The canteen doesn't offer many choices, and the food in the mess is pretty bad. The college buildings are old and need some fixing up. The classrooms have projectors and computers, which is a good thing.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. They all have Masters and Ph.D. degrees, which shows in their professional teaching. The curriculum is very industry-relevant. Most teachers have work experience in their field, which is cool. The semester exams aren't too hard. Just study the lecture notes and do some basic practice, and the papers feel pretty easy. You only need 35 marks out of 100 to pass.
Placement: I was really impressed with the placement rate at this college. Almost everyone gets a job, and both tech and non-tech companies come for hiring. Last year, 97% of students who sat for placements got placed. The highest package offered was 22 Lacs on campus and 50 Lacs off campus. The average package is 6 Lacs, and the lowest was 4.5 Lacs. For my course, mechanical engineering, top companies like Honda, LG, and Mahindra hire students. It's great to see so many opportunities for us.
Campus: The classrooms have comfy furniture, each block has Wi-Fi, and every room in the hostel has LAN connection. The labs are also well-equipped. Hostel facilities are top-notch with good food served four times a day. The canteen is open 24/7, and the mess is optional. So, if you don't like the food in one mess, you can try another. It's great to have choices and eat where the food tastes best.

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and always ready to help. They know their stuff and are willing to answer any questions you have. Just be aware that you need to attend about 75% of the classes, and they might change the schedule sometimes.
Placement: The job placements at our college are really good. We have a placement cell that helps a lot of students get placed in top companies. There are many good companies that come to our college for recruitment. The highest salary package offered is 57 lakhs per annum, while the average package is around 6 lakhs per annum. It's great to see so many opportunities for students here.
Campus: The hostels are okay. The rooms are kinda small, but the Wi-Fi works well. It costs Rs. 22,000 for a semester. However, there are water issues in the hostel. The washrooms could be cleaner though.

Admission: I've had some really great teachers at this college. They know their stuff and are always there to help out. But there are also some tough teachers who mean business. It's smart to stay on their good side because they care about you in their own way. The exams here are not too easy but not crazy hard either. If you put in the effort, you can do well in your tests and that can boost your final grades. Most students pass with around 75-80%.
Placement: I'm really impressed with the placement scenario at our college. Almost everyone gets a job offer, no matter what they're studying. The placement rate is awesome around 94% or even higher. Big companies like LG, Nucleus, Barclays, ZS, and Quantiphi come for recruitment. The highest salary offered on-campus was about 30 LPA, and off-campus it went up to 56 LPA. In my field (Electronics and Telecommunication), the average package is between 11-15 LPA.
Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, even in the hostels where it's faster at about 150 mbps. The college is old but the buildings and furniture are okay. The classrooms feel like high school. Labs are good for about 100-120 students. Food at the hostel is just okay, but the girls' hostel canteen is pretty good. No sports facilities, so we go to DAVV University. IET is part of DAVV, so no problem there. We have a sports meet each year that's fun for all the branches.

Admission: The teachers are nice, but they're strict about attendance. Gotta show up for about 50-60% of the classes. If not, you'll miss exams. It's kinda tough with 3 mid-terms and one final every semester. Feels like there's a test every month!
Placement: I'm in my second year studying Electronics and Telecommunication at IET DAVV Indore. The placements here are pretty good. CSE, IT, and E&TC branches have the best opportunities. Most students, about 60-70%, get placed. The average salary is around 6-7 LPA, with the highest being over 50 LPA. Companies like NRI Fintech, Deutsche Bank, ZS Associates, Accenture, MasterCard, and Infosys hire a lot. But there aren't many core placements.
Campus: The hostels and food are just okay. You can use Wi-Fi, but the hostel gate closes early at 9 pm. The library is nice for self-study. The college's infrastructure is okay, but the classrooms are nice. The lab equipment and facilities are good here.

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and helpful. The semester exams aren't too tough if you start studying about a month before. But sometimes the stuff we learn doesn't seem super practical for real life.
Placement: The job placements are pretty good here, ranging from 10 LPA to 15 LPA for both tech and non-tech roles. The highest salary offered was 57 LPA. In 2022, the average package was 6 LPA higher than in 2021, which was 5.23 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Mu-Sigma, ZS, Infosys, DXC, Capgemini, BYJU's, Kotak Mahindra, and others have hired students from IET DAVV in the past.
Campus: The college buildings are pretty old and haven't been updated since it opened. There are separate hostels for guys and girls, each with their own wings. You share a room with someone else, but it's easy to get a hostel room. Just talk to the warden and fill out an application.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They teach us practical things that help us get jobs. The exams aren't too hard, most of us pass without a problem.
Placement: I go to IET DAVV and I'm happy with the placements here. Most students get jobs, with some even landing internships. The highest salary offered is around 28 LPA, while the average is 5 LPA. Big companies like NRI Fintech, Deutsche Bank, and ZS Associates come to recruit students. I'd say about half the students get internships, which is pretty cool.
Campus: The college has separate buildings for each department, labs, workshops, library, and an incubation center, which is good. There's Wi-Fi everywhere on campus and in the hostel. The hostel rooms are shared by two people, and the food in the mess is just okay. The hostel spots fill up quickly, and there aren't many sports facilities on campus. Students have to head to the university for sports since there's no big ground here.

Admission: I go to IET, which is part of DAVV University. The exams here can be pretty challenging, especially in the semesters. We have 3 mid-semester tests, but people say the first 2 are the hardest. The subjects we study are mostly useful. You need to score at least 35% in each subject to pass each semester.
Placement: Most students here found jobs after graduating. The average salary is around 6 LPA. There are over 100 companies that come to hire students, like Wipro, MU-Sigma, Infosys, Capgemini, Kotak Mahindra, Byju's, and ZS. More students in CS and IT get placed compared to mechanical and civil branches.
Campus: The hostel facilities are okay. They're not great, but they're cheap and fine for students on a budget. The food in the mess isn't the best at IET DAVV. A lot of students like to eat at outside places or the canteen instead. It's convenient that the hostel and mess are right on campus, so you don't have to travel far.
