Admission: The teachers here are super nice and always ready to help. They're all really qualified too. They make sure we're prepared to help our country. Exams aren't too hard, just average. You need at least 50% to pass.

Placement: You don't need placement records for a medical background. It all comes down to how good you are. This hospital is known as one of the best in the world. If you're interviewing and you're from the Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, you're in a good spot.

Campus: The medical faculty at the Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research is top-notch. I love that I can use free Wi-Fi on campus. Every department has its own lab, and there's a central library. Plus, the food at the mess is really good.

Admission: The teachers here are all qualified doctors. They're really knowledgeable and we have MD Professors teaching us. They prepare us well for real-life situations, not just theory. The tests aren't too tough, so if you attend classes and study a bit, passing is easy. Most students, around 90%, pass the exams. It's a great place to learn!

Placement: After finishing my 12th grade in Science, I had to take an entrance exam by the state medical faculty of West Bengal. You need to do well in the exam to get into government medical colleges. My department, Radiography, has 35 seats for a year. It's a two-year Diploma course with a 6-month internship, totaling 2.5 years. During the internship, we get a stipend of only 2000 per month. After graduating, you have to find your own job. There's no campus placement like in engineering. IPGMER is a popular institution in Bengal, so students from there get priority for jobs in private hospitals. The pay isn't great in this field. Freshers in the private sector only get around 15-20k per month.

Campus: Diploma students don't have hostels, but B.Sc. students do. We have access to a canteen, playground, and library. The departments have free Wi-Fi. The canteen food is good, and we can play both indoor and outdoor games.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really know their stuff and help us a lot. They don't just teach us, they also care about our personal growth and future careers. The MBBS course is really good and focused on what we need to learn. It's government-funded, but it doesn't fully prepare us for the industry. The exams are fair - not too hard, not too easy. Most students pass, around 80% of us.

Placement: I'm a student at IPGME&R, a government-aided medical college. We all have to do a one-year internship as part of the MBBS course. Since it's a professional program, we all get the same opportunities professionally and financially. There aren't any companies that come to recruit, but around 90% of us get placements based on our grades and abilities. It's a great place to study and grow as a future doctor!

Campus: The college I go to is super cool because it's government-aided, so we get all the stuff we need for our MBBS course without paying much. We've got Wi-Fi, awesome classrooms, and labs for every subject. Plus, there's a big library on campus. The hostel they give us is clean and comfy, which is great for students who live far away. The food in the canteen is tasty and there's plenty of it. And the best part? We get free medical help, sports, and games too. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers here are really good they know their stuff and are always ready to help. There are lots of patients coming in, which is great for learning. The curriculum is standardized across India to help us become better doctors. We have exams at the end of each year by WBUHS, and there are also regular assessments to keep us on track. It's a good place to learn and grow.

Placement: I really love this college in Eastern India! It's top-notch and makes my degree look awesome. Lots of students here get picked for NEET PG every year. Once we finish our 1-year internship, we can start working as house-staff in the college. It's a great place to study and kickstart your career.

Campus: The campus has air-conditioned lecture halls and a library. You can get free Wi-Fi all over. There's a big ground for sports and gyms for students. Each hostel building has a canteen with yummy food at fair prices.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really great. They're friendly, helpful, and have a lot of experience. They even share stories about their past mistakes. In our course, we have three internal assessments, and you need to score at least 50% to pass.

Placement: Most students in our course get placed, which is great. There are different streams available after MBBS. The average monthly salary offered is around Rs. 30,000.

Campus: Our college has everything a student needs. The campus has Wi-Fi, an e-library, a teleconsultation room, and even a morgue. The hostel is nice, with floor tiles and good supplies. There are lots of canteens, so if you don't like the food in one, you can try another.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. You can ask questions in class or in the WhatsApp group. They do their best to teach us well. The stuff we learn is important and gets us ready to work with real patients.

Placement: At IPGMER, we're pretty much in charge of our own placements since it's a medical college. Around 200 students join the MBBS course every year. Once we finish our 4th year, we all get internships. During the internship, we work as junior doctors in different wards. It's a great hands-on experience!

Campus: IPGMER has a 5 and a half-year MBBS program. There are 3 hostels for undergrads and 1 for postgrads. The girls' hostel is near the academic building, just 5 minutes from the lecture halls. The classrooms are nice with AC and projectors. There are 6 canteens with affordable food for students and teachers. The main canteen is the best with great food. We have a ground on campus where you can play games and chill out.

Admission: The professors here are really good at teaching, and they're all super smart with PhDs. The stuff we learn is actually useful for getting a job. Instead of exams every few months, we just have one big test at the end of the year, but it's not too hard. If you study a bit every day, you'll do fine. Most people pass with an 80-90% success rate.

Placement: Everyone in our course got a job. The pay ranged from 15k to 30k per month, with the highest package including lodging and food. We were hired at places like R.N. Tagore, CMRI, and Apollo Hospital, where they do heart surgeries. During our internship at the college, we got around 10k per month. Even though we study to be perfusionists, we can also work as critical care or operation theatre technologists.

Campus: The lecture theatre is awesome with projectors, computers, AC, green boards, speakers, and microphones. I love the dissection hall and practical rooms where we learn hands-on stuff. Working in the cardiac ICU and OT is real-life experience. The campus has four canteens and lots of fast-food places. We can play cricket, soccer, or badminton in the fields. Plus, there's a gym for workouts. We've got a central library and another one in our department. Only downside is no hostel for our course.

Admission: I love my college because it sets me up for a secure job and a bright future. I'm studying to become a doctor, and I'm proud of how hard I've worked so far. I'll keep putting in the effort in the future too.

Placement: After finishing MBBS, we have options like doing a PG in MD or MS, Diploma DNB, etc. There's also the option to teach UG students in non-clinical branches. Becoming a doctor takes a lot of courage, but it's totally worth it.

Campus: The food here is really good. The hostel could be better. Medical services are top-notch. Sports are okay, but we do have a common room for games and other stuff. Come check out our college - you won't regret it. It's one of the cleanest colleges in WB.

Admission: The professors here are top-notch. My favorite is Dr. DK Sarkar who teaches surgery. He's actually the president of breast surgeons across Asia. Being at SSKM Hospital is a great opportunity for aspiring doctors. This hospital was established back in the British era and even inaugurated by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Learning from such experienced doctors really helps us gain a lot of knowledge and skills for providing top-notch healthcare.

Placement: In the medical field, there aren't any placements. After finishing MBBS, you have to do your internship in the same college or as an extern in a different one. Hospitals can't run without interns, so it's a big responsibility. The stipend isn't enough for the work, but you learn a lot that other colleges don't teach. This college has experts from around the world, and it's a great chance to work with them and hear about their experiences with patients. It's a top-notch place to learn and grow.

Campus: The classrooms are high tech and have AC. No complaints at all. The library is huge and open 24/7 for studying. Lots of people come to watch intercollege matches on the football ground. Students organize matches for football, cricket, table tennis, and badminton. Hostel rooms in the first and second years aren't great, but it's worth waiting for the Main hostel. It's only Rs. 12 a month and it's awesome. You can see cool stuff from the terrace like Victoria memorial and Howrah bridge. The view is amazing, especially in a big city like Kolkata.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super nice and helpful. They know their stuff and make learning easy. They start with the basics and then move on to the harder stuff. They're friendly and easy to talk to. The course content is spot-on, preparing us to become great doctors. Exams are fair, not too hard. After a year, we take one big final exam. Around 70%-80% of students pass.

Placement: During the final year of the MBBS course, we all do an internship and get around Rs. 30,000 per month. It's mandatory for everyone, but after that, we have different paths. Some of us take the NEET PG exam for further studies, while others become hospital house staff. There are lots of job opportunities after completing MBBS.

Campus: Our college has really cool labs with all the latest tools for tests and experiments. They even do X-rays, MRI, and CT scans with super advanced instruments. The classes are in air-conditioned lecture halls with projectors for E-classes. The central library has tons of medical books and journals, plus there's an E-library with computers. The hostel rooms are clean and the food in the mess and canteens is top-notch. The campus has a big playground for sports like football, cricket, and badminton. And there's even a table tennis and carrom board in the common room. It's a pretty awesome place to study!
