Admission: The teachers and lab assistants at this college are super helpful and always there to help out when you need it. They make classes fun and engaging for everyone. The curriculum follows AICTE guidelines, so it's up-to-date. The semester exams are tough but really make you think. You need a 33% to pass, so you gotta study hard.
Placement: The placements at Institute of Technology, Gopeshwar (a part of Uttarakhand Technical University) are pretty good. Since our college is in a remote area, there aren't many on-campus job opportunities. Many students end up finding jobs off-campus instead.
Campus: The college has awesome facilities and the campus is really nice. We get free Wi-Fi, which is great. The classrooms are big and always clean. There's a cool library where we can borrow books and e-books. The labs have plenty of computers for everyone. Love it here!

Admission: Some teachers here are good, but some aren't that great. We end up having to learn a lot on our own because not all the teachers guide us well. It feels like being back in school sometimes, which can be annoying.
Placement: Finding a good job after college is tough here. Big companies don't come for placements, and if they do, they only offer around Rs.10,000 a month. It's a struggle to secure a job because the environment for job opportunities isn't great.
Campus: The college has good facilities, but it doesn't offer a hostel for students from outside the city. It's tough to find a decent room nearby. Some landlords take advantage of this and charge high rent, which isn't fair.

Admission: The faculty at this college is really helpful. They go out of their way to assist students and are experts in their subjects. Even after graduation, they support students for a brighter future. Overall, the faculty here is great.
Placement: There aren't many job opportunities here because of the college's location. Companies find it hard to visit and hire students. The professors try their best to help students find placements using their connections. They do a good job supporting us.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is just okay. It's located in the Uttarakhand mountains, so the view is really nice. There's no hostel, but you can find rooms nearby at a good price. The canteen is new and the food is tasty.

Admission: The college doesn't have enough teachers for each subject. Most of them just teach from books and aren't very experienced. Some good teachers don't even show up for class. The fees are paid per semester, not per year. For engineering courses, each semester costs around Rs 25,000. But this amount might change depending on what the college needs.
Placement: I'm in the civil engineering department, and the job placements here aren't great. The college is still growing, so the placement rate is low for us. Unfortunately, for students in civil and mechanical fields, there's not much hope for getting a job through the college.
Campus: Campus life is quite different from school. There are more boys than girls here. In every branch, the ratio of girls to boys is 1:10. Workshops and labs are open to all students. Boys and girls are treated equally, but girls seem to have better placement opportunities. The lab equipment is lacking, and there are hardly any machines that work properly. The library doesn't have a lot of good books. Sadly, there are no medical facilities available. If you ask for sports equipment, they just tell you to focus on studying. The classrooms are nice, though. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to Wi-Fi.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and nice. Just make sure you go to class regularly to avoid any issues. The exams are not too hard, just average difficulty. The subjects are similar to what you'd find at other schools. CSE has more students than the other departments.
Placement: The college report shows that 70% of students from my batch got placed in 2024. The highest salary is 12 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Since our college is in a hilly area, not many companies come for placements. Most of us focus on finding jobs off-campus instead.
Campus: The college doesn't have any hostel, so you gotta find a place to stay on your own. There are rooms close by, but no PGs. You gotta handle everything yourself, like laundry and cooking. They've got sports like volleyball, chess, and table tennis. Plus, there's a gym you can use too.

Admission: The teachers here are knowledgeable, but they can be unfair. They sometimes won't give you good grades if you criticize the system, even if you're right. If you understand the basics well and excel in your field, the semester exams are pretty manageable. Just focus on your studies, and you'll do fine.
Placement: Only about 10% of students in ECE get placed, but it's not for sure. Companies like Jair Network and Prodesk IT come for placements. The highest salary offered is 4 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA, and the average is 3 LPA. None of us get internships from the college. The top job role given is graduate trainee engineer.
Campus: There's no hostel, and the Wi-Fi is only for teachers. The library is good but you need a fee receipt. The classrooms and labs aren't great. Our college doesn't have medical facilities, and there's no canteen or mess. You have to cook for yourself.

Admission: The teachers are cool, they're always there to help when you need it. The courses are super practical and get you ready for the real world. The exams stick to what we've learned, and they're not too tough if you keep up with your studies. Just stay on top of things, and you'll breeze through them.
Placement: There aren't tons of job opportunities, but if you're good at what you do, you'll definitely land a placement. Otherwise, you'll have to look for jobs off campus. HCl and Wipro were the main companies hiring. Make sure to practice a lot on your own and not just rely on campus placements.
Campus: The classes have good labs and a library. Right now, there's no hostel, but they're working on it. There are labs for network testing, electronics, mechanical, civil, and other subjects too.

Admission: The teachers at our college were really great super helpful and knew their stuff. I thought the teaching was good overall. The pass rate was around 70%, which was cool. The exams were kinda tough, but if you put in some effort, you could pass without too much stress. Plus, the library had books you could borrow for studying. Overall, I had a good experience with the teachers and the resources available at the college.
Placement: The placements weren't great not many students got good salary packages. Some companies came to hire students, but it wasn't a lot. Overall, it's a decent college for B.Tech in computer science.
Campus: The college's infrastructure was nice, but the campus wasn't very peaceful. We were missing a lot of facilities like sports, medical services, and a canteen. We had to go outside to buy stuff. On the bright side, the atmosphere at the college was positive and healthy.

Admission: The faculty at the Institute of Technology are not helpful at all. They don't solve problems or finish the course on time. Their teaching skills are really poor. If you want to finish the course, it's better to study somewhere else.
Placement: If you're thinking of coming to this college for a job after, don't count on it. It's pretty rare for students to get placed here. If you put in extra effort with self-study and other courses alongside B.Tech, you might have a shot at landing a job. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend enrolling in this college.
Campus: Living situation here is rough since there's no hostel. You gotta find a PG, cook your own food, and juggle studying. It's a lot to handle. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Classrooms aren't great either no AC and the field needs work too.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really knowledgeable and qualified. Some of them teach really well, but a few could do better. Most of the teachers are always willing to help out whenever you need it. Unfortunately, there aren't any field trips for students here. Instead, we have to arrange our own summer training.
Placement: The placements here aren't great. Only a couple of companies show up, and not many students actually get hired. Even if they do, the pay isn't that good. And the ones who do get jobs often leave after a few months because they feel underpaid and overworked. The main issue is that not many students are into engineering jobs or they're not skilled enough for companies to be interested.
Campus: The college isn't huge, but it's not terrible either. The library is okay, but they don't have a lot of books. Unfortunately, there's no hostel for students who come from outside. It's tough finding a decent room nearby. And because there aren't many rooms around, some people hike up the rent, which really sucks.
