Admission: Entering IMI felt calm and well organised. The WAT and PI rounds were conducted professionally, communication was consistent, and registration support made onboarding easy to understand. Overall, the admission journey felt well handled.

Academic: Our teachers are really good and always helpful; students can easily reach out to them whenever needed. The course curriculum is very relevant as it prepares us well for the industry. Plus, they make sure to conduct industrial visits on time, which is super useful. We have a system of 6 trimesters here, and exams happen at the end of every trimester, besides the internal tests. The difficulty level of these exams is moderate, and the pass percentage is 40%.

Placement: From my experience, the placements here are super good. Almost 98 to 99 percent of students get a job, which is great. You can get a salary up to 22 LPA, and even the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. Big companies like JSW, Deloitte, PWC, and ICICI Bank come here to hire us. And about internships, everyone gets one, like 100% of students. Companies like Amazon, Nephro Plus, Gocommet, and Outlook offer these. We get roles like team lead, risk and advisory, analyst, and also tax consultant.

Campus: What I like about our college is how good all the facilities are. Classrooms here have AC, which is super comfortable. Also, hostel rooms are cleaned every single day. The mess food is tasty too, they make good options for both veg and non-veg eaters. Medical help is always there if you need it. And talking about sports, it's really awesome! We have about 10 different sports, and the sports community does a great job managing everything.

Admission: Choosing IMI Kolkata felt like the right decision. The application process was clear, interview schedules were shared on time, and the merit list came out quickly. Document verification and registration were smooth, with helpful staff guiding us throughout.

Academic: From my experience at IMI Kolkata, the teachers are really good. All the faculty members are super qualified and they have a lot of experience in what they teach. Our college also does a great job arranging frequent industry visits, which helps students get a lot of real-world exposure. Talking about exams, their difficulty changes quite a bit semester to semester. Sometimes the papers are easy, but then other times they can be really tough. So, it's hard to say how hard the exams will be in the future.

Placement: In our college, placements are quite good. Almost 90% of students get placed every year. Companies like Deloitte, PWC, ICICI, EY, and Kantar come here for recruitment. Most students get jobs in the finance area. For salary, the highest package was around 18 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. Also, everyone gets an internship from the college, mostly in marketing and sales roles.

Campus: Our college has good facilities. The Wi-Fi works great here, and you can find any book you want in the library. Classrooms are also kept very clean. For hostel life, the food quality is really good. The people working in the hostel are very polite and always ready to help. Plus, you can play many sports inside the hostel, like table tennis and volleyball.

Admission: Applying to IMI Delhi was a positive experience overall. The portal was easy to use, interview shortlisting and results were shared promptly, and document verification went smoothly. Counselling before registration clarified important details well.

Academic: Our teachers here are really good, they have lots of experience from college and from working in actual companies. They always want us to talk and share our ideas in class, not just listen to them. Plus, they are always there to help us with any problems, even after class hours. The course material is updated all the time so we learn things that companies need now. We get taught subjects that are super important for today's world. For teaching, they use a lot of case studies, mostly from famous ones like Harvard and Ivey, which helps us understand real business stuff better. Besides our regular teachers, many guest teachers from different countries also come to teach us. Throughout the year, the college also brings in people from industries to talk with us, keeping us up-to-date with new market ideas and new tech.

Placement: Talking about placements, IMI Kolkata has a really good record, way better than other universities nearby. In 2021, the placements were quite strong. The highest salary someone got was 20.7 LPA, and on average, students received a package of 8.55 LPA. Most of the job offers came from consulting and financial services companies. Big names like JSW Steel, Deloitte, Amazon, Genpact, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank came to our campus for final placements. The good news is that these placement numbers are getting better every year. Our college's placement committee works really hard and is super efficient in helping students get ready for the industry.

Campus: At our IMI-K campus, students get to use really great facilities. We have hostel buildings, and they make sure everything is very clean and hygienic, especially now. All the campus buildings are air-conditioned and come with all the new stuff we need. Besides regular classrooms, there's a good library, meeting rooms, and a big hall for events. The food from the canteen and hostel is also very good and tasty. For sports, there's a badminton court, a volleyball court, and a gym with all the equipment. We also have indoor games like carrom, table tennis, and a pool table.

Academic: Teachers here know a lot and are serious about our studies. If you ever need help with research or your classes, they are always there. They don't just teach in class; they also give us many case studies. This helps us learn how to solve real-life problems and get practical knowledge.

Placement: Our college did a very good job with the 2021 placements. Almost 100% of the PGDM 2019-21 batch got placed, which is amazing to see. Even with the pandemic going on, our campus had a really successful placement drive this year, and some of the best recruiting companies came here.

Campus: Our college has really good infrastructure, which is great for us students. We get digital classrooms and campus-wide Wi-Fi, so that's super helpful. Admission: Starting my admission journey at IMI felt well planned from the beginning. The application and interview rounds were communicated clearly, document verification happened smoothly after selection, and the orientation program helped us adjust easily to the campus environment.

Academic: At our institute, the teachers don't just follow old teaching ways. They really show us how the real business world works using case studies, research stuff, and simulations to make things easy to understand. Most of our faculty are graduates from top colleges like IITs and IIMs. We have subjects for everything, like OB&HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Analytics. Our exams are online, objective-type, and we take them on IMI-K portals. The marks are divided like this: 70% for assignments and projects, and 30% for the end term exams.

Placement: Our college gets some really good companies for placements. We have seen big names like Gartner, KPMG, ICICI, First Source, and Too Yummy coming to campus. They offer positions like associate technology consultant, associate business manager, and also tax consultant. Our seniors are getting placed very quickly now since their course is almost done. The batch before them even got 100% placed in good companies, which is great. About internships, our batch is also doing well. More than half of us have already gotten internships in companies like RPSG, ICICI, and ORI Past.

Campus: The facilities here are pretty good. Our campus has centralized AC everywhere, which is a big plus. You will always find clean drinking water filters on every floor, whether in the hostels or near the classrooms. For living, hostel rooms get cleaned daily by staff. Each room comes with a bed, a wardrobe, a cupboard, a study table with a lamp, and either AC or a fan. When it comes to food, there are two mess halls, one for vegetarians and one for non-vegetarians, and they are cleaned every day before each meal. If you want to study late, our library is open 24/7 and has tons of books and journals for all kinds of subjects. We also have seamless Wi-Fi connectivity all over the campus. For fun, there are basketball and volleyball courts, a Table Tennis room, and a Pool room where you can play in the evening. And for chilling, the lounge areas have a TV for movie nights or just to relax.

The teaching quality here is just excellent. Also, the course curriculum is super relevant, which is great. Because of all this, we get good exposure to how the work world is, making us ready for jobs.

Placement: When it comes to jobs after college, our institute does really well. About 90% of students get placed every year. Many top companies visit our campus, like JSW, Deloitte, HDFC Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential, Nivea, Mcvities, Jaro Education, Nephroplus, and Dabur. They offer different kinds of jobs in Sales, Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, and Operations. For the main placements, the highest salary was 22 lakh per year, the average was 6.45 lakh, and the lowest was 3.5 lakh. Some students also got good stipends for internships, with the highest being 183000, average 55000, and lowest 30000. Our college gives 100% effort to help every student succeed.

Admission: Going through the IMI admission process felt clear from start to end. Every step, from application submission to document verification, was explained properly, and staff responded quickly to queries. Updates about application status were always timely.

Academic: In our college, we get a lot of assignments, projects, and presentations. These really help us learn speaking skills and how to use different softwares. The teachers here are very helpful, and because of them, even though some of our education was online, students can still understand all the concepts thoroughly.

Placement: I feel totally cheated by IMI Kolkata, honestly. They took my 12.30 lakh rupees, and I got no real job in return. When I first asked about placements during admission, they promised 100% placements for sure, and that too in whatever field we wanted. But that was all a lie. On their website and LinkedIn, they show big names like Coca-Cola, Intel, HUL, and ITC for placements, but actual companies that came were mostly like Byjus, HDFC Life, SBI Life, ICICI Securities, and other insurance or loan selling companies. Our placement chairperson, Mr. Rohit Singh, even forced us to pick marketing as our specialization so they could push us into sales roles. They made us apply for all these companies, even if we didn't want to. For FMCG, only Linc, Jockey, and Xiaomi came, and they picked only about 6 or 7 students. It's sad that 8-9 boys from the HR department didn't get any HR jobs, and when I asked the college, they just said companies don't want male candidates in HR, which is just ridiculous. For internships too, it was mainly magazine selling companies. I even had to spend 2800 rupees from my own pocket to get an internship certificate for selling magazines, and most of these internships were unpaid. Now they are trying to push me into a job that pays only 15,000 per month or a Byjus job. When I confronted the placement head about all this, he just plainly said they don't give 100% placements, they don't guarantee jobs, and they only bring a limited number of companies and won't call any more for students.

Campus: The campus here is quite big and looks really pretty. It's located in Alipur and has many classrooms, plus IT and finance labs. There's also a big library for everyone to use. Boys and girls have their own separate hostels. Because of the covid situation, our batch mostly studied online.

Admission: Applying to IMI felt effortless. The application portal worked well, interview updates came on time, and the admissions team supported us during document verification. Registration moved quickly, and orientation felt welcoming.

Academic: Every week, we had guest lectures here, and they were really helpful to understand how the corporate world works for real. The teachers at our college are also good and have a lot of experience. Even though some subject teachers were not super experienced, they still gave us good life lessons. Mostly, I am satisfied with my time here.

Placement: For my course, the placements were really good. Every single student, 100% of us, got placed. The highest salary package offered was around 10 lakhs per annum, and the minimum was about 5 lakhs per annum. It wasn't just for final placements; all the students in my batch also got placed for their summer internships. We had some really great companies visiting our campus, like Nivea, which is where I ended up getting placed myself, and many other big FMCG companies too.

Campus: Our hostel was definitely the best part of my college life. The rooms were really nice and quite spacious. They made sure to provide all the stuff we needed, like a B.Ed mattress, a chair, a table, a cupboard, and even a washbasin and balcony. There was also a medical room handy. Each floor had a common washroom available for everyone. And the food was surprisingly good, way better than what you often get in other hostels.
